Update: Service is…read moreawful. Waiting for checkout is the sure way to drop all your purchases while store assistants entertain themselves with extensive chats solving world problems. Line is brutal and sad. People are dropping things they want to buy. While store features a few good brands, it is useful for trying on if you do not mind undressing in front of others since fitting rooms are locked and finding a willing store associate with keys is not something one can guarantee. If something fits you and you want instant gratification of purchase, you must stay in a line where store associate chats every customer up to demonstrate family like environment while marinating you for an hour waiting. You should consider if you want to wait or better order online. If you decided to buy, then after 20-40 minutes of waiting you are pressured through attack on why you do not want to become a member. REI, I do not want to become a member of this environment exactly because you are not considered about people. Those people in the line behind me want to enjoy their Saturday and you do not care about it. This is all I need to know. It is exactly the environment that I avoid as plaque as it is inconsiderate, often rude, entitled, pushy, and fake. I do not appreciate when you ask me to shut up and let you finish your speech why I must become a member. Today I made a good decision to leave the line while dropping whatever I wanted to purchase ($300+). A gentleman in front of me did the same thing. I saw gloomy faces of ladies in the line whom I passed on my way out and they were considering to leave as well.

Great story behind on how he started. However this locating has been disappointing in my last visits. When you enter the store, there use to be a greeter or someone near the door welcoming you. Now you see an employee near the door, stuck on their cell phone. Not a good look! Just imaging if someone was a mystery shopper from UA or someone from the company visiting. This location is somewhat smaller to the ones located in the malls. I noticed that the selection for woman is a lot smaller. I love UA graphic tees but at this location was was very limited. Clothing is expensive and sales are very minimal. The Freedom shirts which are my favorite. Ran for 2 for $30, however you must buy 2 shirts to get the deal. If you buy one. You will have to pay the full price for a tee, ($25). My most recent visit, when I was in the womens section, a nice female employee greeted all the customers that entered and offered her assistance. Though I was looking at sport bras, she tried helping me find one in my size, and it was out of stock, she went to find out which nearby stores had it. The best time to come is during the week. The weekends are the worst time to come. Lines are long!

The team member didn't say her name (nor did I think to ask) on the phone call, but did inform me that the outlet store sells the masks, at the same 2/$40 promotions currently being offered at non-outlet stores. She also offered that the Anne Arundal Mall UA location also had the same inventory stock on the masks as the Clarksburg location and that due to supply and demand, the colors of masks (other than the charcoal and black ones with chrome logo) are not as available. It was a short, but comprehensive phone call, and I am grateful for the attention I received from the team member!

I had bought cleats online at a different store and had to return them because they were way too small. We were able to try on several different cleats and found the perfect fit. (Two sizes up from what I had ordered BTW.) We we're also able to try on shin guards to find a new pair that also fit better. The store is on the second level of the plaza up the stairs. We will be back for our soccer needs!

I feel prices have significantly increased over the years. Simple tee shirts are cheaper across the street at The Gap. When I worked retail as a teen, I'd be scolded for all these behaviors. I guess there is no incentive to be affable to customers returning items, only those who are buying. The store was also messy and disorganized, with half a mannequins body lying on a bench unattended. Get it together--literally! Based on the customer service interaction, I don't recommend this business. Employees at other shoe stores have far more energy and presence.
