We finally made it to Ashley and were greeted by Kabor who was super friendly and asked us what we were looking for. He walked us across the store and took us the the sofa set that was exactly what we were searching for. We signed the contract with great discounts and it was delivered days later. The delivery crew set up everything with ease and we were lounging in our couches shortly there after. We couldn't be happier! Note: I'm not sure why they get such bad reviews on Yelp because if you look at Google they have 1300+ reviews with a 4.5 rating.

She was lied to the very first visit and it never stopped getting worse from there. Just know if you ever buy something here, you can never return it to get your money back, sales are final and that is how they get you. We spent a lot of money trying to furnish three different rooms, when things came damaged and we tried to replace things or if they weren't the right color or the right thing that we wanted it was too late to find a replacement. They were out of stock of so many different pieces, and we couldn't find any matching bedroom sets, they're always out of stock. They kept leading us on for almost 2 months about giving our money back saying they would get back to us within a couple days. That they had to clear things with their corporate office. All lies. Two weeks went by then three weeks then four weeks nothing. Only way out is getting random pieces of furniture to replace the ones that don't match. We will just complete the three rooms by buying furniture from other places. I don't usually waste my time to write one star reviews because if I believe a business gets that, it's not worth writing. Took the time for this place because I don't want anybody else to get swindled, lied to or their money stolen from them. Please shop somewhere else we you won't get robbed.

All the shopping carts are inside and have a long pole on them so you can't bring them outside. It was really nicely decorated when I walked in. All their displays looked so pretty and appealing. They have a nice kitchen and dining section with lots of beautiful glasses. I especially loved the plastic cups that had dried flowers floating loose inside the clear plastic. If you're still needing a Valentine's gift or cards, they have a nice selection of both. I found a really cute pop up Valentine's Day card for my husband. There a section of door mats that is so cute. There was a hamburger doormat and even steamed soup dumplings. I decided to get the steamed soup dumpling doormat. It is so fun and unique. Their Easter items are also out on display. They are really cute this year. I was kindly helped at the checkout by a very friendly employee. She showed me where I could download a coupon to use on my purchase. I saved $5. That was very nice of her. I will definitely have to remember to come here more often. I did have a couple of very specific items that I would purchase if the price was right. I had a caliper/vernier on the list. Mine has lost its tiny electric brain and is crazy. I spotted the mechanical one that I wanted. The quality was astonishing, this tool will certainly last forever. Honestly, I could include this item in my will. It was certainly more expensive than the electronic one that I got from Harbor Freight. I've tried to use the Harbor Freight version, but it was useless. So for this particular tool pay for the quality. Making a shopping list was certainly more productive than actually walking into the store with a pre-generated list. I spotted a lot of items that I knew I was out of, but hasn't made it onto any list at all. I spotted a Dremel tool at a very low price. It may have been on clearance. Now I do want a Dremel tool, but I would use it so infrequently that it's hard to justify. However, the price was low enough that I felt much temptation. I must have been completely turned around the first time I was in the store. This time I found the clearance bins. As usual I found quite a few items to tempt me. I managed to hold my horses and resist but it wasn't easy. The store is also bigger than I realized. Which means the greatest barrier to shopping is finding your item in the maze. I didn't buy anything so my take on customer service is a little shaky. However, the staff did seem to be awfully efficient And the line moved rapidly. This store is part of a chain, and I have certainly been in bigger ones. But I didn't miss the size. They have simply jammed a lot of inventory into a smaller space. But you do need a sharp eye just in case you walk by an item. I like this hardware store. But there is one way close to me at home which I like faintly better. So I'm going home with my shopping list.
