Lots of mixed reviews about this location but I will talk about my experience on 2/11/16. I was hearing a grinding noise coming from my car so I went to have them check my oil and brake pads. When I pulled up, David, greeted me and tool my car in for a check. Him and the team were quick and informative in helping me figure out what was needed. I see why there's 1 star reviews, I describe a "sound" the Filipino/asian whatever he is, older guy, just wants to ASSUME! ASSUME the sound is, I persist, "can you just take a look" he says "No I don't have to look, that's what it is" like dude!! Just look, isn't this your job, guy is lazy and doesn't even want to look, pretty much doesn't want to do his job and wants to be lazy and assume and guess what it is, WITHOUT even taking a look. Like what the hell, what if there's more to it, more damage, more wrong than what you're describing. I HATE LAZINESS! DO YOUR JOB!!! FIRST OF ALL, STAY FAR AWAY. LOOK AT THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. They are all consistent! They do something scammy with your car!! Should file a complaint to BBB! When I rolled up the bald headed bearded dude acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. Then as I got closer, he goes, "have you been with us before? You have to register to get serviced." I have never in all my years have to do that getting an oil change. Mechanics just usually kindly take me in. He proceeds to look at my mileage and states, " your sticker says valvoline. That's our competitor." Like why the f does that even matter? All around bad attitude from the moment I rolled up. Then he tells me, "We have to drive you car in. It will take 20 minutes." That's when I got really suspicious and decided to go to my trusted Valvoline!! Had I let him take my car, he probably would have f'd up my car like all the other customer's!! After a long driving on a road trip, I heard strange sound in the morning. Head to Jiffy Lube which is the place for my all time oil change maintenance services to check the problem. They are fantastic! No wait, in and out within 5 minutes and told me it is due to the old car usually have the oil consuming problem and my car is ready to go. I've been coming to this location for several years - admittedly because it's on my way to work and I've never had any issues. David helped me this morning with so much energy and integrity that I felt a positive review was earned and deserved. For those who are put off by having to register your car info, I will say it does make the process very quick for subsequent visits. There are ton of mixed reviews, but our experience was overall a pleasant one. We took our Rav4 for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon (2/28/26) and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They did offer additional services, but where not too pushy about it. David, the cashier, was very kind and professional. My wife is happy with the experience and we live close by so barring any issues, we will be coming back for future oil changes read more
