Tuesday 7/22/25 while driving to work my dashboard indicated low tire pressure of left rear tire. I called AAA and he came out and pumped the tire. Also indicated I had a screw embedded in the tire. I asked for names of tire stores nearby and he could not recommend any. I remembered previously of taking a neighbor to Big O Tires in Bermuda Dunes. After work, I carefully drove the vehicle to Big O. I was greeted quickly and informed of my complaint. About 20 minutes later, tire was repaired and told 'no charge'. I was stunned. Unfortunately my tire wasn't fixable so they had to order a replacement, but as they promised it arrived the next day. I went back and they had me all fixed up within minutes. I have been taking my two BMW's to Jonathan for about a year now since he bought this shop from the original owners I believe a couple of years ago. Actually had a bumper cover painted at a near by body shop that recommend All Performance to me. I am extremely picky with who and how a mechanic works on my cars and I must say I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with how Jonathan took care of my cars and pride in his work with quality OEM parts! My previous mechanic had chipped my fenders in several areas while working all over fenders without protection on one of my cars and denied the damage. These guys are extremely respectful of my cars and great! My BMW's are in perfect order and once again, I am fastidious with how my cars run and look as I have serious $$$$$ invested in these two cars. I purchased a front and rear brake rotor kit online for my Ford F350 and needed someone locally to install them. I called a couple places that would not install my own equipment but All Performance Tires & Auto were willing to do it and I was able to bring it over immediately for install. They did excellent work and discovered a fluid leak in the process of replacing the rear brakes. They went out of their way to pick up the extra parts and installed them with my permission. The entire process took most of the day but was done very professionally for a fair price. Terrible, that's the word. We were on a family vacation to California and got a screw in our tire along the way. We looked up the nearest tire shops and found this place. It was a little off course but we went anyway. When we got there the guy behind the counter looks out at the car and says "those are specialty rims, I cannot repair the tire" REALLY? I believe the name is ALL performance tires, isn't it? And what does rims have to do with removing a screw from the tire? It was very apparent he just was lazy that saturday morning and didn't want to help. This place obviously doesn't go the extra mile in work nor customer service. We took it to America's Tire Store instead, who were wonderful! read more
