My wife's car needed new tires so I called to get a quote, I requested specific set of tires they quoted me a great price however since I called 30 minutes before closing they had to order them from the warehouse. Amazingly they got the tires in next day and got me scheduled. Upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed by the staff . The guys working there were great they were friendly and so professional. Dropped off my car for an oil change and I asked them to check one of my tires for a slow leak. I got my call back to let me know that the car was nearly done and that the leak could not be fixed and that I needed all new tires. I declined over the phone. Picking up my car I was surprised by a $87 tab for an oil change. Pretty high. The original cashier came in after I questioned the price and said that he forgot the discount and it should be $57. Fine, still a little high. It's because they filled it with synthetic, my fault for not specifying. I get home and check my tires because apparently I needed new ones. They a perfectly fine. So now I'm pissed. The same guy tried to upsale me in my previous visit as well saying I needed new shocks...I didn't. This used to be my go to place for miscellaneous maintenance and tire's because that never would bs me. Sorry fella's, your all polite and welcoming and that's why I can't give a one star. I attached a pic of the tire that needed to be replaced. It clearly does not. The back tires had even more tread but apparently I needed all new ones. read more

I was in desperate need for a trustworthy place to take my Fiat for an oil change. Within about 5 minutes they responded to me with a few different prices (depending on the oil I needed) and they even had availability the same day! Once I got there I was immediately greeted, made comfortable, and taken care of. Even needing full synthetic oil, this was the most reasonably priced places that I could find. Other places quoted me over $100! On top of changing my oil and oil filter - they rotated my tires, told me the life left on them and checked my breaks! Will definitely be coming here for now on. The whole thing took about 30-40 minutes - can't beat that for same day service. I recommend arriving a little early (if you have an appointment) just to get all the paperwork squared away. Went in for a wheel alignment and it took only about 30 minutes. Got there around 2:15 and I was out by 2:45. Paid $120 for an alignment, a little more than some places, but I'll happily pay a little more for some quality service. The mechanic working on my car did leave it kinda dirty, his hands were really oily so my steering wheel was kinda musty and there was a few oil spots all over my car. Luckily I was cleaning my car that day but just a little heads up. Overall, can highly reccomend. read more

Rude. Customer service here is lacking greatly and I would recommend the service manager to get some training on how to talk with customers. Was quoted for an absurd price and when I asked about it, got hung up on. Go somewhere else for your car fixes because this place charges out of this world! Was told coil and spark plug replacement (just labor, I had the parts already) was $680 and about 6 hours of work. I had 1 spark plug/coil replaced in LA and it took like 20 minutes? Either my math doesn't add up or I'm being ripped off here... so I followed my guts and decided not to willingly give my money to these guys. I've been a mechanic for close to 20 years now. This place is a joke. I will never recommend or go back here. First off if any steering components are replaced they want to charge extra because they have to "work harder" to get the alignment right. Second they want to take advantage of people by saying parts need to be replaced that are not worn out. So by replacing the parts they can charge you extra And Third they can't even finish the job right the first time because they didn't want to do the work, or didn't know how. Had to take the truck back in and make them finish the job. And the alignment job is still questionable at best. Edit : Also forgot to mention that after the first time the truck got taken in for alignment they sent a woman on her way with the truck knowing it was nowhere close to being complete and stating that was the best they could do. read more
