This was our first experience hiring movers. Meaning me and wife! It went great! It was the biggest help because it helped lift some of the stress that inevitably comes with moving. They had a game plan of the order they would take boxes & furniture out. They saran wrapped our couches and mattress for protection and when it was time to drop off our stuff at the new place they all made sure to double check with us to see where we wanted things. Chris and his team were great. They were on time, personable, highly communicative on arrival time and proactive. They moved everything including appliances with zero damage. They also worked very efficiently, not waisting any time as you might expect when quoting a 3 hour move rate. They connected all the appliances correctly, installed the beds...they even put the drawers back in the dressers in order. This was no small move, it was a full 3 bedroom home, although I only had them move the large heavy things we could not move ourselves. I shopped around for quotes on moving a 3 bedroom apartment from a second floor to a ground level house. I was contacted by Chris on Yelp as a response to my quote request, the pricing was simple and straightforward. On the day of the move, they arrived with a large truck, they wrapped everything that needed special handling and provided an excellent experience. What an awesome company! I was struggling to find a moving company to move my storage unit from Norcross to Buford. Chris was awesome. I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. They moved me down 2 flights of stairs in record time in the blazing June heat. Chris did a great job of talking me through the choices I had and what # of people and # of hours I was likely to need. The team was incredibly professional and lovely to be around. They took apart and rebuilt my bed, wrapped everything well, laid out my rugs for me, and put my sectional back together.
