Okay that never happens at a TJ Maxx either. Usually you have to wait in a line 20 people deep. I'm never in this area and I was looking to bide some time. Of course you always go into a TJ Maxx with either no intent to buy or you have two things on your list and come out with ten! How does that happen?? If that is not you, then please give me your secret. I came to the store around Halloween time, I did not need anything Halloween but strange how I walked out with a Halloween item! What's awesome about TJ Maxx what is not only Do they have shoes, make up, bags, luggage, men's clothes, women's clothes, kids clothes, kids toys, work out gear, home goods - they are always GREAT for holiday season! This Aldo is a smaller location, since it's just servicing a neighborhood mall. The location has a pretty wide selection of shoes, but accessories in both the men and women's side were a little lacking. I was still able to find what I wanted, however, and was happy with the price ranges; I walked away with two bags for only $63. The customer service was excellent. The salesperson working the counter was really friendly and informative when I asked about online price-matching and what items the promotion applied to. Getting rung up at the register was also really fast, with another salesperson grabbing my purchases from the back without having to wait.

On his first visit, he received a fair offer, which we appreciated. However, during a second visit with even more valuable pairs, he was offered just $35 for all four--not per pair, but total. We understand this is a resale store, and pricing will vary, but it seems the offers depend heavily on who is working the register. For example, today he brought in four pairs of trendy New Balance sneakers, each worn only once, and again was offered exactly $35 (the same young lady who offered him $35 the other day). It's starting to feel like that number is a default for her, regardless of the items' value. We really like your store, but this inconsistency is frustrating. It would be helpful if there were clearer, more standardized guidelines for evaluating items, so customers know what to expect no matter who is assisting them.

My shoe size changes shoe to shoe and day to day it seems, so being able to try shoes on in-person is a necessity. The sheer number of shoes in the store is great! There are hundreds of options from huge brands and lesser-known designers. I would always recommend looking in the clearance section, too. The clearance section has a ton of great options for a discounted price (they even have some big brands back there sometimes). On my most recent trip I saw Crocs, TEVA sandals, Steve Madden, Betsy Johnson, and Birkenstocks in the clearance section! Whether you're looking for a casual shoe or a more formal option, DSW has you covered. I walked away with new tennis shoes and a pair of heels. If you're going on vacation soon, I noticed a ton of fun sandal and heel options! You can really shoe shop till you drop at DSW! The reason DSW loses a star, for me, is because of the checkout process. There always seems to be only one cashier when I'm there and it makes the line move pretty slowly. I wasn't in a rush so it was no big deal, but it has been frustrating in the past (especially when there's another associate nearby doing ... something else I guess). DSW has been our favourite shoe store for a long time. They have good deals on a lot of different shoes and this one in particular is huge and excellent in many regards. We come here whenever we can to look for the odd discount pair or something that we may not have seen in other stores. They are similar to the one in Pearland they will always be a regular destination for us and the staff here is nice as well. I've been to some DSW locations that were very dissatisfactory, but this one is one of the best.

I don't typically find brick and mortar locations of Carter's unless they are tucked away inside some mall or Galleria type location. The physical presence of this stand alone Carter's makes it worth visiting. They have a good online selection, but in all honesty, it is better to visually see and try the clothing in person for your little one. Sometimes what you see online is what you don't get. Children typically grow out of clothing rather quickly. Carters clothing can shrink in size and is not of the splendor variety that will hold its shape and structure forever. Therefore, size up and wash those clothing in cold water! Oh and not everything can be thrown into the dryer, depending on the type of fabric or style of clothing. As mentioned earlier, the customer service here is great and you can ask them anything in regards to their products. I am already loving their autumn and winter apparel. Prices are excellent, patterns are plenty, and they have so many styles and colors for the little one. Loving their beanies, socks, bibs and other niknaks in between. This is a great retail shop, their hours are good and their selection is massive. One could easily take an hour just browsing their variety and trying it on their little bean. I was so pleased to see it was open, I knew it was set to open this summer. I love the bright interior. The store is well laid out with very friendly and helpful staff. They carry misses and petite sizes in the store but if you want women's sizes (1X - 4X), they can order it for you and you get free shipping. Today when I went in, I was helped by the store manager, Kismari. She is very knowledgeable and knows her products. She acted as my personal shopper as we wandered around the store picking out items. She really listened to what I wanted and was able to pick items that suit my tastes. I've shopped online with J Jill for many years and know the fabrics and love the clothes, but to have that extra touch of having someone walk the store with me was great. Kismari sat down and checked on size and color for all my items that needed to be ordered since women's sizes are all ordered and then delivered to your house. She also explained all the promotions to me so I could save as much as possible. She took the time to find out that I'm a teacher which means discount! Teachers receive an extra 15% off of all regularly priced items. She also told me about opening a credit card with J Jill. I really really didn't want to open a credit card, but as a frequent J Jill shopper, the perks just couldn't be ignored! I'm so excited about all my items coming in the mail. I'm also excited that I can return anything that doesn't work for me to the store. The store is so easy to get to. I parked within 10 feet of the entrance and walked right in. I love that it is located in the outdoor mall area because I don't have to go into the actual mall. I was informed that they do not carry tall length in store or other. The sales lady also informed me that sizing is generous for this brand and the size small may be a little roomy on me as well as short. I appreciated her giving me this truthful information rather than just trying to make a sale. The clothing I looked at was quality clothing and pricing was reasonable. The kind attitude and helpfulness of the sales lady as well as the store itself deserve an A-OK. I'd be willing to come back again and browse. It's possible they could start stocking tall lengths and adjust sizing in the future and I could find something.
