There was one nearby where I was visiting, so I decided to go after finding two other auto body shops that said they'd need to keep my car for half the day. There were a lot of cars, so it took more like 45 minutes total in and out. Every employee was friendly and efficient, especially the manager. I was told about extra add-ons and was not pushed to make any purchases I didn't want. Altogether, I think the price was slightly cheaper than other places I've gotten oil changes, but this was with the coupon. While I love the convenience of this place my husband will no longer allow me to go here. First his truck leaked after we had service here. They stripped the bolt to pan, and now my driveway a mess. Secondly, I had issues on my GMC after having service that almost left me stranded on way to Parker, AZ (no services and no phone service) while it was 1000 degrees. I had many issues with the car but all came down to the "mechanic's" not bolting down my air filter box after I paid extra for a new air filter. I went in and had a Transmission flush about 2 and 1/2 months ago, my vehicle has been running a little funny. Come to find out when it was checked cause my transmission started feeling like it was passing gear, I'm told my transmission fluid is black. I got in touch with customer service and they're saying, they don't change the filter which I'm aware of, However that it's black because of the debris with filter not being changed. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I had an oil change and transmission flush 11/17 and on 12/19 my whole car died. The app told me my battery was critically low. Had to have it towed home, replaced the battery and then it still wont start. App is kicking an engine & transmission alert for service and when my mobile mechanic looked at it there was NO OIL in my motor at all. I had no leaks in my driveway prior, no fluid on the freeway where it broke down and none in the spot the tow truck driver left my car on the street. 4-5 quarts of oil don't just evaporate in a months time. Who knows about the transmission since it's sealed. Now I'm left with a 2020 vehicle that needs at minimum a new engine. Mechanic doesn't want to just replace the timing chain and heads cause he doesn't know where the oil went. Best guess it was never replaced, just drained. read more

Pulled in and was told to move to the next lane so I moved over then another car pull in not sure why they made me move but I ended up waiting longer because the person that came after me was serviced 1st. Then was told they check my tire pressure and it was all good but the reading on my car said one was at 31 and the other 3 were at 33. So I told him they were low so he checked them again. I left and stopped for gas and check them again one was at 34 and the other 3 at 33. I have a SUV and the tire pressure should be at 35. I would think they would know that. The price is going up on the oil changes so if they are not going to follow through with the services they claim to provide then I will find another place to have my oil changed. read more

I took my car 3 years ago their some guy told me how much oil he was going to put in only half I said why he said so your car won't mess up it's a Hyundai 2017 the next day it broke down I called but they said it was not their fault my whole engine got messed up nobody could find what was wrong I called Hyundai too they checked it and they said they don't know what happened but it looks like their was no oil in it so I could barely pay for it 3 years later it costed 5,600$ never going again by the way I met a luft driver that the same thing happened to him at the same valvoline weird huh read more

They were quick, did a great job and was knowledgeable and friendly. This place seems to just hire anyone n they try to play mechanics I took my car back in April n they asked if I wanted to check my air filter im like sure why not assuming they knew what they were doing, he try's to find where its located n after trying he comes to me saying he thinks its either under the hood because the 325 has it there or he thought it was under the glove box because thats where the 328 has it at n this was weird because neither of those are my car model and after the oil change was done I left n noticed I couldn't spray my windshield fluid anymore and its because they broke it! I went back and told them and they said they would fix it but it's been 6 months and they have done nothing about i suggest going somewhere else or just learn how to do it yourself. This was my first time coming to Valvoline. I apparently got in the line where the people ahead of me were getting more service, because the line next to me was moving much faster. You have to drive your own vehicle into the bay. That made me nervous, but they give good directions to bring your car in safely. They ask you about all the additional services you might be interested in adding to your oil change. Most other places that I typically go to these services are included. Over all the service was quicker, but cost the same or more if you get some of the other services they recommend. I just requested a print out of the recommendation to let my husband review and hopefully, he can do some of these things himself. I appreciated the coupon online to bring the price down a little bit. I am not sure that I will go back. read more

Valvoline is super fast, when there is only one car ahead of you. If there was more than one car the day I went I would have turned around and come back another day. The employees are so nice and make my 15-20 minutes there comfortable. Make sure you get a coupon before going. It can be pricey. I always take my vehicles to here, but not anymore. A tech came out and had myself and the vehicle in front of me backup so that a vehicle can switch lanes so he could get in sooner. He had me move into another lane. It took me over an hour to get into the bay while other vehicles that were in the lane that I was originally in got serviced quickly. As a widow who had just gotten my husband's stolen truck back. I went for an oil change on July 29th, 2024, they changed the oil then upsold me a filter and I was on my way. Today I took my car to the Valvoline on Main, they did a vehicle inspection checked my lights, turn signals etc. checked my fluids and put air in my tires. None of that was done on my truck. At the time I took the truck the headlights and rear lights were not working but I had no idea. If they would have done their job as described then I wouldn't have been driving unsafe with no lights. * update 1-3-25* I wanted to add that the manager of this location wrote me to me and seemed genuinely disappointed in the experience I had. I don't think the actions of one employee reflect everyone else. I appreciate Rico taking the time to get back to me* It doesn't make me happy to write this as when I got there, the employees and manager were awesome! I wanted to shout out the man with the tattoos and later saw manager on his shirt. But what happened kind of overshadowed the good things. When I got there, my first time here, it seemed to be a lot of cars. As I was talking to the employee, some lady cut in front of me. When I commented, the manager had me go to another line and said it would be done faster. That was nice. After 30 minutes or so, I finally make it to the front and I was relieved to finally get this done. As I'm writing this, I still have no oil change! I think I looked down at my phone when the car in front of me left. But I was then instructed by an employee to move forward, turn my wheel, stop! I had to endure his rolling of the eyes and impatience with me. But let me tell you, he didn't just say these things, he SHOUTED at me. I was surprised by his tone and when I said he didn't have to yell at me, he proceeded to engage with me instead of shutting it down. He said I was not pulling in correctly and almost hit something. If I was going to hit something, why didn't I? I stood up to him because that wasn't right. I said he must be having a bad day and shouldn't take it out on me. I wish I had gotten his name. Then I hear him talk to another employee about what happened. I was on the verge of tears from being talked to the way he did me. What if I was handicapped and he didn't know? He said something about having a conversation and I told him to have it with himself. The manager came around and listened to this and let me go when I said I'm not going to have services done. I can't believe I spent all that time waiting just to get yelled at! Thanks Valvoline for ruining my day. I don't want to be around people now and just want to isolate after being yelled at. I did call corporate. This is not at all how I thought it would go. The employee needs to be given a refresher course in customer service at least. I am furious, disappointed and will now take my business elsewhere. New Mercedes-Benz and now leaking oil after getting an oil change done here. I can't believe I paid almost $200 for them just to leave my car like this. The technicians were very polite and I have nothing against them however this is not how a paying customers car should be treated. I get it, they have a "15 minute oil change" thing going on, however that should not mean doing a half-ass job. Now I have to take my car to the Mercedes dealer to see what they messed up. On top of this, there is smeared engine oil all over my engine cover from when they filled up oil followed by a pool of engine oil on top of my intercooler coming from the oil filter housing. My past few visits have been very brief. For whatever reason the staff at this location failed to check all car components that come with the oil change. My tire pressure was not checked. My battery was not checked. None of my lights were not checked. My wiper blades were not checked, and none of my air filters were checked. The staff mentioned my filters haven't been changed since 2021 I replied "I usually change them myself, but can you still check them please to see if they need to be replaced" even after asking she didn't check them.
