I ordered trailer tires online and they arrived within the next day. I spent all morning getting it ready to tow and was running late. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called them and it wasn't a problem. They were kind enough to let me drive in without an appointment and they have really good service. I have been going here for years and the service is consistently good. I am always treated with professionalism every time I go. When I've had a tire patched and when I bought new tires, the wait was shorter than expected. You can make an appointment online or walk in. I appreciate what they are able to honor online sales that end the day prior. The only complaint I have is that when they entered the tire order for me, I wasn't asked if I wanted the add on coverage that is optional. This used to be a great store for tires and wheels, until recently. I was in for a simple rotate and rebalance. Unfortunately when I picked up my vehicle there was dirty/greasy smudges on the driver side door panel and carpet. I contacted the store manager named Evan, (I think he said he was an AM). Evan was very polite and helpful so I decided not to take the complaint any further. Until the following day. I always make a habit of re-torquing all four wheels after an R&R. And this time was no exception. Good thing I did because the drivers front had not been torqued. I was just going to accept the greasy arm rest and carpet but an un-torqued wheel is unacceptable. We just spent over 1,000 dollars on our daughter's tires 3 weeks ago. My husband went into the Rocklin store to check on a tire he felt was loosing air. They removed a "nail" from the tire and told him it wasn't repairable (we didn't see any nail and on the outside of the tire where the repair isn't typically repairable) and tried to charge us for all four tires. Later, they stated they would credit us for one tire and give no other credit for the other 3. Spoke with the manager and they wouldn't give any other help even with black Friday being a few days away. Definitely don't recommend their services. Deeply disappointed. read more

First time here and won't be my last. This was the first time I've had to buy truck tires in a long long time and I was out of touch with current tech and so on. I reached out to friends on FB to see what their opinions were for both tire and store. America's Tire was the store that stood out in the suggestions, so I decided to give them a try. I also looked at my friend's recommendations for brand/model tire, then went online to check reviews and narrowed things down to three possibilities. It was important to me to get tires with the three peak snow rating, so that narrowed the field a bit. I called this location in the morning to ask if they had my first choice tires (BFG K02). They did not. Based on the tire I asked for, the salesman suggested an alternative that they did have in stock (Toyo). His suggestion happened to be #2 on my list of three, so I consider it a solid and knowledgeable recommendation... but I decided to ask how long it would take to get my first choice. He said he could have them in house that afternoon, so I opted to hold out for my first choice although I would have been fine going with the Toyos as well. He said he'd call when my tires came in. Around 3:30pm, I got the call... I told him I was 20 minutes away... he said come on down and we'll get you out the door around 5:15. I did and they did - to the minute as I realized when I got in my truck and started it up to see "5:15" on the dash. Impressive scheduling and time management! Very happy with the service, suggestions and knowledge of these folks - prices are competitive as well. read more

Tesla had low air pressure warning going off. Took the car to Les Schwab who said the found nothing wrong with the tire. The very next day the warning came back on. We took the car to this American tires and within an hour they had the tire off, puncture located and patched! Everyone there was awesome! Super knowledgeable never tried to upsell us anything and didn't even charge us. They just asked that when we do need tires to please come back and see them. What's best about this establishment, they'll match just about any advertised price. Needing a new set of tires, I went into their shop to inquire about my choices. Knowing typically, the tires that fit my car is very limited, (since I need a low profile, and wider tires). After weeks of research, and scouring the Internet for best prices... America's Tire was only $15 more, but they easily matched that price, without question! I've purchased my last 3 sets of tires over the years. And I probably won't go anywhere else! Oh... I have been a loyal America Tire customer for a lot of reasons. The free air tire check and the certificate for a replacement tire. I have had hit or miss interactions at this location but today you guys missed the mark. I pulled up at 11:18 AM. No one said hi will be right with you. Nothing I finally tracked someone down in the bays and said hey can I just put the air in myself to which I was told no and then proceeded to have to wait another ten minutes for someone to come over. 25 min later I received assistance. read more

Tire light came on and it was the flat light, not the TPMS light. I checked all tires and found a screw near the center of the tread on my passenger rear tire. I am fully aware that nails/screws/metal pieces that are close to the sidewall can not be repaired with a guarantee of safety. What I didn't know was the guy born after the millennium was going to try and sell me 4 new tires citing safety as a reason for not being able to do a simple flat repair near the center of the tread, as they have always done in the past for me. He was unaware of the fact that I have been in the auto industry for 2 decades so when you cite safety as your reason for being lazy, I'm going to check you on it. Once he realized I wasn't buying new tires, the demeanor completely shifted and customer service was out the window. I called my local tire shop in town and brought it to them. They had it fixed within 15 minutes while I waited. Bottom line: Don't trust this location if you need a simple fix, they're going to try and fleece you. You've been warned. read more

I appreciate that American Tires offers free air check service and fills it back up for you. I buy my tires from them but they do this for everyone. This was my first time at this location and the gentlemen working the air check yesterday wasn't the friendliest or best on communication. When cars pull out after getting their air checked. I don't normally just drive up. I wait to be called to as they are doing me a service and don't want to come off demanding or entitled to a free air check. The gentlemen noticed I was sitting waiting and then he seems annoyed waving his hand to come on over. I unlocked my door and greeted the gentleman and he just said 36psi and shuts my door. Not hello or anything. Not sure if he was having a bad day by a rude customer or maybe he was going through some stuff which I know we all do. My Model S recently had a nail in it and Tesla recommended I go to Americas Tire to get it fixed. That was the best decision ever. Came here late on Friday, they couldn't get me but made an appointment for the following Monday. They plugged the tire free of charge in about an hour. About two weeks later tire started going flat. I took it in and since I came back due to a failed plugged they moved me up the list. The technician said the plug failed and came out and decided to give me a free tire for the trouble. That's amazing service and all my tire needs will be with America tire. Will let everyone I know to do business with them as well. read more

Hello!!!! Hope everyone is doing well, anywho I went in for a tire repair(got screw on tire) on our model y performance. Keep in mind I been going to Americas tire for years with my other vehicles and they've treated me well. This is my first time bringing a tesla and I must say they know a lot about teslas and how to handle teslas...torque specs, jack pads, etc. they're very professionals even though I just needed a patch they've treated me like a king lol. I highly recommend the standford location in rocklin. And americas tire all over California as a company.
