Today I had appointment in Glendale 2, maybe you can check in the system. Owner was so aggressive, without saying even Hi, he just was staring at me. After I explained the issue etc, he did not check anything, he said that I need to change tires for 1000$, I do not need that as mine are fine, I just need service for wheels and he refused because as he said "I can check your issue with tires after I will change them to the new one". I explained one more time that I don't need to change them, they are fully fine, he just took car keys, sat in my car, drove it to the middle of the street and left it there. I asked- "So, you will not provide service because you can only change tires for 950$ and only after you are able to check my car even the battery?" He replied- "Yes" I just wanted to get service, but received this instead. I hope this manager gets some feedbacks as Yelp is full of his behavior. Feels like an honest business and didn't try to up sel me on anything - I will say prices are higher everywhere. I definitely grew up with cheap tires and drove them till they were bald... but now I have a family and we're going on a road trip. I need to believe in the work done and the quality of the tires. We are also investigating the certification status of their employees and comparing their hiring practices to those of American Tire Depot, which conducts thorough background checks. We have a positive reputation with the reputable company down the street, but my husband's decision to visit this establishment proved to be a regrettable mistake. Should have read reviews before I went here. Atrocious customer service. I set up an appointment to have the car inspected. I was hoping to be told why the car had trouble accelerating. I walked into the store and the guy at the counter(V. Hakopian) was immediately dismissive. He had no questions for me. I had to volunteer what was wrong with the car. He immediately said if the abs light wasn't on, he couldn't diagnose what was with the car. I continued to speak in spite of him incredulously repeating what I told him. He was borderline antagonistic. I left the car there against my better judgment and went to get breakfast. I came back and when the same guy came to the counter, I couldn't believe what I was hearing: he started rambling about how the engine had broken wires(it doesn't) there's something wrong with the vacuum lines, maybe(he didn't know), maybe I needed new spark plugs( I just had those replaced). This place is a scammer's heaven. He then said I'd have to find the parts I needed at a junk yard, asked me if there are any Mitsubishi dealerships still around. Apparently, I was supposed to source my own parts and know about dealerships! This person had one of the most odious attitudes I've ever encountered in a human being. Just waves of bad vibes coming off him. He made no offer to actually fix anything with my car. It was like he didn't want my business, but he couldn't say that outright. Maybe it's because I'm Black, idk. Whatever it is, this business should be avoided at all costs. Read the other accurate 1 star reviews here. There's a blacked out word on their sign, likely because they were caught misrepresenting their affiliation with a legitimate chain of stores. I don't know if this place is a front for something more nefarious, but there's no way their business is entirely legitimate. "Shady" doesn't begin to cover it. Anywho, there's a great Armenian bakery just steps away I recommend. The lady behind the counter there was a Nice, non-racist Armenian. Papillion International Bakery. I find out you just need some zip tie, it was very simple job. Should've went back to the mechanic who did sloppy job & didn't tighten the zip tie on the cover. Will never go here again. I've been coming to this place since 2010 for few services until today. I had 2 front fender liners the shop was going to install for $100 labor but then my neighbor where I live knew about my situation and offer me to do it for free about 6 weeks. Today while I was driving I noticed a few pins fell off, you can't be driving around like that or else i could damage the liners while driving, When I told Patrick this he was wondering instead why I didn't show up then I explained my good neighbor doing the labor for free so bc i didn't bring it to him and he couldn't make $100 of me he decided to leave me hanging and didn't care if I drove without clips so my fender liners get damage. After coming to this place for a long time and just bc he couldn't make money of me after i brought so much business for other work this dirty looking rat tells me he is busy to bring it tomorrow but i couldn't wait or else I would damage the liners driving them without clips. Fuck this place if you have a little minor problem and you're a long time customer this jerk Patrick will leave you hanging. There was one glitch- they almost forgot to secure my spare and I had to ask that they check the spare tire was secured properly in the trunk of the car. read more

I had a 36 month warranty on my tires with a certificate they gave me worthless said I never purchased a tire warranty but was never offered. . I recommend American tires (not depot) right down the street they replaced my girlfriend tires no question asked just wanted to know if they were bought from them. As soon as arrived waited about 20 mins cause the only guy Armenian working was doing not only paper work but the actual car related issues himself no other employees just some two dudes who looked like they got picked up from home depot. I made an appointment and arrived there on time, but I had to wait because no one was at the desk. I waited for 15 minutes and finally a person came out. He asked my appointment information first, then kept silent for a few minutes so I was confused. I asked what I'm waiting for and he said "oh I'm just finding your appointment in our system". It was weird. Later, he informed me that they have to charge extra $40 because my car requires some parts in order to change tires. They are tiny triangle shaped parts for each wheel and he explained that this is government requirement. I asked why I wasn't informed about it when I requested a quote online and he answered "because they don't know the information of you car like model and year." But I think I did put the information otherwise I was not able to find the tires. I felt the whole experience was a bit sketchy so I would recommend to go with someone who is knowledges with cars in case you try this place. I don't think I will never be able to find those tiny pieces that they installed. read more

Other tire places did not understand why I wanted to flip my symmetrical tread tires (inside shoulder to outside) or even said it shouldn't be done thinking all tires are asymmetrical. No confusion here, Patrick himself has a track worthy S2000, so he understands the needs of tires that gets hard use (autocrossing for me). Living in highland park, Glendale is normally my go to area for auto shops. I found this spot through yelp and their amazing reviews. I asked for a quote on yelp and got a response within 12 hours. My quote was not accurate because the tire size I gave was stock and I have rims on my scion. They were straight up about the price they gave me after checking out my tires in person and when I paid, it was EXACTLY that price. What I loved is that I came in at 8am and was out by 9am. Their shop is completely open and you can see them working on your car as you sit in the waiting room. I would suggest messaging or calling ahead for a quote and early mornings are best. Came here for an old change and alignment it should have been simple. Next day I went on a long trip up to San Francisco and the oil light turned on. Trusting that they knew how to do a simple oil change I assumed they didn't reset the oil setting (not a big deal) so I took it back since I didn't know how. I took the car back and they reset it. Next day oil light turned on again so I took it back again. They tried a different way to reset it. I suggested maybe the oil cap hadn't been screwed on right or maybe the oil was low. I was told "no it can't be that it's a problem with the computer" ok we'll see if this works. Next day oil light again. This time I suggested to check the oil levels "no it can't be that" "we've already tried everything take it to the dealership to get the computer fixed" I took it to the dealership "your oil was just low but we filled it up no charge to you" It took them like 2 minutes to open the hood and check the dipstick. All because they didn't want to open the hood and check the dipstick. Never coming here again. read more

Went here to get a patch on a flat tire. Wasn't that impressed with the customer service. Was not greeted nor acknowledged after waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I was surprised to see that only one employee was wearing a face mask at the front desk. However the face mask barely covered his mouth and mostly his chin. I would recommend customers not consider this place since you might catch a case of COVID-19. I guess that's why Glendale has one of the highest COVID cases in LA County. read more
