Your brake pads will fall off LITERALLY. I took my Lexus there, everything seemed fine HAHAHA no. I was driving home the other day and the brakes were grinding METAL ON METAL, shaking and extremely dangerous and unsafe. My husband had to come get me. By the time we got home....WOW I'm thinking "why is that happening the brake pads are new?" Well, the brake pad FELL OFF because the hardware wasn't installed correctly (or at all) and was missing entirely. This was at night and I had to wait until Monday to reach anyone and even then, they never called. Unfortunately, things only got worse. NOT ONLY WAS THE HARDWARE MISSING AND THE BRAKE PAD the Piston in the caliper seized up. I mean WOWWWWWW. My husband called the store to see what they plan to do to rectify this, and they nonchalantly said nothing. are you fucking kidding me?????? Your company and employees NEGLIGENTLY repaired the brakes and let the customer leave with the car. Only to later find out the HARDWARE IS MISSING CAUSING THE BRAKE PAD TO FALL OUT AND THE CALIPER PISTON TO SEIZE UP! They give a crap about you or YOUR FAMILYs safety. I waited in a friend's car while they gave my car an oil change. When they were finished, my friend drove away and I walked up to the store to pay. I saw the only employee in the store was not wearing a mask, so I stood outside to wait, despite the temperature outside being freezing. I take COVID-19 very seriously, and do not want to be in an enclosed space next to someone who is not wearing a mask. The employee, I did not get his name but he was a tall, older white man with white hair, noticed I was standing there. I gestured towards my mask, hoping that would be enough to remind him to put his on. He came outside to me and I backed away to stay at least 6 feet from him. I explained I needed to pay for my oil change and asked if he would put on a mask so I could go in the store. He seemed annoyed and said he would have to get one from the box, as if it were a big imposition for him, and he went back inside and sat down. I continued to wait outside in the cold, since he did not put a mask on. Fortunately, another employee (wearing a mask) drove by and asked if I needed help. I explained the situation and he went inside to talk to the older man. I saw the older man roll his eyes and then finally put on a mask. Then I was able to go inside, quickly pay, and leave. It felt like he was trying to punish me for having a different outlook on COVID-19 than he does, and the encounter with him overall was rude, unprofessional, and potentially harmful to my health. I have taken my car here for the last 5 or 6 years for oil changes and minor maintenance. Was always pleased until my most recent visit. Took it in for some brake work. I was told I also needed to replace front and rear struts and strut mounts to the tune of $2400. I drive a 2004 Lexus with 60k miles on it....that seemed out of the ordinary.Assuming they were telling me the truth, I called around to several dealerships to compare pricing and was given 2 quotes FAR cheaper. My mom has a mechanic she swears by out in Conyers. Little mom and pop type shop that has worked on my parents cars for 12 years or so. Guy is honest as the day is long and reasonable to boot (Just very far away!). Before me shelling out big bucks for new struts, she offered to take it to Adam and let him look at it...a second opinion on what exactly I needed. Turns out there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car at all. I don't need struts or strut mounts, not front or rear. Unbelievable! Steer clear of this place. They lost a loyal, long-time customer when they tried to rip me off! read more

I am new to the area and drive a far distance for work. I noticed the coolant light was on and had this problem before. My regular mechanic back home (who was ALWAYS honest and fairly priced) told me that there may be a small leak but nothing major. He advised me to just continue to add water/coolant and it should be fine. This solution worked for 6 months with the light coming on only twice in that time frame. I drove from Texas to Georgia, no problems. Yesterday, I noticed the light was on again and, despite adding water, did not go off. I decided to have it checked out and found this auto repair shop on a Google search for my area. I didn't check Yelp first (silly me) and took my car in. They provided a shuttle service back to my home, which was nice, but I got a call from them 30 minutes later stating my car needed $1800 worth of work! I have a 2007 BMW and I know parts and labor are more expensive than domestic cars, but I just wasn't convinced. I was told I needed a new radiator, thermostat and reservoir. No one else was open, it was already late and I needed my car fixed, so I agreed. I knew they were scamming me when the guy on the phone told me that if I didn't fix it now, I'd be looking at a $30,000 engine repair. Did they think I was stupid? The car isn't even worth that much money now, let alone an engine repair! I didn't argue as I already figured out these guys weren't honest and didn't want them messing up my car because I challenged their foolishness. In the end, I paid for the work to be done and promptly decided I would NEVER use them again. You guys at America's service center need to understand that ripping people off does not make good business sesnse. Because your representative told me a ridiculous lie about the $30,000 engine repair, you lost a customer who would have been loyal, with the money to spend on repairs/maintenance whenever needed. read more

