I've used a lot of different self storage places in my life and this one was definitely the best. The people in the office were all super cool and always remembered my name. Totally secure place, I always felt safe even at night moving stuff in or out by myself. Not sure if the storage areas are air conditioned but even on the hottest days during the summer it was cool inside. They provide carts to help move your stuff and there were always plenty available when I needed one. When I moved out they noticed I had emptied my space and they emailed me the final invoice and thanked me for storing my stuff there. So easy and just a great experience in general. I've had a unit in this location for over 5 years and been very pleased with the staff and the facility. They keep it clean and well maintained, are professional and courteous, well priced, and the hours are convenient. Over the years I've recommended AMS (American Mini Storage) to a former neighbor who needed 2 large units for about a year while building a custom house, he was very pleased with the pricing and facility, and 3 years ago my father-in-law rented a unit here, which he still has, based on my positive experience. This storage facility is by far the best in our area and I have had my experience with many because of being in the city's garden club and having to use a storage unity for all of our fundraising supplies. Now I have a smaller unit for myself and adult daughter who lives with us. Her first storage unit raised their prices 3 times in a year and when we searched for another, realized that this one that I've been associated with, was a bargain.
