Well I'm going to fix my review here , it's like someone in this city is trying to give flats on purpose like dropping nails everywhere out of their work trucks or people are doing it on purpose. Now for my review this tire place is great they do what they can do, if you have warranty on your tires I only pay a little extra btw for the warranty and then if I get a flat they try to fix it and if they can not they have even given me a used tire to replace it. My issue is that I don't have a used spare I only have a donut, anyways if they can't fix my tire or sell me a new one then I have to get a new tire. That's life! They do what they can here every time... the best thing is to pay for the warranty and then you may get another tire if they cannot fix your tire, they have used tires they sell there... this time I'm going to keep my old tire for a replacement... read more

Phenomenal service in changing my tire pressure sensors! I was greeted by Art, he was super nice and knowledgeable. He was able to get my car in to change the tire pressure sensor in less than 30 minutes. He was clear with the prices and the estimated time of service. Once I got my car the person who worked on it assured me all of the tires were filled and checked with the right amount of air pressure. For some reason my car was being stubborn and wasn't reading the tire pressure monitor. Art went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong. He was vocal with me by explaining through all the things he could think could be wrong with the sensors. What I appreciate greatly was his ability to openly talk to me about it. Art was able to use all his peers and resources to try to figure out why my sensors were being so stubborn. He introduced me to Tom who was the guy who knew it all as a last resource. Tom was also able to openly talk to me about the sensor issue and assured me if I drove away and it was still malfunctioning he would call the car maker right away for the specific sensor I needed. Thankfully, I drove away and with everyone's reassurance the problem had corrected. This whole team is phenomenal. They're fast paced but genuine and get the job done! I absolutely love this place! I had purchased tires and warranties on all of them. A couple days ago, I got way too close to a curb and the next morning, it was completely flat. I took it in on a Friday morning, they took my tire and checked it first to see if they could repair it. When they found they couldn't, they replaced it for free, I only paid $15 to renew the warranty. On top of that, they got me in and out in less time than predicted. Came here to buy tires. The name of Curtis J Sampson helped me out. Bought tires to be mounted up on rim. I have bead Lock rims and unfortunately they do not apply tires on bead Lock rims which is completely understandable. I made an appointment the night before and when we arrived we were greeted and helped by Jerry! He looked at my tires and one had a crack because of aging and heat and recommended buying a whole new set of tires to prevent any risk of blowout. He recommended different brands and once we selected our tires my car was ready to go in 20 minutes! We spent less than an hour at the tire shop and it was such a smooth and easy process! Been a customer of this location for years. Never had a bad experience until today. When I arrived I was the only person waiting in line. I patiently waited while two employees awkwardly joked around with a couple of older ladies. I don't mind waiting ever. But when you are obviously ignored without so much as an I'll be with you in few minutes. I take issue with that. Especially if your about to drop almost $900.00 on tires. Once one of the employees graced me with his attention I told him I had an appointment. The rest of the interaction went down hill the second I asked to use the tire purchase card. Which they have stamped after each tire I have bought and today I should have received $100.00 off. But instead today the employee was going to count all four tires as one stamp. Because according to him the previous employees didn't know what they were doing when they stamped it for previous purchases. Now I don't know about everyone else. But if your business is doing something consistently wrong they should honor their error. Other than that it's false advertising to promise something then change when your supposed to deliver. So long story short this shop has absolutely lost my business and I won't be referring anyone there anymore. read more

Probably my fifth or sixth time using America's tire in the last few years on numerous vehicles. Every location has been the same as far and quick and friendly service. They offer a lot of free services to help maintain you vehicles tire life. They are a little pricey but I pay it to have piece of mind if something happens it will be replaced for free. read more

