This place has THE BEST Flatbread. They also have amazing zero gravity beer, as well. Their "Julia" beer is a MUST if they ever get it back on tap. Everything about the food and the service is five star. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars as an overall rating is because they don't serve liquor at their bar, which was a big bummer for a friend of mine who doesn't drink beer, and sometimes they won't put your name on the waiting list if even if it's just one member of your party is missing. Great pizza, great beer! Long waits. Put your name in and cozy up at the bar. Their beer is top notch and the brewers here put in extra love to their beers. Always a great selection of beer styles for the discerning beer drinker. You can get flatbreads served at the bar as well. If the bar is too packed, take your "pizza pager" over to DRINK or Vermont Pub and Brewery to wait. The flatbreads here are great! The portion size looks great but is not super filling. I can easily eat a large pie all by myself. Definitely order a bunch of large pizzas for a bigger party because you will end up eating EVERYTHING and if not you will have great leftovers! read more

I'm kind of mad that this pizza was so good because I ate way more than I should have. Our group consisted of my husband, myself, our two daughters and a friend of mine. We ordered 2 large pizzas and those were more than sufficient. One daughter really didn't eat and I think the other only had a slice or two (I was so busy stuffing my face, I really didn't notice) so it was pretty much the 3 adults eating. I couldn't even begin to describe anything else about the place because once I started eating that delicious pizza, there was no stopping me. I did notice the brick interior and the pizza oven ... lived the architecture ... and our server was excellent (although she didn't catch my 20 yr. old daughter's fake ID) although she did ask me if it was ok for her to have a second glass when she ordered another and I was able to tell her "no". Stopped here for dinner with my partner while we were visiting recently. Went with this option based on good reviews and our love of good pizza. We were not disappointed! We had a great experience here. The pies were very tasty and the service was very friendly. They actually left off an ingredient off of two of our GF pies and then brought it to our attention. They let us eat the two original pies plus the two replacement pies for the cost of two! Well done. The atmosphere is loud and energetic. The GF pies are smaller but tasty. read more

Well worth the wait...walked Church Street. The casual atmosphere was relaxing and being able to watch the pizzas being made in front of the fire was a bonus. We ordered the basics salad, the meat pizza, and the best dessert to grace this earth, blueberry cream cake with fresh blueberries and homemade whipped cream. The salad was made with such fresh spinach, grated carrots, and a sprinkling of seaweed in a light vinigrette. The flavors married nicely together. The variety of meats on the pizza was so crazy tasty and the wood fried pizza flat bread crust was so perfect. Chewy on the inside with a nice crisp on the outside. Finally, the blueberry cream cake sent my taste buds to heaven. My kids attacked it like there was no tomorrow. I had to fight hard for each perfect bite. I'm a local and this is a great place for Zero Gravity beer and great flatbread and salads. I like the indoor seating in the winter - it's so cozy with the oven and fire! I love the outdoor alley seating in the summer - its cooler and a little quieter (indoors is a little noisy sometimes - wish they'd put in a sound cancelling system or acoustic tiles). Wow this place is great! Apparently other people have noticed too, as there are lines nearly every evening. If you've got some time to kill it is absolutely worth the wait. The beer selection is awesome and the in house craft brews are killer! They've kept the menu pretty basic with only one salad and about 10 or 12 pie choices, but all are to die for. Try the salad and add goat cheese. Service can be a little bit slow on busy nights, but that's understandable. Prices are definitely reasonable (this is technically a pizzeria after all) This is a great place to take friends or the family out for a good time. Highly recommended! read more

It gets crowded in the evening so expect to wait. My wife and I heard good things about this spot, so we went on a Saturday afternoon. Service was reasonable, food was solid. Great beer selection, and my water glass was always being refilled. I like that. Only weird thing was that there were a lot of children sort of wandering around. When did parents collectively decide their children should be allowed to get up and stand next to other peoples' tables and stare? The flatbread pizza is amazing. Beer list is great for the enthusiast. I had the Rookie Root Beer which was excellent. They could use some more servers so there'll be a bit of a wait to sit, but flatbreads cook very quickly so you won't have to wait too long for the food. The staff was super accomodating, they had games and crayons for our two year old and gave us choices for where to sit based on what we needed for the baby. Delicious! Went here with a party of six and we got a couple salads to share, the Revolution, Vermont Sausage, and Punctuated Equilibrium. All of the pizzas were great. The Revolution (tomatoes, onion, mushroom, herbs and cheese) is the way to go for a more classic pizza experience. The Punctuated Equilibrium (goat cheese, olives, red peppers, +more) was my favorite. Besides the delicious, fresh toppings, the crust is the perfect thickness (not too thin, not too thick).
