The massage chairs are comfortable and will put you to sleep. They can get pretty busy so it's good to make an appointment if you can. Holy moly let's talk about Jason. I went in expecting a simple, 20 min fill. FALSE!!!! Jason went to WORK, clearing away the chipped product and gel around my cuticles, reshaping my almond turned oval shape, and blessing me with a perfect new set. I chose yellow and it is epic. So i booked an appointment here with Lynn to do my nails. I absolutely loved them and the 3D design she did. My appointment was at 1:30pm and i arrived on time and she took me on time. By the time she was done it was 3:40 pm and 58$ later including a tip. (Mind you, it wasn't a full set. I already had a set. Only two nails she replaced that had broken off) Unfortunately two days later the two nails she put on cracked right in the center and i called to get them repaired. I went in and Lynn was busy so Vicky helped me. Sadly when i was done thr teo nails she repaired did not match because my set is matte black. I looked at my finger and vicky said "dont worry matte will come later" its been a couple days since she said that and they are still shiny. Not to mention another nail just cracked. Once seated, the water was hot just like I like it and my nail lady, Rosie, started right away. They offered a heated neck rest infused with lavender and other calming herbs that smelled so so good! Not only was her attention to detail amazing, her ability to keep a conversation going without bothering me too much was amazing. We learned a few things about each other and enjoyed the music videos that were playing in the background. It wasn't crowded at all on a Saturday morning but regardless, Rosie wasn't rushing at all. UPDATE: to owner that responded. The rotary grinder u use is not having the grinders/sanders replaced. I saw nail dust from previous customers all over inside the case and on the all the grinders. There's about 3 different grinders. I must ask, as an owner, shouldn't u make rounds and check this? I think any one we would and that's why I suspect u know and allow it. Please go ahead and post here for everyone stating that u will replace EVERY grinder tool and sand file or any instrument that can not be sanitized after use. Caution: I witnessed this place reuse files, dremels, and cutters without sterilization. Nail places are NOT supposed to reuse files or filers. By reusing, it leaves others open to disease spreading like fungus. This is enough for me to not go back. Some diseases are very contagious and others can lead to amputation. It is not worth it. I've been coming here for months. I actually loved this place and my nail tech Taylor. When Taylor quit and went to Vietnam, I decided to still come here because I had faith in them. I get a gel mani and premier pedicure every 2-3 weeks. On June 6th, I came in for my usual gel mani ($25) and premier pedicure ($30). My nail tech was very nice, however her shaping was very crooked and several nails were not painted on the side. Lani did my pedicure and she did a great job! One June 21st, I came in for the usual. I waited a few minutes to be seated at the pedicure station. Once seated, they started the water and I decided to use the restroom. When I came back the water was full and guess what? The water was luke warm leaning towards cold and the jets were not on because they did not put the cap on. I waited until the nail tech came over and asked for hotter water. She turned it on and some hot water came out but it was still warm. I asked her again for hot water and she decided to take some out before adding more hot water. She finally realized my jets weren't on and twisted the cap on. My opinion- I sat there with no jets and cold water for 10 mins which is ridiculous. My nail tech this time, I think her Vietnamese name is Oanh?, did a terrible job. She rushed through the entire manicure. She filed the crap out of my nails and then decided to half buffer them. All of my nails have rough tips and snag on my clothes, if you buffered them better they wouldn't be snagging on anything. She did not paint some of the sides of my nails or close to the cuticle line which is quite frustrating because it just looks grown out now. The glitter gel is rough, I still feel the sparkles on my nails and there are air bubbles. Her massage was completely painful! And to top it off, she charged me $5 for a "design". Her painting my ring finger a DIFFERENT color is a design? Is this a joke. When Taylor did my nails she never charged me. She would only charge me for an actual design (flowers or gems) and in fact no salon would charge me $5 for a different color on my ring finger. Lani did my pedicure again and she did a great job. I wish she did nails because then I would come back. After these two experiences with different nail techs, I can say I will not be coming back. I rather spend $65-$70 (including tip) somewhere else. BTW, the nail tech during my second nail session RE-USED her buffer. She kept it in her apron and took it out from a previous client. This is complete unacceptable and some clients have actually mentioned the re-use in their yelp review. I question if her manicure clippers were even clean. I only gave this review 2 stars because of Lani, if I was rating on my experience with my gel nail techs it would be 1. I don't appreciate the rushed service. The nail tech didn't even attend anyone after me, so why did she rush my gel mani? When I asked her why my nails were $30 she said because I asked for a different color on the ring finger so it counts as a design. She couldn't even look me in my face to tell me that because let's be real it's BS. ALSO, you should tell a client you're charging $5 at the time to see if they are ok with the extra charge. Anyways, I'll be looking for a new nail salon. People may say I'm being picky, but we used to own nail salons and we never gave this kind of service. read more

