Luxury Glass is a Llumar Pro shop (and the only one on the westside), so I knew if I went with them they were going to be top notch. When I arrived at Luxury I was already nervous about someone else working on the car. But they were able to satisfy my every concern. Everyone at Luxury Glass was very professional. The shop was immaculately clean. They masked all the trim on the interior, all the tint panels were cut by printer and then refined on a glass board (no using the exterior of the windows as a template and cutting the rubber gasket like the last guy). They went above and beyond explaining to me and showing me the different tint shades and made sure I was satisfied with my decision. They ripped out the bad tint job and installed new Llumar Pinnacle Ceramic tint; at the end of the job I got a warranty card with the tint used and even the batch of the tint rolls used in case I ever need to file a warranty claim with Llumar in the future. This final touch was really what gave me the peace of mind I was chose the right place after making a mistake at first. From start to finish I felt so comfortable letting them do the work and would recommend for anyone looking for quality tint installation!

I live in New York, but own a few shops in Venice and Santa Monica. In the past few years they've slowly but surely all started getting scratched and graffitied. My tenants were not happy about it (understandably). But, here in New York, I felt like I couldn't do much to help the problem. One of the store owners did some research and found Chuck at CC Surface Restoration. I called him up and asked for a quote on all 6 store fronts. We had some deep scratches on our glass doors and windows and didn't think they can be repaired. Actually, we had someone come out to give us an estimate to replace the glass. Luckily, we found Chuck who assured us he can repair the glass at a fraction of the cost, so we had him come out and it came out perfect! No left over waves or scratches on the glass. We had a few sliding screen doors that had become non functioning and Blayne came our within a day to check it out and then he gave a very thorough assessment. The problem with Two of the four screens had to do with the frame being uneven and he asked if it would be ok to come back in a few days after he had a chance to contemplate different solutions. When he did, he laid out the options and the pros and cons of them and he really did think through the situation as if our house was his house if you know what I mean. We trusted him to go ahead with the work and a few of the consequences did happen but he was very honest and even took photos to send them to us so that we could decide how we wanted to deal with it. It is important to mention that we discussed a budget upfront and he stuck to it and we feel it wa s a terrific value for the great service and expertise he provided, Blayne instill confidence and trust and he does great work at a price that is very reasonable.
