I drove back and talked to "Conner" who had helped me earlier. He apologized profusely and told me to pull around to the back, where he got out a pressure hose and cleaned all the gunk off. He didn't have to do it, as they were quite busy. After he was done, I slowly pulled out. Then I saw the some cars were getting the "The Works" for rims and tires. I asked Conner about this, and he told me to pull over and he would clean and shine the tires for free. They looked amazing when he was done. Whoever reads this (Owner) Conner deserves a raise. I would get there $20.00 a month service if I lived in the area. "Thanks Conner!"

I agreed to the $10 short-term option only. I was then asked whether I wanted to enroll in an ongoing unlimited monthly plan, which I explicitly declined. After that initial week, I did not return or use their services again. I recently discovered that I have nevertheless been charged $35 per month for the past six months. I brought this to management's attention and requested a refund. They refused, asserting that I authorized a subscription, despite their own records confirming that I have not used the service since the initial promotional period. These charges were unauthorized, and I am concerned that other customers may be experiencing similar billing practices without their knowledge.

I recently went to this location to get my vehicle washed. My car was brand new--less than two days…read moreold. I simply wanted to remove some pollen and rain, but I instantly regretted the decision. Honestly, I would have been better off leaving the car dirty. After going through the wash, my vehicle's paint was scratched and damaged. Keep in mind, this is a brand-new vehicle. I called the number provided and was told to return to the site and ask for Dan. I did that and completed a damage report, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told that my car already had "random scratches all over it." That explanation is unacceptable. The scratches were clearly caused by the car wash equipment. Other customers have reported similar issues, which raises serious concerns about the condition of the machinery being used. What's even more disappointing than the damage itself is the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Rather than taking responsibility or properly investigating the issue, the situation was dismissed.

One downside imo of their subscription is that while it is 1 wash a day, it is limited to a single vehicle. The quality of wash is also ok. One thing I do appreciate is that they offer both the standard with spinning brushes and touchless at all tiers (also that undercarriage wash is included in pretty much all tiers of wash). Quick note about the touchless, it is ok for maintenance if you dont have any actual dirt or salt or dust on your car as it does nothing to remove any of that, just has barely any pressure and misses plenty of spots. Now, with that said, I have tried both (the former on accident), and even at the highest tier with the graphene whatever they offer, it is just ok. From a distance it is ok, but it doesn't get all parts, and up close there are plenty of missed spots. On top of that, the finish just simply does not last, at all, all the benefits like beading and water stain resistance are barely there to begin with and quickly disappear after a couple days and even the gloss starts diminishing a good amount. The workers, while kind, can at times be fairly rough with the brush they use to sort of prewash/soak the car, or windows only if you specify, before you roll into the tunnel, almost just banging it around your car and honestly scaring me a tad as to the potential damage they may be doing. With this said, they are fairly accommodating if you ask them to only use the brush on glass, do touches, etc. Afterwards they have bays available with vacuums. The vacuums, I adored, just fantastic pressure and cleaning up everything, also avail be in both the narrow and broad tip to both get into the nooks and crannies or clean larger swaths. In addition there is pressurized air with a nozzle available which is fantastic, great at getting rid of grit or just dirt in hard to reach/clean areas. they also have carts available with spray bottles of interior or glass cleaner, and stacks of supposedly clean microfiber towels and a bin to dispose them in once used. Now I say supposedly and they claim they are fresh, but recently every time I use them they leave behind a musty, almost mildewy scent inside my car. Now it goes away fairly quickly, but it is coming from either the spray or the towels, either way, not great. The towels have also felt a bit damp a couple times ive grabbed them and im unsure if this is on them, or just other customers restacking them instead of tossing used ones into the bin.

Another gentleman had the same scratches in a similar place on his car, and he also went through a similar experience as I lay out in this review. I immediately alerted the staff on site. They had 2 teenagers working who could not have cared less. After about 40 minutes, we finally got a manager on the phone, who had us fill out a form to report the damage. I submitted the form and emailed it to the manager. Within a week, I obtained an estimate to fix the damage for about $500. I provided that by email to the manager. What followed was the most unprofessional series of events I've ever experienced. The manager essentially ghosted me. No response after multiple emails. No follow up from corporate. I waited until today to attempt to receive a response, but I'm fed up with waiting and am posting this review in hopes that Whistle Express corporate steps in to make this right. Do not take your car to this car wash. If their wash damages your car, you will never hear from them again in getting the damage fixed.