I'm currently sitting here in the middle of my pedicure (I chose the most expensive one $50 plus btw) and the technician thought she should show the older tech lady next to her (who was doing another persons nails and another tech lady was doing her fingernails also) the bottom of my feet and they both proceeded to laugh and say something in their language. The 3rd lady who was doing the lady's next to me fingernails, wanted a laugh too I guess. So my nail tech tried to discreetly show her the bottom and they laughed again. I get it, I have callus because I have 3 kids and one is 8 months old so I don't get to get my feet done a lot. I'm barefoot or wearing rubber flip-flops. But that doesn't give you the right to make fun of me to the point where I am fighting back my tears. Just because I don't speak your language, I'm not an idiot. I know when I'm getting made fun of. He started off very apologetic and seemed to be really sorry how his workers treated me. I do not recommend being serviced by Vicki, for her lack of customer service and etiquette. I did a walk in and they greeted me kindly and welcomed me. I sat down and decided on basic french tip. She worked quietly and no chit chat to which I prefer. Her demeanor however was otherwise and didn't felt good welcome vibe. My daughter sat alongside me. I am not sure if they cared if I knew they were talking about me in their native language as she made many side comments when her colleague came and sat next to her. At this point I'm almost done and was getting final coat and drying. There were many unnecessary comments/judgments made about daughter and I. For example, ill list some things she mentioned In Viet, Her side comments about my child. "Oh did you see her braces?" saying we are stupid to spend that money on a kids braces when they are young and what not. To commentating, "Do you see what she's drinking?? - that crap is bad (energy shot). She got upset/rude when I was too shy to mention at first to fix the French tip to be thicker. By the time I had the courage she did finish the first hand. I apologize sincerely and she wanted to give me short lecture, rude and mad that it took her 2-3 extra mins to wipe off and repaint. Of course she expressed her feelings to her colleague about this after. (It was not gel so it was easily removed, I did apologize for inconvenience and not speaking up initially, I acknowledge that she asked if i was ok with it but I was hesitant to say no or be picky). She wasn't a warm person and giving my daughter a mean tone when she warned my kid not to mess her up by possibly bumping my chair. My DD did no such thing and was well-behaved. That was just too list a few. I was getting heated bS unsure how best to respond. I was close to finishing up I held my composure. When it was time to leave I just thanked her in OUR native tongue that I will not be back. (I hope she heard me and realized). I don't expect much on skills and I don't like to chit chat or have them be fake nice with me, but I dont expect all that crap talk and unnecessary judgment. I came here after I was looking to get a fill and a pedicure. I went in and asked about pricing. My sister got dip powder on her regular nails with acrylic removal for $31. I got a fill with gel, I don't remember how much it was. Anyways, right off the bat they took us and told us to pick our colours. They have a smallish colour collection size, but I didn't mind I found a colour for my toes. My sister started her pedi right away, I had to wait about 6 minutes before I got mine started. For their pedi prices, they're a bit pricy. The $30 pedi we paid for would usually be around $25, that's $5 less for the same service. Overall, they did a great job though. One of the girls was working on getting the gel colour off my nails so my fill would be faster. I highly appreciated that. Then when we switched over to our nails, I'm pretty sure the owner did my nails. Okay, she does an awesome job and leaves them really nice. My biggest criticism though, she gets distracted way too easily. Lacking professionalism in my opinion. Then I got switched over to another chair to get my Polish done, another thing that kind of annoyed me. The girl who painted them did an alright job, it's a bit bumpy in some places but the polish was nice so I didn't mind. Overall, the service was nice despite those 2 major things. Love this place for simple, clean, chic POWDER DIPPING nails. Tracy hooked it up with some powder dipping nails. It's kinda like acrylic because it uses a powder and liquid combo to build on top of your existing nail. But it's way better for you (non-toxic + vitamin B and calcium infused) and fast drying. I loved that Tracy took her time to make sure the nails weren't thick (I hate that!) and made sure I was satisfied throughout the process. Also, the selection of powders is extensive!! There were 6 of us getting pedis and we were seated right away even though we didn't have an appt. The pedicure I got from here lasted me over a month with no chipping!! You can get square shaped nails, oval/round, or pointy. But you do have to pay extra for any shape other than square. Again, I will recommend this place for simple jobs.
