Zero stars! I brought my 9 year old daughter in tonight after she was having such a bad couple of days, I wanted to cheer her up. I called in after 6pm to see if they would still have time to fit her in, they said yes come in. I showed them the photo she wanted 3 colors (alternating colors, pink, blue, purple) and a simple mermaid tail design and rainbow, with a glitter polish on top. Once it was time for the design (which I had already showed the tech from the beginning- she never disputed not being able to provide this), she started speaking to coworkers to do the design but since they were all on their way out, since it passed closing and we were still there, they refused to do the design. At this point I assumed she personally could not do the design due to attempting to ask others to do it. She told me I can come back tomorrow to get the design and she can put the glitter on today. The nail tech called a man over and he tried to tell us to get stickers, I explained that previously I brought my child and the stickers fell off, so we want the design painted on. He then tried to show us "stronger glue" to keep stickers or a mermaid pattern glued on. I kindly told him no and we'd rather just get the glitter and come back to complete the designs tomorrow. He repeatedly kept trying to ask my 9 year old if she wanted the patterns glued on, after I had explicitly said no. After kindly asserting no again, He then told me that the woman tech wouldn't be able to "because she has clients" . I said she literally just told me I can come tomorrow for the design part, then she changed her statement and said "I have clients". I clarified so I wouldn't be able to come at all to get it done? She said "have clients all day". My child was truly disappointed, which is an understatement! This is so unprofessional. I'd rather be told from the beginning not to come and to come in at a better time, than to not get what my child came in for. At the least I should've been told once I showed the design, that they couldn't do it, not be notified toward the end of the service. I still paid and left, but will never come back for business, literally such a disappointment and my child felt worse than when we came in.

I booked an appointment for my friend and me five days in advance through their website, selecting the specific techs we wanted. However, when we arrived on time, all the techs were busy, and we were told that they don't even check their own online scheduling! Because of this, we had to wait for an hour. On top of that, my friend had a frustrating experience with her tech--her pedicure felt rushed, and she even had to redo her gel because it wasn't curing properly. There was no conversation, no apology for the long wait, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. I paid $58 plus tip for a deluxe pedicure, expecting a relaxing experience but felt lazy I just wish it was better for the amount I paid or felt heard about my disappointment read more

Worst ever I will never go back in this nail salon anymore. They don't know how to do pedicure , the manicurist also said she does not know how do nail art but simple flower only. I went there so I can relax but I was so stressed . I was so happy because if not of them saying no to my pedicure I never discovered one of the best nail salon here in Elk Grove which is Eco Nail Louge. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is a complete joke. I paid $100 for what turned out to be the worst nails of my life. Although they were cute for 1 day, within two days, they were lifting, the gems were popping off, and some of the gel was literally still uncured. I've had better nails from press-ons at the drugstore. I called and politely asked if they could fix it later in the week since I have school and work. They said "no problem." Spoiler: it was a HUGE problem. I show up for my appointment -- Tracy is 30 minutes late. When she finally sits me down at 9:57, she tells me she can't help me because she has a 10 AM client. So why even book me?? I asked if anyone else could help -- nope. She tells me to come back again the next day for Wynn because he was the one who did my nails. So I come back, AGAIN. And now Wynn tells me, and I quote, "This is not my issue. You should've come back the day of." Seriously? I did everything right -- I was polite, patient, and gave them multiple chances to make it right. Instead, I got nothing but attitude, blame, and unprofessional chaos. The staff literally argued with me saying it's not their issue and I should've come back the day of. I explained I don't have all day to sit around and get my nails done and that I had called as soon as I noticed issues and they had made me an appointment for that Saturday. The staff was incredibly rude and very unprofessional. I've been going here for awhile and it's safe to say I will never be back. Tracy and Wynn are extremely rude and unprofessional. When they kept refusing to do the nails for free as they promised, I asked for at least my money back and they said no it's not their policy. Bottom line: this place does terrible work and treats paying customers like garbage. They don't back up their services, they don't value your time, and they clearly don't care. Don't walk -- run from this place. Your nails -- and your sanity -- deserve better. read more

Kevin does my nails he's amazing And u always love my nails only con that made me stop going is that he doesn't know how to clean up your cuticles so he Instead drills it off and end up cutting you all over the place and it's super painful . I am so glad I found this nail salon! I've had the worse few experiences since moving to Sacramento. My friend and I found this place and they were very welcoming and super nice! They actually speak to you and laugh, which is something I look for in nail techs.. do you like your job? Yes they love it!! Please give this place a try and tip them well because the place is clean, sanitized and welcoming. Uh, I've got to say, this by far, is the BEST nail salon I've been to. They greeted me with kindness, I showed them how I wanted my nails, and they did them better than I expected. They turned out better than the photo! They're clean, fast, amazing vibes, they're so friendly. They cleaned the nails well and even stayed longer to ensure we were happy with the results. I walked in without an appointment and was seated immediately. The shop is quiet and they do have radio music playing. I showed her a picture and she copied it perfectly. She took her time and the price was cheaper than I expected. Will definitely be coming back. read more

