The staff are always very nice and helpful! I've never had a problem with their work. The prices are reasonable to me as well. The only slightly negative I have, is that I never received a text/call that my car was ready to be picked up. Only a call after closing hours asking if I was going to pick up my car, which i thought odd since i didnt know it was ready anyway. But that's it! No biggie! I went in for a wheel alignment on Wednesday May 20 around 2:30 in the afternoon and the tall man at the register was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the next morning I returned due to a small pull to the right when driving. The man sitting behind the desk on May 21 at around 8:15 was not so nice. He explained to me everything and what a radio pull meant but definitely didn't live up to the customer service experience I got the day before. I think it was his demeanor and overall blatant attitude towards me. Very transactional instead of educational. Maybe he should work on his customer service skills. The alignment was well done. Props to the techs. Also got a discount when I called corporate. Good value but I'm just someone who values good customer service even more. read more

The experience was amazing and I received the best service requested, and the quality in value was through the roof, but I really have to give it all to their associate Matthew, who was seriously the bomb he made me feel like I was family and gave me great pricing and customer service. When I called the location the person I spoke with passed to another worker and that person told me they could help service my air bags at that location. But when I get there and told the gentleman in the front (some older guy with a bald head) about why I was there, he looked at me confused and said they don't service that. But when I told him an employee on the phone told me they could he stated no. To me that was rude and the worker didn't even bother to ask anyone else who worked there if they spoke to me. I even double checked the phone number I called and it was the same location. Never coming back. read more

I had a great time today at the American Tire Depot in Norwalk. The manager Matthew is a real great person and was easy to talk to. He also gave me tons of useful information to keep my tires alive longer and made sure to absolutely ensure I was leaving there with the right tire PSI. Never did he make me feel like I HAD TO purchase anything and he was super helpful in every way. At the end of the day my service was completed, I got some new tires and was good to go. I took my car to American Tire Depot Norwalk to get my flat tire fixed and the guy that helped me told me that the tire was in good condition and there weren't any holes. Even though I told him there was. I waited two hours for nothing. It's not likely for the same exact tire to lose air once or twice a month for multiple months without there being a hole. So I took my car to American Tire Depot Downey and they were able to find the hole and fix it under an hour! I was extremely happy. read more
