Up front, I've only ordered wings from here, I always get them to-go and order during lunch. If you order fries, pick up in ten minutes and they wont be soggy. I start this off by saying this primarily because they offer other dishes other than wings and I've seen some complaints against those and I cant speak to that because in my mind its like going to a butcher as a vegetarian and asking for a veggie burger. Their bread and butter are wings and I wouldnt stray away from that. In two years I've only had a handful of occasions where I was disappointed: when I ordered through doordash the wings arrived cold (due to time in transit) and without any ranch or blue cheese. This is because during pickup they ask you which sauce you'd like and then they give it to you which is probably a cost saving measure. Furthermore, its highly likely they pre-cook their wings to accommodate lunch and dinner rushes. Whenever I call in my order they always tell me 10 minutes, and they're right, usually. In the time it takes me to drive to their restaurant, ten minutes have usually passed and my order is ready when I walk in. This leads me to believe they precook their wings. Which really isnt an issue except every once in a while the rush probably isnt as strong as they anticipated and it'll taste like reheated wings. Still, it isnt enough for me to say I'm not going back. One of my favorite parts about here are the many different types of sauces, I love anything hot, and bbq. They even offer "Hot BBQ" which is awesome because B-Dubs no longer does. They do a lunch special 5, 10 wing combo that comes with fries and a drink. If you order this you have get their within ten minutes or early to ensure the fries arent soggy. Alternatively, if you have an air fryer I have re-heated the fries at home and they were satisfactory. read more

Placed an order on Grubhub for 2 orders of the wing combos with just wings and fries. I received a notification that the order was canceled due to the restaurant being out of an item. Since I had only ordered wings and fries, I called to see what they were out of. The gentleman responded with an attitude, mad at me for canceling the order. He said I cancelled it and now he is out of the money. I was told to "take it up with grubhub". Regardless of the root of this discrepancy, the attitude and customer service has horrible. The staff was professional and courteous and said it would be 20 min. I came back in 20min and they were done and in a foil tray. You can see the pics. The wings are great. I never order plain wings. I love wet wings and I especially enjoy a good kick of spice to them so I was highly surprised that they screwed my order up like that. I was so hungry and tired from the day that I knew it wasn't worth going back for them to fix it. I was not at all pleased with my entire experience. If you do go there just check your food and do not let them ruin your beautiful day because employees in retail STILL have this tendency to display their personal woes in a place of business. The "medium" fries have gotten significantly smaller over time and are often cold, but tasty enough. The most challenging this about this place is how annoying it is to call in an order. You are always put on hold, even when there is no one in the shop. Then when you start to order they interrupt you with " Do you wanna a combo?". If I wanted a combo, I would ask for one. Further, when they interrupt, you then have to repeat the order because they weren't listening to you the 1st time. It's irritating. I was in Md visiting family and I decided to stop in at the America's Best Wings in Ft Washington, and I decided to get some shrimp and fries. When I received my order I was in a rush to get back to DC, I didn't check my order because it was slow and didn't think it would be much to check. But got all the way home and I noticed I didn't have any fries in the bag that I paid for. But, the shrimp looked nice a plump so I jus took one for the team. After biting into 2 of them I noticed it was crunchy like potato chips and it didn't have no taste to them! So I decided to peal the bread off and to my surprise I noticed how small the shrimp was inside of the batter! Anyway they charged me $15 for a pile of potato chip batter with popcorn shrimp inside!
