The wings were recooked and really hard. My daughter got chicken tenders, they looked like really greasy and hard chicken frisbees. Never will I ever go back here. I will definitely spread the word. Our 3rd time coming to this Location and it never disappoints. T gets the friend catfish and I usually order wings. Everything always taste great and service is fast. I like to get the plain wings and add Mambo sauce. T gets Hot Oldbay which tastes amazing. I also want to add that this location is very clean. Impressively clean. Also the employees are friendly. We requested a refund and although there was no disclaimer on our receipt, they refused to provide us with a refund. My boyfriends favorite place to eat is America's Best Wings. We used to go to the Bowie location, but recently moved to this area. We placed an order through door dash and about 10 minutes later got a notification that our food was ready and when we got there they couldn't figure out what order we were talking about. When they found it they said it'd be a couple minutes. Waited 15 minutes, then my boyfriend wanted to check on things and to ensure everything was correct since there were issues. The lady at the front gave him a nasty look and told him to take a seat. Another guy told us 2 more minutes, we waited about 10. When we got home the wings were over cooked and dry. My. cheesesteak was dry and under seasoned as well. I'd much rather make the drive to the Bowie location. I'll never come back to this place. read more

Beware! We purchased two wing meals from there recently. Once we returned home and started to eat, we noticed there was a bug on one of the fries. It was actually cooked on it. We took both meals back (only one had been touched at that point) and showed the guy at the counter. He then proceeded to try to tell us that it wasn't a bug, the fry was just burnt, and crumbled it up. You could clearly see that it was some kind of bug (legs, antenna....). Not sure why the reviews are so low. It's your basic take-out wing joint. My first time here was unforgettable. The wings are great and cooked to perfection, smothered in your choice in one of their 30 different sauces and it's ready within 15 min. Honey old bay and moon dust are my favorites! Also the only thing I would complain about is the smart mouth of the girl at the register. I look young but I'm not as young as I look. Very very rude front staff. I called to place an order ahead of time because they take long in general so hey why not call ahead? The first time I called the young lady answered the phone and ask to put me on hold, as she has me on hold I hear her taking over 5 orders ahead of mines and then she starts talking to someone else about nails!!! I hung up and of course I couldn't get back through because they only have one phone line and she never hung up the phone. When I did get through she asked to put me on hold AGAIN and I quickly told her no because of what happened the first time and she told me "oh well I'm going to taking orders that walk in first even if your on hold, you have to wait" I told her I heard her talking about nails and I just want to put my order in, she told me no I have to hold, I asked her for her name and she put the phone down. I hung up and of course I couldn't get back through because she had the phone off the hook, I had to send my fiancé up there. I order from here a lot. Probably way too much. But now I'm just pissed and I'll never go back. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here, they mess something up. I always order extra sauce flavors to dip my wings in and they forget them. I order extra ranch and they forget it. I ask for all flats, because they offer the options, and I get drums. I specifically order these items and PAY for them, yet I never receive them. The first handful of times I would call the store and they would "offer me the credit for next time". Only the next time would come and go, and still the same mistakes occur. One one occasion, they gave me someone else's food entirely. This was the one time I had picked it up in person instead of using a delivery service, so I checked the order before leaving. How on earth can a place stay in business with such poor customer service and lack of attention to not just detail, but everything!
