Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

This was our first experience hiring movers. Meaning me and wife! It went great! It was the biggest help because it helped lift some of the stress that inevitably comes with moving. They had a game plan of the order they would take boxes & furniture out. They saran wrapped our couches and mattress for protection and when it was time to drop off our stuff at the new place they all made sure to double check with us to see where we wanted things. These 3 gentleman were polite, thorough and on it! They knocked it out quick and I rate them all 5 stars. I hope their boss sees this! On another note, Odum and Company are the real deal people! Chris and his team were great. They were on time, personable, highly communicative on arrival time and proactive. They moved everything including appliances with zero damage. They also worked very efficiently, not waisting any time as you might expect when quoting a 3 hour move rate. They connected all the appliances correctly, installed the beds...they even put the drawers back in the dressers in order. This was no small move, it was a full 3 bedroom home, although I only had them move the large heavy things we could not move ourselves. I shopped around for quotes on moving a 3 bedroom apartment from a second floor to a ground level house. I was contacted by Chris on Yelp as a response to my quote request, the pricing was simple and straightforward. What an awesome company! I was struggling to find a moving company to move my storage unit from Norcross to Buford. Chris was awesome. Unlike other companies, he answered the phone and gave me all the information I needed. He was very communicative, sending me the email quote and all information I needed. I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. They moved me down 2 flights of stairs in record time in the blazing June heat. Chris did a great job of talking me through the choices I had and what # of people and # of hours I was likely to need. The team was incredibly professional and lovely to be around. They are probably not paying taxes or reporting anything. Even their 'business' is noncompliant with the Secretary of State (can't pay their bills). My husband did help with some items because he's particular about things but he didn't mind. I'd also like to note for everyone to remember that movers are still people and not machines. Tony presented himself as a hardworking family man, accompanied by his young sons, which made me believe that I was supporting a respectable, small family business. However, the trust I placed in him was misplaced. Despite moving just three blocks, from 8th and Juniper to 5th and Juniper, the experience was a nightmare. The team Tony brought was inexperienced and careless, which resulted in the breakage and damage of belongings worth thousands of dollars. It was not just the monetary loss, but also the sentimental value of these items that added to the distress. Moreover, the team was inefficient and took significantly longer than promised, showing a lack of motivation and professionalism. This inefficiency was frustrating and resulted in additional stress and inconvenience. Adding to the dishonesty, Tony claimed to own two trucks, including one large enough for my entire apartment. However, he showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which was completely unprepared for the task at hand. In conclusion, I regret choosing CCE Express for my move, and I urge anyone considering this company to rethink their choice. In my opinion, CCE Express, under Tony's management, lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic competence. Tony promised to fix/replace all of the broken/damaged items. The move was August 31st. It is now November 14th and not a single item has been fixed or replaced.
