Most of her business is women who have lost a breast or breast as one of the 1st questions she asked me was who was my insurance provider. I was just there to find a bra with a larger than DDD cup. Although there is seating in the front of the store and a few bathing suits on display, most of the bra's are in boxes around the store. Don't go there thinking you're going to walk through displays. Not gonna happen. This is a business where you are taken to the one dressing room, door closed and your measured. Clerk goes out to see what they have brings a few back and you try them on with the clerks help. All the clerks have years of training and certificates to show that training. I bought all my bras here until about 8 years ago when the manufacturer of the bra they had that fit me quit making them. So, I've been struggling with a few shops available in OKC. I thought that since I hadn't gotten any mailings from Bosom Friend that they closed. On a whim, I called and they're still open. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They are open 6 days a week, 9-5 on weekdays and shorter hours on Saturday. I didn't get a look at Saturday's hours. They have a web page, facebook and Twitter. If you need a bra or insert or hard to fit, give them a try. The owner told me that she has actually put darts in the bra band so it would fit a customer. I have lost 50 pounds and I'm between bra/cup sizes, but I feel that I got a bit more personal fit and knowledgeable advice. I'll for sure come back. I will probably have to get some ordered but she said she has orders ready to send all the time.

This is the largest F21 in the metro area. It has two floors, carries some of the men's and girl's…read more(and a hit or miss on boy's) collection, and has more of the women's clothes (including plus sizes) than most stores. That's about where the novelty wears off. First, with the exception of a few areas such as accessories and intimates, there is really no rhyme or reason to how everything is merchandised. You want a floral dress? Look near the front. And the back. And upstairs in three very different areas. Instead of grouping like styles together, everything is spread out in a nonsensical manner making it near impossible to find what you what. The merchandising just depends on a customer finding something they like just by chance and just buying it. It really makes no sense to me why the company even hires visual merchandisers for each location. Second, the employees are unhelpful and outright rude. They virtually ignore you and act superior and as though you're a nuisance if you have a question. I had a dress I picked up from a clearance section with the clearance price for $9.99 on it that I wanted to buy. The employee rang it up at the wrong price so when I pointed out the price sticker, she got a manager for a price override. The manager came over and actually tried to convince me that the sticker read $29.99 but the 2 had "somehow disappeared." I'm not kidding you; that it what she said. I told her I didn't want it and she angrily stormed off. When I emailed the company about the lie of a "disappearing 2" and the manager's attitude, I got a response from the district manager with an equally poor attitude and she told me it was basically my fault for not requesting to speak to a manager. Nevermind I specifically said this was a manager who did this. Class acts all around. I hate to break it to you, but F21 is cheap fast fashion, NOT a luxury fashion house, so tone down the attitude. No one is impressed. Third, the store is completely trashed all the time and none of the employees care. They're either standing around chatting with each other or just strolling as slow as possible to hang up one item. And when I mean trashed, I don't mean there are some unfolded clothes and some go-backs to take care of. I mean there are clothes all over the floors and literal trash scattered throughout. And that was a MONDAY. Unbelievable. Forever 21 used to be a place to grab some cheap basics like layering tees and camis. But it only continually reminds me why I prefer to spend more to have a better experience elsewhere.
