I won't be going back…read more I sat in the waiting room for 9 hours (with a previously scheduled appointment by the way) only for them to tell me the issue was identified as a faulty starter. After they fixed this and charged me almost $1,200, they proceeded to tell me my car still wouldn't start. My car then sat in their garage for multiple days. I had to constantly follow up with them, only for them to tell me they couldn't help me by day #3. I rolled my car out of their shop with a $1,200 charge and a broken car. Thank god I contacted a smaller, local mechanic who was generous enough to come to my house, fix all of my wiring and replace damaged parts for HALF of the price of Mountain View Tire. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, I will not be coming back and would not recommend coming here for anything, including oil changes. Please call your local shop and give them your money, which will be about half of what you'd spend at this place by the way.

We were really hoping to make this shop our go to .. sadly the personalities are great , but the service is horrible , don't waste your time or money , the discount for the wait time didn't help given the fact that they were literally just standing around like a bunch of girls at a brunch party. I understand y'all's need to take a lunch and a break .. but everyone at the same time ?.. and not even being discreet about not working .. just left it out for their customers to see, didn't care about the time of their customers. Deeply need some systems set in place and some foundation of how to run a business and handle their employees. My Type R has IRX 35% all around including windshield and looks super dark since the interior absorbs a lot of light. However, I included an interior shot to show how QUALITY tint is supposed to look regardless of the darkness (I can see easily at night). Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. Is it worth the money? Most definitely. Is the heat rejection that much better? Yes I'll be back again for my next car!

I've been here many times and I've recommended many people here but this time seems to be a lot different than the others. I brought my car in at 8:45 am today because I had a flat. I noticed they were telling people it would be at least 2 hours but when I was helped nothing was mentioned and I figured I was fine I already knew what they were going to say. After 4 hours I questioned it. His response seemed odd because he did not seem to remember me at all and he questioned who helped me when in fact he was the same person. His response afterward was "Well there are still four more people ahead of you". So I went back to waiting. I don't understand why anyone would have to wait 6 hours before anyone can even look at my car with a flat tire at a tire shop. Lol yet again they forgot about me and asked what I'm waiting on and what car I have.... no one is prioritizing and managing this situation correctly. After being here for 7 hours they realized I need a new tire and they have to order it and I waited all day for no reason. Before I left they asked me to leave the tire so they can have it ready when I come back and I said sure. ~~~~~~Update~~~~~~ The next morning at 9:41 am I received a phone call that my tire was in and I was excited telling them that I can come down right now but I was quickly cut off because it would be at least a few hours before they could get to it. Shortly after I spoke with the district Manager Mr. Cruz, he definitely seemed surprised by the outcome of my situation especially with the phone call this morning. After a quick call back he told me that they will be ready for me at 10:30 and waved the $45 fee they were trying to give me for the new warranty and taxes even though my warranty was supposed to cover everything I thought... So I went in to drop my car off and after I had to explain who I was again at the front counter, I was told to go ahead and go get my car and bring it into the shop myself..... So I went back out and around the shop to the parking lot to get my car and drive it into the shop for them... I don't know why I had to go back out to get my own car to bring it in for them, that's the first time that's ever happened. I completely understand we're dealing with covid but wow... They are nice guys here but yet there is so much that makes absolutely no sense right now on the customer service aspect. read more

Amazing service! It has been a while since I've had amazing customer service like this. The other places I've been to try to take advantage of you by overpricing. But not this place MARCOS was super helpful! He helped me get everything I need, he was true to his word and very respectful. Mark took time to explain what was wrong with my car and what they needed to do to get it fixed. He gave me the best deal. You can tell he wanted to do what was best for me(the customer). He got me in and out of there really quick. My car is running better than it was when I came in! Best place to go for all of your car needs.I'm truly grateful for their amazing quality of service. Went in this morning to replace my two front tires. One was badly worn, tread showing, the other wasn't so bad, but decided ahead of time that I was only going to replace two at a time instead of all four since the back ones have some life left. They tried to sell me on all four but I only went with the two (they are salesmen too). The thing that I am upset about is that they didn't put the two new tires in the back as is recommended when only replacing two tires. Was this pure laziness, I don't know! My friend I had consulted with yesterday suggested that they should go in the back but I forgot to say anything. When I asked at time of paying for service if they put them in the back he said no and that it could go either way. Once I got home and did a little research, sure enough new tires should go on back for SAFETY reasons! read more

