Wish I could give a 0 star. Rebuild my suspension and did my own alignment which was barely off so I figured I'd take it to a real shop to get it professionally done. What a mistake that was it drove perfect my wheel was just a little off. After I got it back my camber is all off causing wheels to squeal and steering yanks to the right. After 5 times up and down on the lift attempting to get it right. Then took another hour to get a refund. Do not waste your time and money here. read more

I tried getting my tire rotation and they always blow me away saying they never have time. But when i asked to get my suspension fixed they found time right away. Seems like all the service after the purchase goes out the window quick to take money but never follow thru with the free service. Over a month and never have time for a rotation even after i make an appointment they tell me to leave my car there all day. Im never shopping here again. read more

Last week I needed an oil change and new tires, angel was at the front desk and with no sweat took care of me with some great professionalism and patience. The place was packed it was a long wait, but the men inside were moving and swapping out cars as quickly as possible. One thing I appreciated was the teamwork, angel would direct to keep a good flow going and the guys would just pump out the work, you could see a structure and not just a bunch of workers working, but on the contrary they had a plan to be efficient and get cars serviced properly and in a timely manner. I appreciated that. I'm here today because I just left again after I called the other shop in Madera they turned me down till tomorrow morning, I called this location and angel like a good business man said " come in we got a few cars but we Got you covered." I came in waiting 30 mins and he got my car checked offered a tip for the error and my light is off. I just wanna say this team in this location are hustlers, and both times I've been in no one has been rude and I've only seen employees either professionalism and eagerness to get the job diners thanks again guys. I have had multiple types of vehicles (hybrids, trucks, regular car) brought here and they've been able too handle each car maintenance issue that came. They've always been upfront and trustworthy about what needs to be done, and if something isn't in their scope (which hasn't happened often), they're honest about it. They will not take accountability for their mistakes! Use another tire shop that actually honors their customers. I've been a customer for 5+ years and drive a g37. They knew about staggered tire sizes and still failed to put the right size tires on my car. When i confronted them about the problem they tried to sell me the right tire size without owning up to their mistake. They tried to make it seem like i put the wrong tires on.. when they literally put the tires on. Called corporate and they ignored my complaints or calls. Will be taking them to small claims court but avoid this company at all costs!!! Pay a little more at shops that will actually save you more money on the long run. When I had the oil changed the other - the technician noticed the serpentine belt was wearing out, was very dry, with multiple cracks on it. The suggestion was to replace sooner than later. Today, I returned to have the serpentine belt replaced. There was a noticeable difference from pre-replacement to full replacement. I am certainly glad the service technician was diligent in his job during the oil change procedure. This more than likely saved me a considerable amount of money. Breaking down while driving, towing to the repair shop, and the worry of being alone waiting for help - well let's just say, "better safe than sorry!" There isn't a cost benefit analysis that would reflect the true cost of replacing the serpentine belt. Safety is priceless! read more

We stopped by American tire depot today to get our tires rotated. We couldn't believe it when they said that they did it for free. We were told it would be about 20 minutes so we went to get a bite to eat, less than 10 minutes later we were told that the car was ready for pick up. The staff were very helpful and courteous. This place is awful. Nobody there was wearing a mask despite Madera being the hot spot for Covid in the state. They took three hours to install my new tires after telling me an hour and a half so I had to sit and wait. The did a bait and switch on the price charging me $170 more than what they quoted on the phone. There is a bad vibration now which I did not have before. I am in the store at Modesto getting this problem fixed so I have now wasted most of two days - never again!, and these guys call themselves "certified professionals " - some joke. read more

I took my car here to get tires good price but had a lot of problems with shaking, so after a few weeks i came back so they can fix it they said they did and send me on my way. The car was driving good till a few days later the shaking came back. I'm not from the area so driving 2hr there so they can fox the problem or tell me what it might be, they never found the problem till i took it to someone in my home town they told me two wheels where bent. How can this guys miss this. I thought they where experienced in what they do. I'm not going back there again. Update: 5/3 i bin trying to call the director Tony and hasn't answered my calls.
