I wish I could give this place zero stars. My tire popped in the middle of the highway, and this was the closest place. I fixed it on my own but I came to see if they had a new tire I could purchase. But the prices were so expensive! The tire prices were doubled the market value. I at least wanted to get my air filled, but when I asked they said they couldn't do it for us because we had low pressure on the spare tire. This is my go to place whenever something is wrong with my tires. When my light came on I did their drive up service to help me out air in my tires. Kyle, was so helpful and also let me know that there was an area on one tire that was messed up from impact of a pot hole and that continuing to drive on it could lead to it blowing. Do not go to this place without on appointment. On their site it says "walk-ins welcome" when it should really say "By appointment only." This is definitely not one of the businesses that has effectively figured out how to work around this covid situation. I have been coming to this location for over 20 years and their customer service has really taken a crap. I showed up without an appointment as usual. This time I was informed it would take an hour to be serviced. I then asked if there was a better day or a better way to avoid the wait. This is where any competent and professional person would say, "Yes if you book an appointment it will be much faster." Instead the guy said, "It's hard to say. We're really busy every day." So then I figured out ok they've usually given me an hour wait in the past no big deal. Two hours later I'm still waiting. So I go to the person who's checking in people to find out how much longer, and the guy tells me, "Well everyone is here by appointment so we have to take care of them first. And even once we bring you in you'll still have to wait another hour for paperwork." If they had told me this in the beginning I would have had no problem and I would have just gone home and come back another day with an appointment. But these people literally wasted 2 hours of my time for absolutely nothing. That is an absolute lack of respect for someone's time. I don't mind waiting 5 hours if I need to but at least let the person know upfront and let them know that making an appointment might be a better option. If I had known this I wouldn't have waited there. I will definitely not be going back. From now on I will look for a better place for me and my family to get our tires on all of our vehicles. read more

Went it in a rainy day to check out a leak and TPMS sensor. The team greeted me and took care of me and my vehicle. They showed me I had an impact bubble on the inner side wall. Appointments mean nothing here anymore. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years. I've had family and friends work in the past for this company. It's really changed. I scheduled an appointment for 5:30 showed up 10 minutes early. Ended up waiting over 2 hours. I was also charged twice. Once during my appointment and again the day I went in for tires. I brought my car in this morning because the tire pressure was low right after i inflated it. They told me there's a nail close to the shoulder so they couldn't patch and it has to be replaced. They recommended to replace two front tire at the same time so it's more balance. I have requested them to put the new tires in the back. When they finished it, i was in the hurry to running back home to work so i didn't notice the two new tires are still in the front when i drove home. I called them and told them they didn't put the new tires in the back as i requested. The guy told me there's no note in the paper and they didn't apologize and they sounded like it's not big deal that i can just bring it back and they will fix it. I really like being able to get free 5-tire rotation and spin balancing whenever I want (every 5,000 miles from my experience). This is a huge effort saver, since each of my off-road wheels weighs 90 pounds and goes out of balance quickly. Recently, I bought a new set of wheels and tires. A few days later, I noticed one of the tires was mounted inside out (asymmetrical tread). They apologized, moved me up to the front of the line, and took care of it. read more

I waited 2 plus hours and after checking on my status to be helped 4 times, I was told that they are taking appointments first. No one filled me in on making an appointment. I'm still waiting as of writing this. The manager told me I can continue to wait or leave. GREAT CUSTOMER service NOT!!! This is the first time to experience such a disorganized way to be dealt with.
