The service here is slow. Pretty bad when you have to wait 15 mins just to have someone acknowledge you to get your tire order going. They do an excellent job once they have your car yet it takes 30 mins or more just to get your order in. read more

I always go here I ordered rims from Americas tires twice they always go the extra mile to make sure you get the exact fit there always give good tire recommendations as well amazing customer service I suggest making an appointment before showing up or you will be waiting because they do get busy they were able to get me in and out with run flat tires in under an hour with no appointment that was amazing but I have wait longer than that for a patch so call ahead and save some time read more

Big shout out to America's Tire Manteca store. As few weeks ago I went in for a flat tire repair and they discovered that my rim was cracked. I had to order a new rim from them (through a third party vendor). It was only supposed to take a week, but the company sent the wrong one and it had to be reordered. Long story short, after 3 weeks the rim finally came in and they put it on. I was honestly extremely frustrated through the entire process, but everyone was really pleasant, friendly, and empathetic through the entire ordeal. Even though it was a giant hassle it really wasn't their fault, but they gave me a discount on the rim because of the inconvenience, without me even having to ask for one. That's real customer service to me. Thank you to the manager (sorry, I don't know your name) that had prearranged that in my note file so it was ready to go without having to ask, and all of the rest of the staff that helped me along the way because I called almost everyday to the point that all I had to do was say my name and they new which car it was for. read more

My husband bought 4 tires that' Nissan had on my maxima when we bought it, I must admit these tires were not cheap but I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service this place offers. I'm a female and I was driving on a tire that had a nail in it for two days before I realized. My husband purchased the warranty and when he brought my car in there was no hassle and they overnighted my tire since they normally do not carry this tire in store. Best place ever. IMPORTANT! Very poor customer service. I made an appointment and was told it would be 45min to 1 hr for the vehicle to be done (normal wait). I arrived on time and checked in and all seemed to be going well. I started to wonder what was going on when it was 45min past my appointment time and my vehicle wasn't even moved in or touched at all. I asked how much longer it would be and I was told I was next (20-25 min) . The real kicker was an hour after my scheduled appointment they took in a customer that came after I was already there waiting. I have been a customer for over 10 years with various Americas Tire Locations (Antioch, Concord, Brentwood) with multiple vehicles in and out and never had this poor of service.. AVOID AT ALL COST! Nice people, the only major downfall is they take forever and give incorrect wait times. Not only did I wait 2 hours after being told it would be done within the hour, but I also watched everyone who came in after me leave before me. I find this absurd since I only came to buy 2 new tires. They also didn't even bother to put the tools back, they just threw it in the trunk. I recommend Costco tires over this place. read more

They take FOREVER to do everything! I asked them to switch my spare tire with the flat one because they bolted the tires with the machine and it was too hard to remove. Luckily that time I had a ride but it wasn't ready for like 4+ hours! Then the day my tire was supposed to come in I had to call them! And I nor the employee thought about making an appointment for that day to have the tire replaced. So I came in and they told me it would be 2 hours, it's now going on 3 hours. Take your business to the Tracy location, the Manteca guys are a JOKE! Long story - I have an all wheel drive vehicle, one tire got a hole in it. Took it in and had it patched. The next morning I start driving my kids to school and notice its completely flat. I drove to a safe place to stop and put the spare on and of course driving on it damaged the sidewall so it can't be repaired, it has to be replaced. I got to Manteca America's Tire and George showed me, the reason that the repair didn't fix it is because there was a 2nd small hole that they missed! (So now, because of their negligence, I drove on it and it's not repairable) George explained to me that because my car is all wheel drive, the tires have to be within 4/32 of tread depth of each other. The existing tires are at 7/32 and the new tire (which is a different brand) would be 11/32. So he tells me all 4 need to be replaced. And they will only cover the damaged tire. I paid for the extended warranty on all 4 tires, one is damaged, but essentially all 4 are now useless to me. 4 new tires (with a small discount for the damaged tire) is $600. That's quite a large unexpected expense for a mom of 5 young kids. It upset me that there was nothing he could do to lessen the blow, seeing as though I had purchased those tires from them not even a year ago and now they all have to be replaced and they only have to be replaced because they weren't properly repaired! So I told him I was going to go. I needed to think on it, maybe have someone else take care of it. AND GUESS WHAT? All of a sudden he had another option for me. Apparently, if he orders the same brand tire that I currently have, then we could get away with only replacing the damaged tire because it comes with a 10/32 tread depth! WOW....that's convenient. I left and called Tracy America's tire. Nema was amazing. All he cared about was mine and my kids' safety. He said he will order the proper tire and have it in this afternoon for me. That should be all there is to it. But if all 4 tires do need to be replaced, he will pro-rate the price of the 3 good tires. Seeing as though they are at 7/32 and brand new are only 10/32, they still have basically 3/4 of their life left so he will only charge me A QUARTER of the price for each of those tires. That's how it should have been handled from the start. I love how there was nothing George in Manteca could do for me except sell me 3 new tires at full price. I won't spend another penny with them. read more

