David was great at helping me properly install My rear view camera on my truck. The previous owner of the car didn't secure the wire properly and got ripped off when closing the lift gate. When David installed it (only took him an hour while most said they needed too hours and ten different other add-ons), oddly the rear view camera was reversed (right was left and left was right). David was able and very willing to address the technical issue quickly and easily. He's reasonable with his price and efficient with his work. I'll have him do some of my other installs down the road. What also made it nice was I was able to schedule an appointment to streamline the entire process. read more

I couldn't tell you his name, but each time my husband and i have come in (3 times now) he's been thorough And affordable. First time my husband bought an upgraded stereo and as a gift and we took it here for installation. Pricing was more than reasonable and he took us in right away. (We called before coming in) Second time, i had a new car and wanted to transfer the stereo from my previous car to my new one and re-install the original in the old. He did everything the same day and again, reasonable and thorough. This last time, had some issues connecting my new phone to the bluetooth and the owner didn't charge me anything for fixing/installation except for a $20 part to make it easier for me to remove and add bluetooth devices. I was looking for a local place to have a backup camera licence plate frame and 5" LCD screen I bought from amazon to be installed on the dash of an '09 Accord as a surprise gift. My only time for accomplishing this was on a Sunday, and most all the other Car Audio/Accessory places on Yelp were listed as closed. One other place up in Alhambra could take an appointment up until 1p, but that was too early for me, and his quote seemed surprisingly high. D&T Answered my numerous calls with professionalism and promptness. They were kind to assure me he could take my appointment after 3pm and gave me a reasonable quote I was happy with! They gave me a 2.5 hour turnaround time but had it done within 2 hours! Allowing me to see the quality of the install and everything worked as expected with the reverse state powering up the LCD and camera. This shop has been doing business in my neighborhood (Rosemead) for quite some time, I just never had needed their services until now, So, people who know me know that I'm adamant about "treat customers like family", " Take pride in your work ", "large customer base by word of mouth is the result of exemplary work ethics ". From the moment I drove my truck through the installation door and ask DAVID (Owner) what it would cost to reconnect an existing amp and check why the audio didn't function (after thieves were caught removing my equipment), David's hospitality from offering beverages to the comfort of his waiting room 10/10, called me in to explain and show me all the wires disconnected from my Kenwood media console(took pics), David hooked up my Kenwood amp, my Kenwood media console, programmed station settings, through in 1 of my cd's and professionally tuned my system, the sound,pitch, mids,vocals were impeccably clean and the BOOOM from my 2 12" Kickers was invigorating, my Mamalona never boosted such sound clarity(especially from a distance). Very sloppy work! I brought my car to put some HIDs and new headlights. First he did not put back my front bumper correctly and also signal lights aren't working properly. I also wanted to replace the oem stereo with aftermarket stereo and put a subwoofer in the back of my trunk, he broke an interior side panel and now its hanging loose (did not notice till i was home) said it was like that. Worst of all he had told me a price before he did all of that then charges me $100 more because he had to do more wiring for his f*** ups! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE read more
