I came in two days ago on my lunch break, and who I think was the manager, Ryk, told me all the technicians were on their lunch breaks. I appreciate number one that he respected their lunch breaks and number two that he asked me to schedule an appointment instead of expecting me to want to wait. I came back today for my appointment. My oil change and tire rotation was done within an hour and for $20 less than the last time I went to Jiffy Lube. Ryk had pull up my Carfax. He let me know of anything I should get done soon, and seemed to understand that I wasn't planning to get it done today without me having to tell him that.