Terrible service!!!!!! A bunch of liars and thieves. I was told that I was paying one price when I turned in my car and a more expensive price once I picked it up!!!! The manager is the worst! Super CON Man and should be fired... dave as well for being his minion. The store is racist and plays favoritism to certain people of their liking. I will be filing a formal complaint against this company for over charging me and not being professional as they should be, since this is a Flagship Store SMH!!!! Shame on corporate and shame on management. Any customer supporting these businesses during these times should be treated with respect and honesty. I came in recently to get brake work done. They did it in only a couple hours and so far the brakes seem good. If that was it, I would rank 4 or 5 stars. However, when I went to enter my car I found my door handle was broken into pieces. Not only did no one say anything beforehand, when I went to confront them a mechanic told me it was already broken. That is a lie. In fact, the mechanic kept telling me how honest he is being (one of the signature tells that person is lying) and refused to do anything about it. I just spent $460 on brakes and the sales staff is trying to get me to spend another $400 on tires, yet this is the service they give? I wouldn't trust my car with these people ever again! read more

I shopped around and they were able to provide me with great pricing on four brand-new tires, an alignment, and a five-year warranty package that gave me real peace of mind. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure. The service was efficient, and my car drives noticeably smoother now. Recently went in to the Shop to have warranty services performed. I was greeted by all staff in shop, which made me feel welcome. I was informed it would be around a ninety minute wait which I was OK with. My vehicle was in for service and ready within 30 minutes, which was appreciated as I have waited in another ATD shop more than a few hours for the same service on more than a few occasions. I appreciate the courtesy staff at this shop was able to give me, even thou, they were busy at the time I went in. I have frequented this place of business a few times within the last couple of years. The staff consistently provides excellent customer service by their courteous friendly professionalism. Their honesty is greatly appreciated.... I brought in my sons' car; thinking he may need to have tires and rims replaced related to possible damage. But instead, I was informed that the tires and rims did not need to be replaced, but only had to be patched.......in which the did not even charge me a single penny. Bad customer service. Not friendly at all. Walked in and the 2 guys at the desk just started at me. No greeting, just looked at me. Once I got to the desk the guy rudely asked 'what do you need' like geez. I won't be coming back and my friends and family won't be either. Also they're lazy with their work. I had a nail in the tire. They just patched it with gum. I asked if they got the nail out and they confirmed it was taking out and plugged. 3 days later my tire is low. While driving through Rancho Cucamonga on the I-210 I had a blow out. Luckily for me and the family we were near Citrus Ave off ramp and we were able to get to the American Tire Deport. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I purchased a set of tires for a promo deal of buy 3 and get one free. We waited about 3 hours but it was well worth the wait. I got towed to this location at 6pm on a Wednesday evening...even though there were a few people being helped, Hugo said he'd assist me after he finished helping someone else. He asked me for my name and information about my car...I needed to have my tire patched up as I must have run over a nail... Finally, I made the decision to go to a local tire shop, I walked into to another tire shop down the street and I waited for about 15 minutes with not one person approaching me at the desk. I had been having a leaky tire. My mechanic said there was a nail in tire but I really needed to get new tires. He said he would have to order them but I could probably get a better deal from Costco or American Tires. (Honest mechanic) Costco would have to order. She was extremely aggressive and when I asked for Michael, she would only tell me that he's not there and I'm talking to her and she can help me and I don't need to speak to Michael. She then began to insist that I tell her why I was calling. I again repeated that I was already been helped by Michael and I needed to speak with him. In a rude tone, she then told me that he's not here and to call him tomorrow and hung up on me. I did call the next day and spoke with him. I did let him know that I had experienced a lady coworker and that she was very rude . He did apologize. I told him it's not his fault that I was going to be leaving the five stars because , the first time I was there everyone was wonderful. I was thinking she was probably just having a bad day. He thanked me. I'll let him know. I just want to go over my previous Service and ask him if you could please review what I still need to do on my car and if you could please send it to me and he did. I will definitely schedule something with him, he gave me his schedule so that way I don't call when he's not there and possibly have another incident with this lady.

Although I do not remember her name, she took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and pointed out that one of my axle boots was damaged. I really appreciated her attention to detail and honesty, as this is something I may not have noticed until it became a much more expensive repair. The service was completed in a timely manner, and she clearly explained the condition of my vehicle and the recommended repairs without any pressure. Took my car here on 7/16 to get tires purchase through them rotated, said they couldn't because the…read moretires were worn. Perfectly understandable, tires were old but they also mentioned my struts, shocks and other items needing to be replaced. Quoted me new tires and the service they recommended, I said that's fine I'll just pick up my car. Made an appointment to get new tires for cheaper at American tire Depot, they checked out the suspension and said the items Big O recommended were fine. Car needs other service but good to know to always go get a second opinion if this shop ever recommends items. They lost a customer that's for sure.