I left my car here to have the tires rotated and air checked and was told that it would take two hours. Even though this seemed like an excessive amount of time for as busy as it was I agreed and my family and I walked to the local businesses. After over two hours we walked back in the pouring rain and they tell me they haven't even gotten to my car yet. I would like to say this is an isolated incident, but sadly it's not. I call corporate on this store and nothing is ever done, manager was standing right next to me as this happened and nothing was said at all. I would highly recommend finding another tire store and not even bother with this place. Look, I get why a lot of people come here to get tires. They have a huge selection in stock and sell tires at market prices. If they are not crazy busy, they can install them fairly quickly too. Yeah, they try to up-sell the heck out of you but that's the auto industry, amirite? My mother buys all her tires from this store. She has for many many years over 4-5 cars. She doesn't really haggle for better prices and she always takes the road hazard insurance. She is 80 years old and likes it here...well she used to like it here: A few months ago she went in to get her tires rotated. The salesman looked at the tires and refused to do it. He said, "The tires are so worn out there is no reason to rotate them. They will be thrown away anyway. You have to buy new tires." She asked him if they would do it anyway and he refused. They looked fine to me... about 50% left. My co-workers agreed. My mom kept worrying about it for a couple months so I took it into a different shop to get them rotated. I asked the new guy what his opinion on the tire wear is and he said "about 50%". I had to pay $15 for what should have been free at this store. I can only assume that this store employee tried to scare my 80 year old mother into buying new tires for his own financial gain. One star for what seems like shady tactics against an 80 year old grandma and widow for personal gain. read more

I had a flat tire and took my car to Americas Tire! Got there and 2 tires had a nail in it. They were gonna see if they could be repaired. They checked me in and said it would be about 40 minutes. My husband and I went across street to IHOP while we waited. We came back to some very good news! They were able to fix and repair 1 tire but not the other. They put a used tire on for us and the guy brought our car around with a zero balance. I was like..don't we need to pay for the used tire. They said no! We took care of you guys! Have a blessed day! Did some research online to find a good tire place that would have the tire size I need. I only needed one tire to replace one that went flat the day before. The tire size for this 15 year old car is pretty much unusual nowadays. Drove on over, parked, walked into their office/lounge and it was quite crowded. I was worried about how much time out of my Saturday this thing would take. Sorry, I don't remember names very well. Anyway, we walked out to my car so he could inspect all the tires and look at the flat one, too. He upselled me gently into buying 3 new tires. Turns out that the tires that were on the car were original equipment. Yes, I know, that sounds impossible, a 15 year old car with the original tires it was built with. Honestly, the car only has about 37,000 miles on it. But, he convinced me that the rubber on these tires was starting to separate and not safe to drive on. Only 3 because I had forgotten that I had gone to another place for a similar flat about 2 years ago. What I did remember was that I wasn't going to go to "that place" again. This tire store is simply fantastic. I told him my price point and he worked it out so I could afford those 3 tires. Amazing. Yeah, I know I could have (maybe) only bought the one I needed, but he was so good and gentle with the need to get all 3 tires, that I went with it. He told me it would take about 40 minutes, I looked at him, at the crowd sitting and standing waiting for their cars, and thought to myself: yeah, right, 40 minutes. 20 minutes is all it took! Amazing. Another thing, and I told them in person about this... The restroom was super-clean with a good supply of the paper goods one needs when one has to use those rooms. I mean good restaurant clean, the clean you wish/want to have in your own home clean. These guys behind the counter and the mechanics are great. I had a tire that kept losing air, not enough to go flat but fast enough that we had to pump up this tire every day. Now mind you this is one of our work vans so time is of the essence. We can't afford for our work vehicles to sit in a service bay all day or even hours but we can't be spending time putting air in every day either. So I called America's Tire Store in Riverside off of Magnolia & Tyler and talked to one of the counter guys and explained our situation. He said bring it in and we will have you in and out in about 30 minutes. So on the way to our last service call we brought it by. They got me in within 10 minutes showed us we had a nail in the side wall and they could not repair it. Fair enough I said, then the guy says I can just switch your spare on the factory rim and you can be on your way. I said that's a great idea. So for no cost to us they did what they said they were going to do and we were out of there in 30 minutes as promised. No high sales pressure at all. Today a pure 1 rating. Let's see... we have brought you three separate vehicles in to have tires replaced. A phone call was made and told that he must've talk to someone in the Philippines, was that a smart ass remark or were you so unengaged that you couldn't keep someone there for business? Perhaps a note should be taken on the prior owner on keeping business because the way it's going as of today, you're going to start losing more customers. Let's start by making the customer feel welcomed and not pushed to the side. We understand you're very busy, we get that, but those that are coming in are bringing you additional business, but also are losing it instantly. Unfortunately, due to this behavior that was represented by your worker along with the owner/manager our SUV was taken to another American Tire where he was welcomed within minutes from leaving your location. I am very bothered to get this information and will be more than happy to speak to the owner. read more
