When David installed it (only took him an hour while most said they needed too hours and ten different other add-ons), oddly the rear view camera was reversed (right was left and left was right). David was able and very willing to address the technical issue quickly and easily. He's reasonable with his price and efficient with his work. I'll have him do some of my other installs down the road. What also made it nice was I was able to schedule an appointment to streamline the entire process.