New to the area, been having nothing but bad luck with my van, replaced transmission right after moving. Went to another place to have an oil changed, tires rotated and balanced. They did not balance them, van now pulling to left, they refused to help me without being charged. Made an appt with an America's Tire, Tommy got me right in and took care of the problem. I would like to say that I have been going to America's Tire for several years now and have always had good experiences with them. However, my last experience with them is worth mentioning. I went in sometime last week because, after year and half of my tires, they were basically bald. I was frustrated because tires should last longer, however, I am a commuter so it does make sense. I went in and Josh Childs helped me get my tires. He helped me get new tires and gave me his opinion on the type of tire I should get for the best price. It was overall a very good experience. When I took my car to its original dealership for an oil change and tire rotation and to check on a tire that was lower in air pressure than the others, I was told that I would need a new tire because it had an irreparable hole. I ordered a new one through Ryan at America's Tire because it was about $50 cheaper than at the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that they were able to plug up the hole and that I did not need a new tire. Despite them having my car for 40 minutes to repair the tire, I couldn't believe when I was told there was no charge and that they offer a free service to have my tires checked any time, even though I still had the original tires on my car, which were not purchased through them. Ryan and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and, when I do need new tires, I will absolutely go back to America's Tire to purchase them from their outstanding staff! Such a marvelous gem right here in Manteca!!! read more

We have purchased a lot of tires here. We had purchased a used car. I thought the tires were ok and just wanted a rotation. They told me it was free regardless if we had not bought a tire here. Was very pleased. To found out the two rear tires were real bad On the inside. Very professional place. We will continue to do business here. The gentleman's name was Nicholas. I wanted to share my experience with Americas Tire. I came in about a month ago to purchase 4 brand new tires which I did, they told me if I pay it off with in 30-60 days no credit interest will be charged and this was what I had planned to do. After I purchased the tires I went home and the sales person called me back said he made an error in the cost of the tires. I went back in and he recharged again with a new total (another bill) letting me know he voided the first purchase and he said I will only have one charge on my bill. I thought that is what happened. 1 week later I get my first bill buy the way I opened up a new credit line with America's tire. I get my bill and I see 2 charges on my bill. I went ahead and called the credit card company and they had no knowledge of the voided charge and told me to wait a couple of days. Week 3 I still see the charge on my bill. I called the credit card company again they told me it would be faster if I called the sales person back which I did he told me wait a couple more days. The credit card company noted I spoke to the sales person again to have it removed. Week 4 it's still on my bill called the credit card company again they said I would have to open up a claim and it will be about 60 days before this charge comes off of my bill I am already into a month at this point. This is already making my credit look bad and everyone knows how hard it is to clean up credit. All this extra effort I am putting into this because of a sales persons error. On top of the 4 weeks already I have to wait an extra 60 days to get this off of my newly open credit card with America's tire. They did tell me I will not be paying interest on the extra charge that should have been voided. Well I will wait to see my next bill. I am not happy about this and felt it should be noted to other customers. read more
