I've been going here off and on for awhile now. Some seasons I do my nails, while there are some I don't. For a time I visited a place that was doing my lashes, too. I typically get a fill and a pedicure every couple times. Lynn is my favorite tech, for obvious reasons. Still, while inflation is crazy and running a business isn't easy, I feel like a get a great value and equal quality. They're not over the top, though I've never had too exotic a set, but I did get something fun for fall and I'll share a picture. This is what Lynn was rocking herself and I loved it! She had a squarer shape but almond works best for me. I usually schedule an appointment in advance, and lately I've just been setting them while I'm in to make sure I go. The team is pleasant, but it's nothing over the top. They're not serving you drinks with a bunch of ambiance, but that's not what I go for. It's close to home and I'm never disappointed. Came here for a pedicure with my sisters this past Sunday. I forgot the appointment time and arrived a half hour early. I asked to do a manicure on top of the scheduled pedicure with gel and my nail tech, Tram was able to accommodate me. She was friendly and although not too talkative, she did really good work. I loved how my nails came out! Fast forward to my vacation and my nail was already chipping 3 days later. It was only that middle finger. I don't think it was cured well in the uv light. It's a small house next to Koalatea. Parking is available behind the building. There's two Lynn's in Elk Grove. I called the other one to see if i could get in for a pedicure then was called back to go to this location on Elk Grove Florin. I parked behind the building. There's an entrance in the back. There was no sign of what business was what. I asked a woman inside and it was the door to the right that led to the back of the salon and you can walk through to the front. There was also a door on the right side of the building that was another entrance/exit to the salon as well as the front. Two pedicure options: Basic or Deluxe My tech did a good job. The massage chair was also nice. I paid with a card and didn't know that you have to let them know beforehand if you want to add a tip. I was charged the amount for the pedicure and was unable to add a tip, left to bring back a cash tip. So, bring a cash tip or tell them how much to charge your card before they charge. read more

I was in dire need of a pedicure and did a "walk in" at Lynn's hoping they could squeeze me in. My first impression was that the place was very clean, bright and cheery. There were plenty of pedicure chairs as well as manicure stations. I was greeted right away and they happily accommodated me which I was so happy about. I did not get the name of the gal that did my pedicure but I was so happy with it and thoroughly enjoyed the scrub, the massage and the hot towel treatment. I was in and out of there pretty quickly which was perfect as I had a lot of errands to do. I will definitely return in the future! read more

This is a long overdue review. I've been going here since last year. Katie has been amazing at doing my nails. I used to go to Safety Nails and Spa in Elk Grove and she used to do my nails until she left so I've actually worked with her off and on for the last few years. After I stopped going to Safety Nails I was pleasantly surprised that she was here and I was so happy to find her here. She's so good and quick at doing dip powder nails. Her shaping is ON POINT! She's super nice and always listens to what you want. She knows me by name and I just love her work. I came in for a pedicure as I always do. Sadly the girl I've been going to for years moved to another salon out of the area so I had another woman do my pedicure, Kathy, Katie's sister. When I would get my pedicure from my former girl, Kathy was always busy with someone and I know why! She is legit. Her work is precise and she gives the best massages. She addressed these knots in my legs that I didn't even know I had. Each part she hit, made me want to sleep. Just imagine if she could use her massage techniques as a weapon. Lol. I would post a picture of my pedicure but my feet look like sausages but just know Kathy did an amazing job. I tried another salon a few weeks ago with one of my other nail techs I used to go to. Love the woman but didn't love her work this last time so that's why I had to come back to this salon. Ladies are very good at their job, very nice and quick but don't rush. Prices are so good too. Love the customer service and also the quality of their work. I've not done my pedicure for over 6-8 months.....lol... and when I saw there shop was open, I went. I've been a loyal customer & scheduled appointments w/either Katie or Kathy (sisters) as both know how to do a thorough manicure & pedicure. I was disappointed & turned off recently when I scheduled an appointment & asked for either Katie or Kathy. The appointment was made & after it was made I got a call back & was told that the sisters no longer work for the nail salon & someone else that was very good can do the pedicure. ***********WRONG*************** Since I've already scheduled I committed to the appointment but bracing myself because I knew I was going to lead myself to disappointment & not to expect much. WELL my gut instincts were right. The person that did my pedicure seemed to be a newbie & was taking shortcuts to shorten the length of time for the deluxe service (I think there right it's the most expensive one they have). The guy didn't even trim my cuticles. My toes nails weren't shaped evenly one toe nail was slanted way too much. Not to mention what was more of a disgust was all their tools, and what is used to do pedicures (outdated) & the nail polishes they have are all dry!!! Poor selection of colors, I don't even think they sterilize any of the tools they use except to rinse it out once they drain the water & remove the plastic lining used. Then use the non sterilize tools on another client. Such a disappointment! What a waste of money! I definitely won't be coming to this place anymore. I don't even think they wipe down the spa chair after each client nor sweep or clean the floors. Sad read more

I am a regular customer. Last month I asked for no gel manicure but tech keep asking for gel. I told her I am in healthcare no gel and I walked out see was insisting on gel. Today I went with my brother service was okay but customer service was not good . Tech who did my brother did a good job but she never told him he is done my brother kept waiting until he asked and the other tech said you are done. I was attended but the guy tech he was nice but for 40$ pedi and $10 tip. I don't feel I got pedicure. I feel I just got color change. Usual the techs clean the skin with a scissors clean inside the nails none of that was done I asked Lynn said he will but it was my brothers treat so he paid but I am not happy with the service provided today when I am their regular so no more Lynn. read more

Price is reasonable. Workers are nice. If you ask, they will give you complementary bottle water. Depending on who you get, you also may get a good foot massage. I got my nails done here and they were so bad my entire family/friends laughed at me. You can see from the front and side theyre so lumpy and deformed. The french tip was badly traced and they put the dip so far up from the cuticle. The lady doing my nails was going back and forth between me and another person at the same time. After every move she does (e.g., trims a nail, fills the water for a pedi, tries the color on your nail), she asks you if you like it before she moves on.