I will only go here for oil changes when they're offering a deal. There's no point in making an appointment. Made one and brought my car in and was told there were still a couple ahead of me. What's the point of making the appointment? Took well over an hour for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Also, they're just not nice. The guy I've talked with the most is pretty condescending. Absolute worst place! One day my check engine light, Vsc light and traction control light came on plus my car was shaking really bad so I took it here to have them run diagnostics. The only reason I chose this place was because it was the closest to me. They ran diagnostics and said my car needed 4 new spark plugs and coils and would cost $950!! Instantly I could tell he was just trying to take advantage of a young female who needed help. To top it off, when I find the guy I would do it myself (which I did for $230) he instantly had an attitude. He then walked out to my car they were putting back together, pulled a wad of pine straw out of my engine compartment and yelled at me for parking under trees. He then walked back to my car and stuffed the pines trade back in and PATTED IT DOWN! I was completely appalled by the lack of respect! Would not recommend this place to anyone! I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been going there for several years. Now there is a new guy working as a service advisor. I don't know how new because it's been a while since I've needed to go up there. Chis, I think his name is. I went in for an oil change and a few other minor issues. It didn't take long until he called and said that it was going to almost $1800 to fix a bunch of things that i didn't have a problem with until taking it in. He charged me for work hours that were at least 2-3 times what it would normally take. I've had surprise car problems come up before but never anything like this, and the kid seemed to think it was a joke. As a test, I called him back to check an issue that I knew for a fact was an easy fix. He said he would check it out and call me back. When he called back, he quoted me $500 for the job when all it needed was a fuse! To top it all off, they didn't even top off my fluids! The main reason I went in! Seriously? This place is conveniently located close to my house but it's time to find somewhere else to go. As long as this kid works there, I'm sure I will continue to get ripped off. read more

We began hearing a grinding noise from the engine area of our Toyota. The noise only occurred when we accelerated. We took it to a Toyota dealership and told them the problem. They came back and said that they could not find anything and that the noise was probably the result of the car being exposed to rainy weather. The noise did not go away and we took the car back to the dealership. They again told us they could not find anything. We took the vehicle to ASS. They test drove the vehicle and heard the problem. They found the problem to be a loose bracket. ASS found the problem because they took the steps to find the problem and not dismiss the customer. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in to get my oil changed and tires balanced and rotated before taking a spur of the moment vacation. I was told my front and rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and that my rear brake calipers needed to be replaced. Over $1300 in services they said I needed urgently. Being a woman, and knowing women tend to be taken advantage of in these situations, I declined and took the car the person who normally does my vehicle maintenance. He is ASE certified (just didn't happen to have a shop in the area I was in at the time). Turns out the only thing from that list that I needed was front brake pads. No rear brake work, No rotors, No calipers. On top of trying to charge me an extra $1000 for unnecessary brake work, the tires that they rotated to the front have blown belts in the tire. Guess they were going to tell me about that when I brought it back for the brake repairs, if I didn't have an accident in the meantime. These guys should really be ashamed of themselves!! The level of disgust I have for this place at this moment in time could never be described. One star is too many for them. read more

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP! I took my vehicle to this repair shop to have my airbag suspension changed over to regular springs. They charged me $1800 which was way more than I should of paid - a month later my ESP lights began to come on, and my vehicle began to stall. Since my repairs were in "warranty" they told us they would look at my vehicle without a charge. Prior to having my vehicle serviced at this shop I did not have any mechanical issues, when they ran a diagnostic a month ago, everything was fine. However, they had the audacity to tell me they recommended I have my engine replaced for $10,000 - but admitted they did not even pull the engine out to evaluate it. I guess they assumed because I was driving a luxury vehicle, I had money to give away. Needless to say, they still charged me a diagnostic fee, to look are repairs that were under "warranty". This shop charges prices that are more expensive than taking your vehicle to the dealer, plus their customer service sucks. Just a bad deal all around. I live in the neighborhood the shop is located, so taking my vehicle here was convenient. ASS you lost someone that would have been a loyal customer. They tried to put fear in me when all I did was take my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. They said I had nearly $1,400.00 worth of brake work done... Really... Just out of the blue my brakes had failed...Really... A very dishonest company... I looked up on BBB when I arrived home and noticed they had a D-.....with them....that's sad a D- !!!They told me if it were them they would think twice about driving on the road with my 2006 well maintained Tahoe... that it was dangerously unsafe... and they were PUSHING some credit car plus program....for me to use and they had no clue of my financial living situation...How insulting... I did not trust them. I took to another mechanic and he charged me $171.00 and said my rear brakes barely needed replacing... and that my front breaks looks great. Would never recommend this company...not to mention they were angry and had bad attitudes....real dirt bags if you ask me.... when I told them no thank you... they acted as if I were stupid for driving my Tahoe out of the parking lot!
