They take us to the back and leave us to choose and so we choose our table no waiter has given us the menu, a few minutes later we get 1 menu. Off the bat worst customer service. For the food I got a cheeseburger and fries, not that great either looked like a frozen patty, had a Guinness beer also tasted off. Scenery was great.

The servers are friendly, although speed can be spotty depending on how busy they are and how many tables the server has to manage. If you don't get there early, expect a wait or have a backup plan. A reservation system would be better because I've walked away more times than I can count due to the very long wait times but that's to be expected with a local pub favorite around dinnertime.
