Went in for an oil change and ended up having the tint ripped off of my front windshield taking the old sticker off. I Was not informed the tint was ripped off. Went to get a new oil change through the dealership and they said the last people who did it tightened my gasket bolt so tight the dealership had to break it to get it off. I came into the store to get a tire fixed. The gentleman who found a crack in the rim and actually gave me a company in the local area that fixes rims. I then asked him about an alignment for my car and I asked him when the soonest appointment was available, he stated if you want it done I can do it right now so I said absolutely. Ramón, the counter service rep, looked at me tires to verify size, showed me tire options , & gave me a great quote, which with the military discount, in using road hazard, install && balancing, is better than Costco. My continued loyalty is a testament to their consistently excellent customer service and technical expertise, and my most recent visit only solidified my high opinion. I've relied on ATD for new tires, quick flat repairs, and diagnostic testing--and they always deliver. This time, I came in with a frustrating issue: my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light was acting up. After the recent temperature drop, the light initially came on, I topped up the air, and it reset. However, the next day, the light started flashing, then went solid again, even though the pressure was fine. A quick search suggested potentially worn-out sensors or dead batteries, bracing me for a costly replacement. I called ATD and was immediately put at ease by Alejandro. I explained the issue, and he confidently said, "No problem, bring it in." When I arrived, they took my vehicle in promptly. The team quickly diagnosed the issue, confirming that my tire sensors were, fortunately, in good working order. The real fix was much simpler and cheaper: the tires just needed calibration. I was immensely relieved to walk out with a bill for under $40, rather than the few hundred dollars I feared for new sensors. Alejandro, as always, could not have been nicer or more professional. Front alignment. Claimed my inner tie rods were loose, then proceeded to charge $180 per side to tighten up. Today Sat. Dec 27,2025 and my front end passenger side is kind of clunking around a little, I take a look at it this evening, and there are only two lug nuts on the wheel and the rest of the lug nuts on the rest of my wheels are hammered on as if they sat there with the gun at 600 psi. I know it doesn't go that high but anyways, you know I have the same experience with this company with the one in Indio, California. I don't know what I did to piss them off or anything, but all my lug nuts were hammered on, and I have video of it. Very disappointed with this company, Michael Canty. read more
