MISSING MEAL in order:…read more I'm recovering from a major surgery and my husband is exhausted. My brother ordered breakfast for me, my husband and our two daughters on Sunday morning as a surprise to me. The receipt on the bag showed everything he ordered was there. However, my meal was missing. I'm grateful to my brother for making an order like this out of the kindness of his heart, but this was an expensive order. He attempted to call multiple times with the phone ringing off the hook. To no avail my brother lost his money and I didn't get my breakfast. Well of course my husband shared some of his with me and I ate some of the extra side of bacon that my brother threw in the order, but I am not happy about the fact this restaurant was unreachable so that he could attempt to resolve this issue. Please Note: he ordered from Door Dash, but it is the restaurant's responsibility to ensure the whole order is there before the Dasher takes it away. I'm sure the Dasher assumed it was all there since the counted boxes seemed to include all 4 meals with 2 sides. But what we thought was the fourth meal (my meal) was the side of onion rings. ‍ Sadly we are disappointed.
