No sense of urgency. They take their time to even ask what you came in for. They don't stick to them time they say they will have your car ready by. They should have better communication if it's not going to be ready with the time they had previously given you without you having to ask. They only started my car because I asked about it. They should value your time more. They seem to lack communication between the techs and salesmen. There is no accountability within their team and what they commit to. Once I asked they started to have better communication. They seem to want to upsell you and not just take care of what you came in for and let you just figure out what you would like to do on your own. I also asked for paperwork for the inspection so I can show car dealer since I just purchased this car and for some reason they didn't think they could do that. So strange. I took a picture of their device that reads the tire threads but that's all I have. I don't know how you do business that way and expect to make a purchase happen without any paper trail for people have. I guess I'm used to going to Glendora location, receiving great service, paperwork and good service even just for a patch. Of course I went to America's tire got a great price on four brand new tires. They put them on as I sat at Krispy Kreme doughnuts and enjoyed a delicious crème filled doughnut and a hot cup of Joe. These guys right here saved the day!! Was getting my Tacoma serviced when I am told there is a nail in my side wall. Dealer says, it can't be fixed. Quote me almost $375 for 1 tire. I am at 8/32 all the way around so I know i have a lot of life left in my tires. I check my i voice and it says the nail is on the shoulder. Still not wanting to pay that much for a tire, i go to my trusted America's Tire. These guys were professional, courteous and immediately inspected my tire. I gave America's Tire another try after a bad experience a week ago, and they disappointed me again. I trusted them to install my tires properly and keep my car safe -- what a disappointment. I had two new tires installed, and the job wasn't done right. One of the lug bolts is missing entirely, and the rest are loose. If I hadn't happened to notice the missing bolt, I never would have caught this. Beware: check your bolts and tires before you leave the lot. This is a safety issue, not just poor service. read more

I've been coming here for probably 20 years! It has been a while since I'd visited. Man, this place has really changed! The interior looks great! It's so bright and welcoming with plenty of chairs and counters for work space! I've always been pleased with the service I receive from America's Tire, and today was more of the same. I did actually visit their website prior to visiting the location. I was able to pick out my tires online, pay online and schedule an appointment to get the tires installed. They texted me a reminder this morning, with a link to "track my journey." I informed them via the website when I was on my way and when I had arrived. Upon arrival, I was a little concerned because they looked very busy. Thankfully, I was helped right away by Nicholas. He was very kind, helpful, and we even chatted about football a bit. Through the website, I was able to track when my car was being serviced and informed when it was complete. I was out of there in under an hour! DO NOT COME HERE! They have several claims of people's cars being damaged. We had two appointments for two cars last week. They took both of our vehicles later than the appointment times. On top of that the tech hit our car and now we have damage. We told the manager Jose Cordero and he backed up his employees and said they didn't do it and they do not have cameras good luck. We had to make a complaint against him also to corporate. Now we have a claim started against this location. I have been a customer for over 15 years. I have been coming here for years. I bought tires for a 2013 Passat, 2017 Volvo V60, 2017 A6, and a 2022 A6. I took my car in 10 days ago and got a set of 4 tires installed. When I was leaving there was a thick white lubricant on the wheel dripping from the tire. I touched it and it was wet so I just thought it would come off. Yesterday 9 days later I took my car for a wash and I saw the deep scratch on the wheel where the lubricant had been. I recently paid to have a guy come and fix the curb rash on my wheels. The way the white lubricant was perfectly placed over the scratch, the person knew that they scratched it . I went over there today to talk to them and I thought maybe the guy that did it would take responsibility, but of course not. They don't even know who does each car, its a crew. The assistant manager came and said it wasnt them. Their employee did it and tried to hide it 100%. Its hard I had been there so many times, I never figured I need to inspect my wheels thoroughly. The assistant manager just blatantly said it wasnt us. He could have been It may have happened, but you should have came earlier. Im dissapointe. The person that did it lacks integrity and because of association Americas tires by Ontario Wheels is an unethical establishment. Absolutely ridiculous experience at America's Tire today. I had a scheduled appointment for 10:45 AM and somehow still sat there completely ignored while multiple walk-ins were helped before me. I informed staff more than once that I had an appointment, yet no one seemed remotely concerned. I wasn't even acknowledged until around 11:00 and my car wasn't checked in until 11:07. What exactly is the purpose of scheduling appointments if your staff is just going to pick and choose who they feel like helping first? The waiting area was full of people who arrived after me being assisted while I sat there watching it happen in real time. To be fair, when I finally brought my concerns up to one of the staff members, he was understanding and acknowledged my frustration, which I appreciated. My issue is less with him personally and more with the lack of organization and time management at this location overall. If this location cannot handle scheduled appointments properly, they should stop offering them altogether. read more

