The staff did not clearly explain the work being performed or the charges, and I left with concerns that my vehicle wasn't serviced properly. Don't come here especially if you have a synthetic blend. They dropped my oil and then told me they only had the premium all synthetic oil for my car then pulled my back air filter needed to be changed. I agreed to it but they didn't tell me they had to order the part and I ended up having to sit around over a half hour. I came here about 8 months ago because I read good reviews but I didn't have a good experience. The guys popped open all kinds of things, did the service half assed and then walked away. Didn't tell me was car was done or anything. Then my car wouldn't start Anthony was the only person with customer service skills and who showed genuine care. He came over and started checking my car and found things open, unplugged etc and my air filter popped out and they didn't even change it! He adjusted my fee since I had already paid for the air filter to be changed. If Anthony hadn't checked I would have drove away having paid for a service that wasn't done and I wouldn't have known how to put the filter back in place. Anyway I'm new to the high desert and was looking for a good place to take my car every time I needed service But it won't be here that's for sure. read more

DO NOT GO HERE !! Jonathan Garcia Did my Oil change Not only Did He forget to put my oil cap Back on but they spilled oil All over my engine which Costed 800$ of repairs . We didn't go back to there for the repairs because it was there second time they were suppose to fix it . They don't wanna Give us any refund And they claimed we had an oil leak . This was not there prior to the visit And There was no oil leaks When we had it repaired at AMECA AUTO CARE . which jiffylube actually sent us to cause they couldn't do it . Had oil change on my vehicle last week. Employed me they inspect brakes during service for free. I was told front brake pads needed replacement and rotors were bad also and would cost $383. I was told rear pads also needed replacement. Took my vehicle to my normal mechanic. Front brakes were like new and rotors were fine. Rear pads did need replacing and only cost $290. Beware of dishonesty and up-selling. Will never return and will spread the word. read more

The only reason I am leaving a 2 is because of the great people working there. The people actually cared, but this particular Jiffy doesn't receive enough business to keep a full stock of inventory. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes, I was told they didn't have any air filters for my vehicle. Then I was told they needed to call Auto Zone for a delivery of oil filters for my car and that I'd have to wait another hour. But not too long after that they realized they didn't even have any oil to do my oil change... It's a tough spot to be in for the employees, but at least they tried! read more

Got a coupon for a $20 oil change and this place is close to home so I thought I'd give it a shot. Terrible experience. The guy working there tells me the coupon doesn't cover synthetic and that they have to put synthetic oil in my car. Manufacturer spec allows for 5W20 which is what we've always used (the car is 9 years old) When I stand firm that not buying synthetic oil the fit says fine but it'll be an hour and a half wait. Clearly he just didn't want to do it. I go to the Jiffy Lube to the street and guess what. There's 2 other customers complaining about the same guy from the previous location. This location was friendly, honest, and honored the coupon I had even though they didn't have to. read more

Not only did they provide me the information I needed they provided me with an HONEST and ACCURATE description to resolve my issue. I do my own oil changes in my personal vehicles BUT my company pays for my company truck to get the oil changed here. When I left there was a 12 inch long black spot in the curve of the fender like a hose was dragged across it Then I popped the hood when I got home and there was oil on top of the air box and on the fender brace and valve cover. I knew it wasn't there before because I pressure washed the engine bay not to long ago. Yes it's a work truck but I do take care of it. This kind of service is why I continue to not take my personal vehicles in to get serviced. For the price my company pays for a synthetic oil change I shouldn't have any concern with the service I receive. read more

This Jiffy Lube has been my go-to spot for the past few years now . Every time I go there the staff is always polite and professional . This past Sunday on Mother's Day I went and got an oil change and accidentally left my debit card . A young gentleman named Anthony actually returned it back to my home in person the same day . I just want to thank him personally for going above and beyond . I really do appreciate it you saved me from dealing with a bank and having to file for a new debit card. I have used this Jiffy Lube location for years. My last time was today. The new manager is an Arrogant ass. Because I did not take his suggestion on my service he waited until check out and dictated to himself aloud. Service is not under Warranty and bla, bla, bla. I can't believe that I am saying this, but I would rather go to Walmart. The last visit here the sales person talked me into a full synthetic and offered me a coupon discount. I was very pleased with the $70 oil change. The new manager thinks he can up sell you by making you look stupid. This time around a $21 oil change cost me $40 and I walked away very disappointed. I came in to get my oil and trans fluid changed, asked to tell me what the check engine light was about and they said it would be another 95$ in addition to the 200$ I was already spending. Not happy at all and did not pay for the added service. If I'm already your customer and paying for service, why the crazy charges to ck my light? If I could leave 0 stars for this damn place I would. We have been come here many times to get our oil changed and have never been fed the line of bullshit we were fed today. We know what we normally pay for our oil changes and the MFr who was running this shop tried to up charge us a bunch of money. I will never go back. I suggest no one use this jiffy lub. Anyone who wants to get RIPPED OFF should go to jiffy lube! I warned my 17yr old son not to go there but he did anyway, they charged him $76.15 for a basic oil change!!! The best part was changing him for 8 quarts of oil for a 2.0 4 cylinder Kia engine. $32.20 for "labor" and $4.10 a quart x8 to do the lowest priced basis oil change....outrageous! read more
