It's a great place if you want an all in 1 shop. They can service your car and change your tires so I go here all the time. They offer cheaper tires and they have deals online which make the value great. Overall I got 4 tires with installation alignment and all services taxes and fees for under 600 dollars which in my opinion is great. If you don't have a mechanic, this is a great option. read more

Still the same issue a year and a half later. I took my car back to them, but they couldn't identify the problem. Later, I took it to a mechanic for an oil change, and they discovered that one of the tires didn't even match the other three. The ironic part is that I purchased their "buy three tires, get one free" deal. Apparently, the free tire was just a random mismatched one. I'm just physically not strong enough to get the other side of the tire over the rim . And I thought hey worst they can tell me is no u know . DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I took my car in for a flat tire and they called me a hour later saying the stud broke off and the free service was now $200+ . They charged me to fix something they probably broke. The reason i say probably is because of everything else after. After i picked up the car i felt the car drive funny. I finally let my family mechanic take a look at it and they never re- tighten the caliper- they didn't even put a bottom screw. The caliper was completely loose and hitting the inside rim. This leads to the car brake system failing and will cause a horrible accident. Literally the worst nightmare avoid this shop at all costs. I will be reaching out to the manager about this. Completely unacceptable and who ever worked on the car either had NO IDEA what they were doing or negligent. read more

Got 4 new tires mounted and balanced and put on my car at a good price due to their buy 3 get 1 free sale. But when I picked up my car I found they had over-torqued my lug nuts and over inflated my tires by substantial and dangerous amounts. Proper lug nut torque for my car is 111 ft-lbs. Checked with two different torque wrenches (a traditional beam style and a Craftsman digitorq) and confirmed the torque was over 150 ft-lbs on each lug nut, nearly 50% over spec. Yes, the torque can increase with heat from driving, but no chance by this much on my short 10 minute drive home at low speeds on local streets. Over torqueing lug nuts is dangerous because it can stretch the wheel studs to the point of breakage, warp the brake rotors, or crack alloy wheels. On the air pressure, absolute max pressure for my car is given by the manufacturer to be 35 front, and 42 rear. This for a fully loaded car, 5 passengers and luggage. On my paperwork, the shop wrote 36/36 f/r, which is is already over the max for the fronts. But when I left the shop my TPMS reading on the dashboard showed 46 psi on all four tires. Couldn't believe it! When I got home I confirmed this with my own gauges. And yes, a few psi rise is expected as the tires warm up, but.....not only were the fronts 11 psi higher than the MAX specified by the manufacturer, and the rears 4 psi higher, they actually filled them 10 PSI higher than even their own notes on my paperwork. This is truly inexcusable, and irresponsible. Proper tire pressure and proper wheel torque are significant safety issues. I count myself lucky that I decided to remove my lock lugs before I brought the car in or I'd likely be dealing with another issue (broken lugs). On top of this, they even recorded my mileage wrong and wrote on my paperwork that my car needed struts, when it had just been inspected by the dealer two days earlier and given a clean bill of health. Buyer beware of these issues if you decide to use this shop. I myself will be going elsewhere in the future. read more