First of all, amazing service. PAUL, YOU ARE THE BEST! My husband, my 1-year-old, and I were out running errands when we suddenly got a flat tire. Thankfully we were close by. When we pulled up, they looked super busy and all the stalls were full. I asked how long it would take since I needed to get back to work. Paul asked if it was okay for him to work on our car right in the parking lot, and of course we said yes because we were in a rush. He got it done in less than 15 minutes! Dear America's Tire Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your Ontario, California location. My family and I have been loyal customers for over 15 years, consistently choosing your store for our tire needs. Unfortunately, the service I received on my recent visit has left me extremely disappointed and concerned. On Friday, May 2nd, I visited the Ontario location for a new set of tires and wiper blade replacements. After waiting approximately an hour and a half, I returned to check on the status of my vehicle and noticed that the wiper blades had not been replaced. I brought this to the attention of the manager and technician, and simply requested a refund for the wipers. However, the technician insisted on installing them at that point. While installing the wiper blades, the technician accidentally let one slip, causing it to strike and crack my windshield. He did not offer an apology and appeared shocked before walking away to get the manager. When Manager Jose arrived, he acknowledged that the technician did not follow proper protocols--he failed to use a mat or any protective measures. Manager Jose stated, "I guess I owe you a new windshield," but also failed to offer any apology for the damage or the inconvenience. It is now Tuesday, May 6th, and no one has contacted me regarding the promised windshield replacement. Meanwhile, the crack has grown in size, and I am concerned about the safety of driving the vehicle and the potential for receiving a citation due to the windshield damage. This entire experience has been frustrating and far below the standard of service I have come to expect from America's Tire. I respectfully request immediate follow-up regarding the replacement of my windshield and some form of acknowledgment or remedy for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism shown by your staff. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Update it is now may 22nd and still haven't got my windshield replaced. Fleet Response is the worst "Customer Service" I have ever dealt with. I've been a customer of America's Tire for years, previously going to the Torrance location. This was my first time visiting this location. I needed to replace a tire because my newish car blew a tire on the freeway on the way to work (very frustrating). Came here and they were able to find the tire I needed. Only thing is that it wasn't going to get delivered for a couple of days. That's wasn't going to be an option because I needed to drive a lot back and forth from work, so they were able to find a similar size tire that I was able to use very temporarily at no extra cost! Also, the person helping me was able to find a way to have my cost on the new tire lowered since the tire was pretty new with most if not almost all its tread intact. I set up an appointment and everything was very straightforward and easy. Really great experience with these folks! read more

Don't bother calling this place. really frustrated to be posting this review. my family has been coming here for our tires for years, and we have had many pleasant experiences. however, today, I had probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I called, was greeted, asked to set an appointment to get my tires rotated, and was met with ~20sec of silence. I had to ASK if they heard me or not, to which i was met with more silence... until he finally asked me if I could hold. To be exact, the hold was not the issue... but the silence was extremely unprofessional. they could have absolutely informed me I would need to hold on the get go. Anyways, I hung up and booked online, and drive there. Everything is rolling smoothly, i drop the car off and they tell me it should be around an hour wait time, so i crossed the street to ontario mills while I waited. 20mins in, I miss a phone call from them, so i call back to ask if everything's alright. The man who picked up said he didn't know and would check, and put me on hold. Another man picks up the phone, asks me how he can help, so i explain again, and he also goes to check. At this point a THIRD man comes on the phone to ask if I have been helped yet, and still, nobody has come back to inform me about my car. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating as is, so i walk back to the shop. Finally, someone is able to tell me that my rear tires need to be replaced because they're at a 4. this man is trying to ask which tires I want to buy, even though theyre not an exact match, and he's very kind to check if my current tires are still under warranty, and they aren't so i didn't replace them. at this point, he tells me i'm good to go and gives my keys back! Unfortunately, I walk outside to see my car in the same spot, not moved, but still I give them the benefit of the doubt because nobody told me they couldn't rotate my tires, so i should hopefully be able to trust that they did their job. I was wrong. my tires did not get rotated, but they did make sure to try and pressure me to get new tires! (I do agree 4 is lower but it still is not bald.) Overall, I walked out of this experience feeling pressured, anxious, and extremely out of the loop about my own vehicle from the people who should be working on it. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR: I AM TOTALLY FINE WITH WAITING! waiting on hold, waiting for my car to finish, waiting to rotate until I get new tires! HOWEVER, what is totally unprofessional and NOT okay is the fact that SO many miscommunications happened today. Horrible first phone call, EVEN WORSE second phone call, and even WORSE for letting me walk out thinking you serviced my car.
