If I could rate this negative stars I would I had my Tesla serviced here, this shop is an in network shop through my warranty company After the repairs were finished one of the workers called us after hours and said that all the repairs weren't covered that we would have to pay 1000 but they would settle for 600 Something didn't sound right so I called the warranty company and they said all repairs were 100% covered and there should be no out of pocket cost, the warranty company had to get in contact with them so they wouldn't charge me After their so called repairs I noticed they put my skid plate on wrong so I took it in for them to correct it They tried to say they couldn't put it on correctly and my husband had to tell them how to do their job and how to correctly put it on So basically they tried to fraud us and they couldn't do their job right twice, and they took forever to do the repairs the first time, horrible service do not bring your car here! read more

I called on Sunday and scheduled my appointment with Ernesta, who confirmed the Monday appointment and verified my tire size. When I called an hour before heading over, I was told there was no appointment under my name -- but they said they could order the tires and have them ready in 45 minutes. I came in and was told I needed both tires replaced, even though I only needed one repaired for a nail. Marco said it was fine to mix non-run-flat tires with my existing ones. I did my own research, pushed back, and made it clear I needed run-flat tires -- 235/50 R19 XL -- and that it's an electric vehicle. They confirmed at 11AM. Six hours later, Ernesta told me it was ready. I asked what tires they used. It was 235/50 R19 SL 99H -- the wrong spec. When I asked about the difference and why they didn't use EV-rated tires, he told me there was no difference and they were the same. Then he tried to get me to pay and walked out. I said no. I'm not paying $680 for the wrong tires after waiting six hours. This is completely unacceptable. read more

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Normally, I would be worried about it, but I knew I had purchased my tires at American tire depot so that's where I would return to have it checked out. The staff is very knowledgeable and in short time the problem was found, and the problem was solved. The waiting area is inviting with chairs and tables and TV to keep yourself occupied while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. And the best part of all it did not cost me a dime to have my tire repaired because I purchased it here. read more

I hate writing bad but these guys gave absolutely terrible service!! My 81 year old mother had an APPOINTMENT at 2:30 on a Sunday. She sat and waited for almost 3.5 hours to get a nail removed from 1 of her tires. When they finally got to her, they said there was no nail and the tire was fine. I'm thinking it's because they just wanted to go home and never even checked. When she got home, I had my 22 yr old son go check and sure enough, the nail was still there! read more

I was upset when I noticed that the valve stem on my back passenger tire was leaking, especially since I just got a tire rotation at the dealership a couple weeks ago. We went straight over to American Tire Depot and they fixed it right away. Best part is they replaced the valve for free. We were in and out in no time. Appointment was scheduled for 8am, car was placed on lift at 8:45 and I was not notified that the tires could not be rotated until 9:20. No respect for my time as I told them I would be waiting, task should have taken less than 30 minutes. Why did it taken 35 minutes to notify me? Seriously the shop was not that busy and service manager knew I was waiting outside. Next set of tires will be purchased somewhere else that has respect for customer's time. read more

Good alignment, just takes too long, I made an appointment and found out it's first come first serve. Be prepared for them to try and up sell you every time. Very disappointed with my experience. The manager who helped me at the desk failed to verify my vehicle's mileage and entered it incorrectly, resulting in a 25,000 mile discrepancy on my Carfax report. Now I have to contact Carfax to get this fixed, which is unnecessary work for me when they should have checked the mileage upon arrival during check in. read more

Alignment gone REALLY bad. Had to return 3x to make it right. 3rd time was to ask for a refund. According another reputable auto shop, American Tire Depot left a tie rod and steering bolt loose, AND they had to fix what American Tire Depot could not. Buyer beware! I dropped my wife's car off to get tires, requested to have the wheel spacers taken off and placed in my trunk. They removed them but stole them and did not give them back. I called and asked about them, they knew exactly what car it was and said the tech still had them. I said I needed them mailed back to me because I like in another town and their employee stole them from me. They don't do anything to remedy this. Stay far away unless you want your belongs stolen while you leave your car there. I'll never go back and never recommend anybody to them. read more

I normally don't write any reviews at all unless its to support small business in a positive way but this service was so awful I feel the need to share. I brought my car in because my tire had a leak and a flat repair is free. I brought my car in at 9 am just to be ignored, then told it would be a 2 1/2 hour minimum repair. I get a phone call 4 hours later saying all my tire tread is low and it would be $1300 for all new tires. I told them my car literally got serviced a couple days prior so they told me they would leave it up on the rack for me to inspect it myself. I said I'd discuss it when I get there because going from a free repair to 1300 just didn't sit right. When I get there my car is back in the parking lot parked all crocked, when I walk in they hand me the keys with no paperwork, no verbal report, they just tell me to have a good day. I walk out and my tire is flat as hell. They didn't do anything but waste my time! I walk back in and they said for safety they can't change the tire at all. I asked them how am I supposed to drive out there and then they offered to put my spare on. After 4 hours you would think they'd at least do that. Great customer service right? Welp I ended up taking my car to Toyota and guess what, they repaired my tire for free and in under 20minutes with my tire tread being just fine. Thanks American Tire depot for your excellent care, you guys are great. Moral of the story is no matter what you bring your car in for they're going to try to sell you some BS you don't need. Nothing in this life is free. Unless you go to Toyota. read more

O stars. I was unfortunately towed here with two flat tires. Kirk lied to me and said he couldn't legally replace just two tires. He said he wouldn't do the work for two and had to do all 4. I know what he was doing. I couldn't be towed anywhere else and my son had a competition in Vegas we needed to get to. He said an hour max and that also turned out to be a lie. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm here til close and I showed up at 12:30. I asked about the time since my car hasn't even been looked at yet and it's after 2 and got a "well you're next" No customer service at all. Avoid this place! read more
