If I could give this place less than one star I would. I paid $100/night. My room was filthy and smelled musty. The woman in the office is the absolute rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would stay FAR away from this place. When I asked for my room to be vacuumed because it wasn't prior to check in. They handed me a vacuum and had do it myself. read more

We were stuck as it was wedding season in CT when we tried to book a hotel. Everything was full and this was the only ADA room in the area.This place was filthy, black mold in the bathroom, on the hand held shower (the sprayer was black and should have been white), what looked like feces spatter on the shower wall. The whole room smelled like mold and all the furniture surfaces were sticky and dusty. The room was strangly humid and nothing dried. The towels and articles I rinsed out were dripping wet after returning back to the room after a whole day gone. The beds were made in a strange way with the sheets on top of the bedspread (?). There were no blankets even after we called the front desk they brought us two more bedspreads. No maid service except to bring towels every 3 days. This hotel/motel needs the health department to look in on it. Thank goodness I came with cleaning supplies and rubber gloves and scrubbed all I could, and we wore shoes the whole time we were in the room to avoid the smelly sticky carpet. This hotel needs to be condemned. Rooms are absolutely disgusting. MASSIVE BED BUGS, towels with hair all over them. Mattresses looked like they we 50yrs old. We know because we removed sheets due to BED BUGS. I alerted guy a front desk and his reply was, "What do you want me to do about it, I am not house keeping?" Don't go here, driving out of the parking lot was the best part of our stay. Witnessed multiple drug deals and a drunk woman throw a beer bottle at the cars below. People live here, not just rent rooms. We came and didn't have towels in the room....called the front desk multiple times and got no answer from 11am till 630pm when I finally went down to the main office. I was told " it's not really my job to be sitting here by the phone I have other things to do" my husband and 12 year old woke up with marks all over them which turned out to be bed bug bites. Just drive away if you need a hotel that bad I'd suggest sleeping in your car before going here. read more

I am booked one night two beds for three people. Got the key from the lobby went to the room, it smelled so bad of weed. I swear I got high I'm just walking in the room. There was burn holes in the bedspreads from cigarettes the room was nasty. It used to be a good place until they started renting their rooms for random people just to live there and letting them destroy the property so when someone who actually needs a hotel comes to that area they don't have the option of shit rooms and homeless people asking you for money literally on the second floor where your room was. I requested A refund and found a better hotel somewhere else I'll never ever recommend or stay here ever again. read more

My wife and I stayed there from 9/23/2022 to 9/26/2022.We would not recommend this lodging at all. Everything is basically run down. They are doing construction to fix it up, albeit early Monday morning to wake us up. You would think that they would start around 9am in consideration of its patrons. There literally was no blankets on the bed. A fitted sheet, top sheet, and a thin spread sheet. We wished they would provide a decent blanket. I will complement them on good quality mattresses. One of the lamps was shorted out. A drawer was missing. The heater smelled up the place (probably needed a replacement filter). The breakfast is not worth it since they stated they scaled it back due to Covid. If you are in the area, we would recommend finding another location to stay. read more

My husband made this reservation, and when I saw the other reviews I was very worried; however, our experience was not that horrible. Yes, there are things that could use some serious maintenance... but the room was clean. We had a non-smoking room and I detected the barest hint of smoke odor (and I am very sensitive to smoke). My husband always checks the air filter on the air conditioner first thing, and this filter was VERY clean, possibly even brand new. The woman at the desk was very friendly. We stayed with a 1yo and a 3yo and I had no worries about my children sleeping in this room. I saw no evidence of bugs as others have reported. 4 stars because outdoor carpet and the 2nd floor walk are in need of repair/replacement. read more

This place is disgusting! They desperately need to replace all of the carpet at a minimum! They only cleaned my room half the days I stayed there, and front desk is just like "oh well, were sorry". I had to change my own trash bags, get my own towels from the front desk, and make sure you pack coffee and toiletries because they don't replace anything. Additionally, they run out of everything, including clean towels, when you do go to the office to get your own. I will NEVER stay here again!!! read more

We were given a room on the 1st fl rear by the guest laundry. When we opened the door we were greeted with a heavy bleach odor and stale smoke. The blankets were clean but had cigarette burn holes in them. The HVAC appeared to not be cleaned recently with dust and dead bugs in the unit. The bathroom appeared to be clean but upon further inspection the faucet appeared not to have been cleaned as it appeared to have blood on it. Absolutely putrid conditions! The rooms are absolutely disgusting, filled with bugs (dead and alive), hair, stains, mold and funk! I canceled my room immediately, after carefully walking back down to the front desk, trying not to touch any walls or fall through the rotting floor! Rooms with "Lofts" are well over 90 degrees with the air on full blast. After calling for a refund, the manager Tina, claims there was no cancellation. She stated she works all day and had no knowledge the rooms were canceled. Funny, if TINA works the desk all day, would she not have checked us out and recorded this? Perhaps Tina thinks we are still there, although nobody would know because they never clean their nasty rooms! I would never recommend this place. I am glad I never took my bags into the room, or I'd have to burn my belonging. Just plain gross. read more

This hotel is terrible. I stayed there about 3 years ago and the room we were in wasn't the cleanest room. After that long and new owners, thinking that they had cleaned it up. I was going to stay there until we saw our room. Nothing had changed in that amount of time, when we walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke (it was a nonsmoking room) along with mildew, there were cobwebs with spiders in them in the bathroom and behind the door. There was mold all around the bathroom, bugs coming out of the drain and since I requested a handicap shower, they put a handicap chair in there and it was disgusting. We had checked in around 2am but they were doing their auditing and had to wait about 15 mins before going to our room, so by the time we got into the room it was probably around 2:30-2:45am and then discovered all of the above. It was about 4:00-4:30am when we went to bed and my granddaughter (9yrs old) was so freaked out by everything that she came into my bed to sleep with me, which we layed our towels on the bed before laying down. Their towels didn't even look white and there was no tv remote. I went to the office about noon because we needed some sleep and we had no where else to go at that time. I talked to the manager, Tina, who was not a very pleasant women, about everything and told her we were going to leave and that I had better not be charged anything. She said "I still have to charge you for 1 night". My response was "that if she charged me I was going to report them to the health department" and her response was "I still have to charge you for 1 night" and I responded "we'll just see about that. This was all on Friday early am, July 9th. Monday, July 12th, I called the health department and reported them for unhealthy rooms and am in the process of telling my credit union that I did not authorized the payment and they will go after them for the money back. read more

Spent two nights in the hotel. It was dirty and humid in the room. They did not clean the carpet and did not replace the items used in the room. Very unhappy with this stay. Would recommend staying somewhere else even if it was further away read more