The only person I will let do my nails is Kevin. His work never disappoints me. His retention when it comes to his nails is unbelievable. I've had nails on for six weeks and they still looked beautiful. Check out his work on instagram! They are all very kind to me and my daughters when we come in. They know my kids names and they have great customer service. This will always be the place I return too. read more

My friend and I have been here a few times now. We normally get both the pedicure and manicure with gel and a flower design on the toes. This last Sunday we only had time for a quick manicure. The shop is the normal nail salon look. You have the front desk as you walk in and sign your name on the clipboard and pay when you're leaving. Then there's a few desks where they do your nails. Lastly, there's the foot spa area for the relaxation treatment. They have a menu that you can choose what you're looking for. I end up getting the largest pack because I like the extra wax treatment so my feet can be happy!!! Overall, this place is very clean and nicely decorated. The employees are very cordial. Some are very quiet which is ok because I'm in a zone of relaxation. They are competitive in pricing. There's always ample parking. They accept cash and take credit cards. read more

Service was really amazing. Got Pedicure($35) and Manicure Ombré dip nail service on April 3rd for $45 . Within under two weeks nails are chipping off. I though dip powder is supposed to be stay longer than gel nails. Went back to store and they have fixed it. Very much satisfied with the service. read more

10 years a faithful customer until today. I've spent thousands of dollars in this nail shop over the years supporting Kelly and her husband. She was always kind and supportive as a nail tech, until the pandemic hit. Her heart wasn't in it anymore and she sold the shop to her cousin so they can go to Vietnam or change their lifestyle. Ever since, she's removed herself more and more and has become lazy. The environment changed here for the worst. The subtle aesthetic changes were even unnecessary. The new owners lack communication and are trying to have people pay cash only to evade paying taxes and claiming less than they earn. This is unbelievably common in the beauty service industry. They raised their prices without warning. Their payment policy changed without warning- No credit cards???? Just debit. The new owners do not respect longtime clients. The worst part about today, being faced with an awkward situation at the close of my service was that Kelly couldn't even look me in the eye and tell me what was going on. To think you've built a solid relationship with someone over the span of 10 years and for them to turn around and be so cowardly about the changes is not only unprofessional but hurtful. It makes me wonder if she's regretful of her decision to sell and is just trying to get by being a mere employee now. Your patrons are humans with feelings who invest in YOU, not the other way around. Without devoted clients your business is nothing. I felt so bad for Helen and Hanna, who have also been there that long giving great service every time and having to deal with fear of losing money with the new owners. My heart goes out to Kelly and I hope for her sake her karma can be closed with this chapter by this business fully going out. The crossover has been MESSY on a business level - beyond unprofessional, and it's only gotten worse over the past three years. Every two weeks a customer, by the way. Never again. I'm not stepping into 2024 giving these novice business people one more penny. read more

Sounds funny, but eh, at least I don't have the mushroom top head look. My thick hair and the cut I want is not an easy hair cut to do. The description sounds funny, but with gel it's a clean military look or akin to school kids going to grade school. Not my thing but, the maturity aura can be fixed with longer hair on top. Believe the best way to say is it that I have a heart shaped face. That means the top of my hair should look like an egg to my preference. The haircut I want isn't for the faint. Mess up and you cannot fix it. It's why most fades on my hair type sticks out and is not flat on the sides like a flat top. Once Mindy understood I was willing to take the risk, I was rewarded in something that many hairdressers cannot cut and or is willing to do. Which is to fade free hand, then rat tail comb fade the edges on top with a clipper and texture with scissors. Mind you I watched a long time before giving her the go ahead to take the risk. Sounds a lot of work right? Hair dressers will complain doing this type of cut. It's a lot of work, will take time. Mindy does this for me. And for that I tip well. To be fair, I get my hair cut once a month. But it's usually the best way to learn as the hair has grown out and everything needs to be redone again. Note. Tip what you can, I usually tip hourly wage max to half. Mindy gets more, that's how much I like the cut. 15 to 25 percent minimum wage is a good tip. That being said Mindy takes time, is patient, and remembers you. Everything you would want in a hairdresser. I really should come every two weeks but I got things to do. Mindy does textbook style hair cutting. Which doesn't work with my hair cause you don't really expect an Asian with an Afro like hair type, thick, and straight. Takes time to learn cultured hair types. My hair is a rarity. Mindy learned quickly how to cut and tame it. Qualities of a true hair dresser. Note. I got my hair cut by Lynn too. She's good, but she's busy and I believe she understands my haircut and hair is annoying to do. The guy and new girl are good too. Just a preference and patience to be had.

(I know - I need another pedicure soon. lol) I will say the price was a little bit costly compared to other places I have been, however, that may be because we selected one of the highest packages. Either way, my mother enjoyed the shop and even upon leaving the guy at the register, welcomed us to come back by giving us a 10% off our next service coupon. But the first time I came here to get my pedicure and manicure, I must say I felt a good feeling and such nice staff. They all worked together and very humble.
