I ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder as well as an eggs, herbs, and cheese bollo. I learned that a bollo is a hand-stuffed soft brioche dough filled with eggs, local meats, and seasonal ingredients. It was served warm and was delicious! My latte was also wonderful. There weren't many other customers when we were there either. The ube ice cream ended up being 1 very small, stingy scoop, and my family was super disappointed when the halo halo arrived. It wasn't sweet at all and lacked many typical halo halo ingredients (the menu hadn't listed the ingredients so we assumed it would be there). When we asked for something to sweeten it like condensed milk, they said they didn't have it and only had syrup, which I found strange. We also had an uncomfortable interaction with the server too. In the end we brought the halo halo back home and added some of our own leche flan, buko pandan, and evaporated milk. It was disappointing we had to pay what we did for the taste we got.
