Ok listen, listen.. i JUST got out of this place WADDLING because I'm SO full. This is the first time I've ever tried Peruvian food and this won't be my last time at this place. First of all, the service was AMAZING. Our server was so nice. She gave us samples of some Peruvian drinks and at the end even gave us free refills to go . Everything we ate was so yummy. Yucca fries were so good with the sauces it came with & i don't like fried stuff that much because it can get oily but this wasn't oily to me! Saltado was so good too. I loved the sauce it was drowned in and the rice was so fluffy. Steak could've been just a tad more soft but it wasn't a deal breaker! Alfajores was pretty good too! A great ending to a great meal!! This was the best customer service I've ever had, I think! Thanks for a great experience with Peruvian food!!

Amazing service! Friendly servers. Food was absolutely delicious. Definitely would return.

Was I'm the neighborhppd so I thought I would try this place out. Owner was kind and explained the menu. He brought out corn, which was dried and crunchy. It was tasty for sure. I got the Incan Fusion Mix. The rice was really tasty. Hibachi style meat. Veggies. Hot "sauce" was delicious but more of a paste. Meat was just good. Nothing special. Meat, veggies, and rice. Would have been better with more spice or flavor. It was good but nothing special. I don't know what I expected. If I'm in the neighborhood I would try again as I've never had Peruvian but I would try something more traditional. If you are in the neighborhood it is worth a taste.

This might be my first Peruvian food And seeing the high reviews ; we thought it'd be a great experience. However we feel the food is super salty. Especially the Inca fusion, the garlic rice was salty, chicken was salty, shrimp was salty, vegetables salty, and beef was salty. I almost wanted to dunk it in water to wash the salt off because I hate wasting food. I'm not sure what Peruvian food is after coming here but we did enjoyed the fried yucca(?) ,the sauce it came with was creamy and their house green salsa was super good.

Ventured here Friday night for dinner and it was a hit! I love and appreciated how the owner had stories to share about Peruvian cuisine. He explained everything in detail. I am a big fan of ceviche so I was excited to try the leche de Tigre. The amount of citrus made it bitter. But the dish and shrimp was fresh and was very good. Never had sweet potato in ceviche before but it was yummy. The ribeye was huge! My husband loved it! Thick cut and was cooked perfectly. The owner raved how everything was made fresh and homemade. There is a jalapeño sauce that he brought out that was so good. We put it on everything! Definitely going back so we can try more stuff. I really want to try the calamari and pesto pasta with steak next time

What a great find. From the esthetically pleasing decor. The great friendly service from Anthony and the food. They make their own delicious tea. I couldn't pronounce the name but mine was made with passion flower. So delicious. They served a hot roll with honey butter and what I thought were nuts ( its a dried Peruvian corn ). I had the chicken bowl which was served over rice with green onions, thin carrots slices, zucchini and broccoli. All topped with a teriyaki sauce. It was excellent and extremely filling.

First time here! Came here after getting hungry while on my way back to California. Food and service were amazing. I highly recommend Inca Fusion for anyone looking to splurge on some Peruvian cuisine.

My wife was in the mood to find a new Peruvian restaurant today, so I went on a hunt! We went to Inca Fusion Peruvian restaurant in Avondale. This is quite a distance from our home in East Mesa but it was worth the trip. The place is nicely decorated and adding pictures of customers on trips to Peru. I will provide one during our next visit. What also adds to the experience is the low volume Peruvian music playing. The owner Luis is very friendly and very engaged with the restaurant. He also introduced me to the young lady chef who made a fabulous Lomo Saltado. The dish was well prepared and served in a generous portion. We also had a ceviche that was good but the portion was less generous. My wife had Chicha Morada (a typical purple corn drink) and I had a Peruvian beer, Cuzqueña. For dessert, we shared an alfajor (a Peruvian cookie filled with Dulce de Leche) and served on top of Lucuma ice cream, delicious! Overall, a very nice experience and one sure to repeat.

I absolutely love Peruvian food and it's safe to say I have found a new favorite spot! We ordered the carne saltado especial and causa limena. The man working was so friendly and patient as it was my friend's fist time trying Peruvian food. He even gave her samples of the drinks. He provided explanations of the food and how everything is freshly prepared. Everything was presented beautifully, tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned.

Inca Fusion in Avondale is one of those places you try once and immediately add to your "I'm coming back again" list. I ordered the Inca Fusion Special with Chicken, and let me tell you -- that hibachi grill must be powered by ancient Incan magic because the flavor was on point! Smoky grilled veggies, tasty hibachi fried rice, perfectly cooked chicken... easy 4/5. The portion size matches the price (hallelujah), and you can actually taste the effort that goes into the dish. Bonus points for the owner -- genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly proud of what he's built. Always love supporting places where the hospitality feels real. Highly recommend giving this spot a try!

El ceviche de pescado y Yuka was delicious! And one of the best pisco sours I've had in a while. Friendly staff, I enjoyed my first visit. Gracias!

The service was impeccable and the staff was very hospitable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our server was friendly and helpful. While the food had potential, it was too salty, which affected the overall taste. We had to ask for the Lomo Saltado to be remade with less salt. It came back a bit better but still salty. Veggies and rice was also overly salty. The ceviche mixto and friend fish was good and the green sauce in the bottle was delicious!

Lomo Saltado and Bistec a lo pobre

Really good and the service is amazing ! They gave us free samples of the chicha morada and maracuya which I thought was great to show my non Peruvian friend the flavors ! The lomo was good and the bistec a lo pobre was amazing! Plantains were sweet and delicious !!!

Our server was very kind, explaining to us the best-sellers on the menu and even knowing everything that was in each dish. He had patience and aptitude to succeed at his job. Our food was remarkable. We started with Trio Dips Appetizer which was such a great sampler item. We then got the chicken shawarma plate, the lamb plate, and the pappardelle pasta. All dishes were filled with so much flavor. The restaurant was comfortable, clean, and was a place that you'd want to come back to. Frankly, I'm counting down the days until we do! Cheers.

The kind of place you can do a casual dinner but also low-key feel put together while doing it. We ordered a spread (because obviously ) and everything that came out was solid across the board. Nothing that had me like "best I've ever had," but honestly? Everything was good, flavorful, and satisfying. The hummus, falafel, rice plates, grilled veggies--no complaints. Plus, they actually have a decent amount of vegan/vegetarian options , which we love to see. Now let's talk about the one hiccup... Our appetizer took about 30 minutes which felt kinda wild. Our server did explain that it can happen when they're slammed with big to-go orders, so just something to keep in mind if you're starving when you walk in. BUT--shoutout to the service overall because aside from that delay, everything else was smooth, friendly, and attentive. And honestly? The real standout here is the overall experience. The area is fantastic--perfect for a little post-dinner walk, which makes this a whole evening vibe, not just a meal. Good food Great service (minus that one delay) Cute, vibey atmosphere Solid plant-based options Would I come back? Yes. Would I bring friends or make this a casual meetup spot? Also yes. It's giving effortlessly good night out energy.
