At the appointment, Bradley was incredibly thoughtful - he listened closely to all the research I had done on products that met my requirements (maximizing privacy, enough light for plants, and heat rejection). He actually proposed a product that I was not aware of from Vista that met all our needs even better than any I had already found! Bradley measured up and sent out an estimate super quickly, and the price was great, especially for the premium Vista product. There was a slight hiccup when I discovered that the film he recommended might have a small amount of metal that might affect signal reception in the house (we live in an area with notoriously poor signal). Bradley instantly offered to do additional research with his distributor, and he got back to me the next day with additional information that put me at ease. Once we signed the proposal, we were scheduled for installation within a few days. The installation team couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, neater, cleaner, or more efficient. The two of them took care of a large number of windows PLUS some extra windows with leftover film in less than 8 hours. Oh and they were great about making sure the front door was closed after they were told we have 3 cats - as a pet parent, this matters so much when you have work done in the house! We are thrilled with the result. No bubbles (even though we know they disappear as the film cures over multiple weeks) and we could feel the difference in heat transfer instantly. It's gonna be a much better summer because of the film. The privacy improvement is significant, and the plants are still getting plenty of light; having said that, I promised Bradley I'd come back to update this review with the results so that plant parents out there could feel comfortable about having options for film products. We hired this company to produce custom uniforms for our gym, including multiple shirt styles,…read morecolors, sizes, embroidery, and detailed printing requirements. Before placing the order, I made it very clear to Moonty that this was a detail-oriented project. We provided organized artwork, visual examples, and a detailed spreadsheet outlining exactly what was needed. We even put two different sets of uniforms in two different bags-- Moonty assured us that everything could be handled and completed by a specific date. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the complete lack of attention to detail. Despite having clear instructions, the final products did not match what we requested. Designs were incorrect, colors were wrong, and numerous details were overlooked. Out of 50 shirts, 19 had errors. We spent a significant amount of time organizing and communicating our order, only to receive products that did not reflect the instructions we provided. The project was also not completed by the promised deadline. We were given a specific completion date by Moonty, but the order was delayed. Throughout the process, we were told about other priorities such as Father's Day, graduations, and World Cup-related orders. While we understand that businesses get busy, customers should not be promised timelines that cannot be met. To make matters worse, we were originally quoted one price, but when my husband arrived to pick up the order, the price had increased! The same thing happened with hats we brought in for embroidery. We were told they would be ready by a certain date, only to be contacted at the last minute for information that had already been provided and then charged more than originally discussed. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. When we pointed out the mistakes, Moonty told us it was not his responsibility to review the spreadsheet we provided. That response was BAFFLING. We created the spreadsheet specifically to ensure accuracy and avoid mistakes. If detailed instructions are not being reviewed, then what is the purpose of providing them? We were patient, accommodating, and understanding throughout the process. Mistakes can happen. Delays can happen. But when an order is delivered late, nearly 40% of the shirts are wrong, the designs don't match the approved vision, prices change unexpectedly, and no meaningful effort is made to correct the issues, that's a serious PROBLEM! Moonty wasted our time and money. If you have a simple order, you may have a different experience. However, if your project requires accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and accountability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.

I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.
