My daughters and I went for pedicures. At first we thought they had done a good job and the techs were very nice. But, two of us each had a cut under one toe which we noticed about a day later and they were very painful. The pedis didn't last well at all. I started getting texts at 3 weeks that it was time to come back in, I thought that was really soon. Well that's about how long the polish lasted- barely. I've had pedis that lasted 6 weeks! Not here. They didn't use enough coats of polish. It's disappointing because they had nice features for their pedis but they took shortcuts to get you to come back sooner. read more

Pedicure eating, from other experiences, I would give it a 3/5 unfortunately it was a bit rushed rather than relaxing but I'm sure it was probably just the person I had the other people providing the service were taking there time. They were also getting a lot of walk ins as well so they were getting quite busy so I don't blame them! Just expecting a certain service to be a bit more relaxing less thrown around is all especially since we had an appointment. It just kind of felt like an okay experience. This is one of my favorite nail shops! I came for their pedicure with my cousin yesterday and the shop is super clean. Nani and Van are great for pedicure! They paid close attention to detail on everything and took their time. We did their matcha pedicure and it comes with a lot of treatment. It made our legs and feet super super soft!! Another thing is I never seen the steam being used before at a nail shop and I love it! It keeps the legs moist and warm while getting a massage. My Valentines set (not pictured) and my current St Patrick set were both done by LYNN, and they both came out soooo cute! I got Hybrid Gel instead of the acrylic this time. Both sets have easily lasted 3+ weeks (my nails grow fast though!) Lynn checked on me during my mani because my skin is dry and she made sure to try to be gentle with my cuticles. Both locations are great and all their nail techs look like they do a great job! I've been going to them for years now. They're always friendly and will ask if you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. I know they do appointments online but you can also call or walk in. I broke one of my acrylics one time (totally my fault) and they took me in the next day to fix it! I usually show a picture of something I like and they will let me know if they can do it or something similar. They have everything for nails--powders, foils, stickers, artistic ability. I have been to this new nail salon twice! Both experiences have been great. My services are pretty basic (gel pedicure and gel manicure) but they do such a great & efficient job. The ladies are all good, you can't go wrong, however I think Mindi is the one who you should go to if you need specialty nails. She is the one who sits at the front and listening to her she is so knowledgeable! I don't know anyone else's name because I'm so new. I've included some pictures of my nails AFTER they'd been done 4 weeks ago! I'm just in awe also, you can tip via Venmo and they have all nail techs cards. Makes it so great so they get their full tip in this day and age where most of us don't carry cash! Prices seem fair for the market and product seems good. Came in for a set of acrylic nails. I showed the nail tech the inspirational picture I wanted which was vanilla chrome nails. She said, "Oh yes, white chrome." And I replied, "No it's more yellow or vanilla." And replied with, "Oh, yes." But I knew she didn't pay attention. So I ended up with white chrome. Lol. Because I'm a people-pleaser (I know my fault) I stayed quiet. She also mentioned I have big nail beds which I know I don't but I think she was trying to cover up the fact that she didn't measure the right tip to my nails. So I ended up with chubby looking nails and made my hand look odd since I'm fairly petite. $70 were wasted, also a tad pricey for short nails. I also feel like she was rushing through the process. I don't know if it's me but I feel like most salons are now more focus on quantity than quality because the way my nails look, it wasn't it. I was not satisfied with the result so I went to another nail salon to get the color and nails I actually wanted. Some positives are the place is clean, and cutesy.
