Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. It was a difficult job, with one large, heavy, complicated bookcase that had to get disassembled, moved and reassembled. They knocked it out like absolute pros. Did my freshly painted wall and ceiling get a little scuffed up? Yes, but something is always going to get a little banged up during a move, that's just reality. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. Justin actually did not come to pick up my item, his team did and no receipt of pick up had been provided. Two weeks later I called to inquire about the return as I had not received a refund. Walmart told me it had not been received. I reached out to Justin and he said he would reach out to the freight company. Walmart kept asking for a tracking number but Justin did not provide one, even after me constantly requesting it. I was also told by Justin my return had dog hair on it when I had just received the mattress 3 days prior and my very BIG dogs aren't even allowed upstairs in my home as I recently had a baby. Justin assured me he had made the call and that I would get my refund. Going on now a month and I still have no refund. I reached out to Walmart as well as Justin and Justin still provided no tracking, yet a response period, so without the tracking I cannot get my refund. Now I am in contact with a lawyer and my bank to try and get my money back. Very poor customer service, very poor communication and no type of peace of mind. Do not work with Justin if you have a choice!

Then they try to tell me a flight of stairs was seven stairs. They then tried to charge me per stair. Next they said they couldn't take my credit card payment but still loaded my items on the truck. I called them for five days straight trying to get them to take a payment and no one would call me back! Finally when I got a hold of someone they refused to take my credit card and help my items hostage. Do not use this company, they are rude, and helpful, and honestly a scam!
