They both verified the integrity of the staff. So I brought my 718 in for an inspection, spark plug and air cabin filter service. While servicing my car, they noticed that one of my rear stabilizer bars was loose and the other was completely disconnected. So they fixed the problem for free. The total invoice for the entire service was reasonable and slightly less than they originally quoted. On my second visit for service, they thoroughly inspected the vehicle again along with replacing my drive belt, changing the oil, oil gasket and filter, along with the engine filter. I was provided the old drive belt, and shown the cracking, due to age, and they explained that the next belt change shouldn't be necessary for another 60,000 miles. My concern is that after replacing the coolant hose, my vehicle immediately displayed a low coolant warning when I picked it up. At a minimum, I would expect the coolant level and cooling system to be checked before a vehicle is returned to a customer. Had that been done, this issue may have been identified before I drove away. While you state I should have returned under warranty, I chose not to because I had already lost confidence in your shop based on previous experiences. I wasn't comfortable risking further damage by bringing my vehicle back. A second repair facility found that the coolant reservoir and another hose needed to be replaced, resulting in additional expense shortly after your repair. Regardless of whether you believe those failures were unrelated, my experience left me paying for multiple cooling system repairs within weeks of each other after your shop worked on the vehicle. I understand you disagree with my review, but it accurately reflects why I no longer feel comfortable using your business.

As a AAA-certified repair facility, they took us in immediately and began diagnosing the problem right away. Even better, they completed the repair the very same day, allowing us to continue our trip without an overnight delay or major disruption to our plans. A special thank you to Santiago and Pancho for their professionalism, urgency, and commitment to getting our family back on the road as quickly as possible. Their quick work made all the difference. We also greatly appreciated that they honored our AAA membership and applied a discount to the repair. Follow up is apparently an optional service for the managers of americas tire. On Saturday, I had a 9am appointment. I was told service would be completed by 1045am. The receipt the tech handed me said 955am estimated. The completion text message came in at 935am. At 1115, 2hrs after my appointment, 3 hours after arrival and check in, i asked for my vehicle. The tech told me "looks like the got the tires on but not the alignment." Wrong. Not only did they not put the tires on over a nearly 3 hour period, they attempted to keep my new tires. After be assured we would be contacted regarding the issue on Monday- we finally revived a phone call from Larry on Wednesday offering to "comp" the installation. 1. It's not comp'd installation if it happens nearly a week after the original appointment. And 2, Wednesday is not Monday, Larry. Do better.

I have been coming to ATD for a few years now and the service is still superior. The La Quinta location consistently gives top-tier and rapid service. I feel the most comfortable coming here knowing that I am not going to get hassled or given some type of up-sell for every little part or service. Kevin and Jorge do not take advantage of the customer. They are the true MVP's! Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely takes care of the customer. Both him and Jose ensure that we are safe on the road. I came in with my car in desperate need of tires and overdue maintenance, and left with my car five-star ready for a long trip to Sacramento and back. These people are terrific. My car is a late model, high performance sports car with massive tires. I had a slow leak in the rear tire on the drives side. The first tire shop I went to said they didn't have the equipment to handle the tires on my car and recommended American Tire Depot in La Quinta. I went there and although they were closed for the day, one of the employees came out to speak with me. He got his flashlight (it was early evening and getting dark) to check out my tire. He confirmed they could take care of it and asked me to come back in the morning. I did that and the service manager, Jen, was great to deal with and scheduled me in right away. About an hour later, the repair was complete. All four tires were checked and filled to the correct inflation. A great job and highly recommend this store. read more

Repaired the flat. The best part is ir did cost a thing, nor 1 penny. I called around 3 other places and was quoted as high as $49.00. so easy- called at 7 am and made an appt. for noon. they were ready for me. suggested it might be an hour or so to check out the tire and see if it was repairable. so I walked the dog around - came back in 40 minutes ready to wait around-- but no need . it was repairable and they had it ready to go . He asked that I wait a minute for him to prepare an invoice. I know what a new tire would have cost and figured a repair might be 1/4-1/3 of that . but - SURPRISE- no charge . I asked again really? Jose and the Team were soooo busy and had so much going on. I got there by 4:15. With the amount of business they had, they said they wouldn't be able to get to finish everything for me until about 6. After not feeling too safe about driving my vehicle I took it in for a second look before I drove off. They moved things around to test drive my vehicle and made sure it was safe for me and my wife (who had been visiting from out of town). I stopped by to see the guys at American Tire Depot. Busy, they must be good I thought. I asked for a simple service. Jose, not letting me wait long, asked if he could help and got me out as fast as I wanted. Others had a one man crew, telling me 3 to 4 hours. I just bought a 1998 Corvette. The guys at the shop in la Quinta did a great job of getting tires on it and getting aligned. I thought it also needed new shocks, but they were the electronic type, and I had had them order shocks that were just regular shocks. When I took it in, they were great and looked at the electronic shocks, and said don't worry, they're in good shape. They saved me money and got me on the road. Great job guys! read more

I had my car dopped at Keylors Tire after hours and had to come early this morning to hopefully get help. The gentleman working this morning were able to not only help me, but get me a new tire for only $60 and have me back on the road to Los Angeles in a matter of 20 minutes. Now THAT is some fantastic service if I've ever seen it. Overall, the guys at Keylors Tire are super fast, super helpful, and an amazing value at that. I thought I needed more than one tires and the gentleman told me no just one; I really didn't have the money and he could have told me otherwise, but he kept it 100 and saved me a few bucks to make it back home to Blythe CA.
