We've been AT customers for ten years now. We were passing their Temecula store and decided to stop by and get some air for one of my tires that had a slow leak. AT patched the tire for free. That was a smart move on their part because we are now AT customers for life. This is the third set of tires we have purchased from them since they fixed our tire. My latest purchase was from their Montclair store. Every store we've been to has been the same, they have a well trained staff who are customer friendly and do their best to ensure you get the right tires and exceptional service. I wonder if this store is under new management, because my visit on 4/7/23 was completely different than my previous visit. I had absolutely sworn off the Montclair store and would drive to the Ontario Mills location because of the poor service that I had previously experienced. But on 4/7 my faith was restored. I blew out my tire on a very stressful day and was not looking forward to dealing with the whole process of getting it replaced. My husband recommended this place so off I went. They were EXCELLENT! Friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sell or get me to buy a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They did offer a warranty for around $25 which I took advantage of. They also offered for another tire that I had just had replaced - even though I didn't buy it from them. I bought the warranty for both. The price for the tire was very reasonable, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes with my new tire freshly mounted and all four rotated. I wish I would have gotten the service man's name, too, but my sales man was Eric F. They were both awesome! I highly recommend this place. read more

I came in as a walk in this morning. I've been having issues with my tire losing air so I wanted to get it checked. They had a line of about 5 people when I walked in with 1 person checking them in but within a few minutes there were 3 employees checking guests in. The gentleman who checked me in (didn't get anyone's name) was very nice and helpful. I stumbled over my words and he was patient which I appreciated. He let me know the process and approximately how long it would take. They also have text alerts which is nice. When my car was done the gentleman that handed it over was again very nice and professional. As i was reversing, I stopped to check my blind spot and another employee saw me stopped and asked if I needed help, which, was not necessary but I greatly appreciated. I'm very happy with the service and wait time, along with the way i was treated. I will definitely be back in the future, not only for the great work that was done but also the wonderful customer service. My family has been here before so I know the work is quality. read more

I came to America's Tire in August when Subaru of Ontario accidentally destroyed one of my Method wheels when they rotated my tires during a routine oil change. I worked with Subaru of Ontario to get them to reimburse me in full for a brand new replacement MR-502VT spec wheel for my Subaru Forester. Danny helped me order the wheel. They didn't have any in stock, but he placed a special order and made sure to expedite the wheel so that it would arrive within the week so I could purchase it and get reimbursed by Subaru. After this, I noticed that one of my tires was cupping and took it back and once again Danny helped me figure out the issue. We discussed wheels, tires, cupping issues, and general suspension. I actually had a great conversation with him, but ultimately I didn't have the time to get any work done because I was leaving for an out of state work trip that would last about a month. Fast forward nearly 4 months and I've finally decided which new tires I want. I call America's Tires and Danny answers. I ask if they have four (4) BFG KO2's in stock and they do! He asked me what kind of vehicle I'm driving and I say a Subaru Forester. He asks me if it's dark grey and I say yes....he remembers me from four months ago! I ask him to hold the tires for me and I'll be down before 6:00pm to buy them. Once I get down to the shop, we catch up and chat while the guys in the garage are pulling these tires for me. This is definitely a good place to visit when it's time for some new tires. I needed a new set for my RV and was serviced by Justin, who was very helpful in recommending a variety of tire brands that could accommodate my needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took a genuine interest in finding me a tire with attention to both quality and value (he actually saved me almost $200). He even made it a point to greet me (by name) the next day and ensure I was able to find a parking space for my "beast," since I arrived early for my installation appointment. In about an hour and a half, I received two calls that my RV was ready to roll; not only had the dealership called, but Justin also gave me a call (not realizing I had already been notified) - now that's service! Although much of my experience was with Justin, I was equally impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of Joel, who was manning the service desk at the time of my checking out. I LOVE this place!!!!!!!! So I went to metro honda to get my minor maintenance and when they gave me my car back. They said my front left tire has a "bump" on the "wall" like a "tumor" O_O' I was so scared I was mass texting about it, cause I had no clue wtf it was. My cousin told me that it is dangerous, and that I needed to replace my tires ASAP!! I came here and I told the guy what happened at metro honda and blah blah blah ... *panic* And that dude calmed me down and went to check out my tires... He checked all four, just to be sure and apparently TWO of my tires (the front ones) had these "bumps" .. .. He explained that they're like blisters... where the air wants to come out but it hasnt seeped all the way thru.... Weird, but yeah.. .. my tires are warranted still so I didnt have to pay ANYTHING for two BRAND NEW tires :) yaaaayyy!!! FREE!! I only paid for the warrantee for my two new tires. They told me it would take about half an hour, but 15 minutes later (the amount of time it took for me to make coffee, let it cool down, and drink it) it was ready :D my car is happy and I'm happy... Good thing they checked all of my tires... Apparently I could have been in some massive accidents when those burst O_O' my car could have even flipped.. .. ahhh ... ... glad it's over and America's Tire was there for me read more

I really like the concept of warranty on tires but I think depending on the worker they tell me two different storeis... Had a nail in my tire so drove my car there for them to patch it up if possible but I was told considering the position where the nail was they couldnt patch it. Was given the option to get a new tire instead of them trying to fix it. I wasnt ready to do it and went to a different location in Upland and I was told it was patchable and they did it right there on the spot... So I am not sure if its this particular location or just that worker but its not cool to be given wrong information. And imagine how many customers are scared of not having good tires and just going with what they are being told?? Maybe tire place run off commission? If they are commission based they need to work on how to be ethical instead of trying to tell us false information about how much money they can make off us. Sometimes they also fail to tell you the promotion they have. Had someone that got herself 4 new tires but the person that took her order failed to notify her with rebate information and she was extremely mad about it and complained to the manager. read more

Customer service is really lacking at this location. If you do not go in specifically requesting something they will put any random tire on so if you want to have matching tires be prepared for them to upsell you & charge more than the online price. If you enjoy feeling ripped off you can visit Joseph & Lucas, they'll tell you it's "no rip dude" When I brought this up they basically said you can return the tire, don't know how these guys stay in business. read more

Stop by a few places in the local area but didn't feel confident to bring in my new bronco in. I stopped by a few locations and they said they were not liable if they would scratch up my rim. I saw America tires and right away we spoke to Thomas who was very courteous with us and knowledgeable. He was aware of my concern of my rim and reassured me that they have the proper machine for my 4x4 tire. I spoke to Lucas at the front desk and he was honest about the time it would be ready due that 7 cars were ahead of me but reassured it would get fixed. It's so neat they even send you a text to check the status of the work order . It was a stressful morning for me to get this fixed but arrive here, my stress went away! They resolved it .
