I've always had really friendly experiences at this America's tire. However, the first time I went here they told me a pickup time and without any notice, I came back and they hadn't touched the car and I had to wait another hour, making me late for work. On my most recent visit, a tech had taken off one of my wheels for me and used an impact with my wheel lock tool, causing the inside of the wheel lock to get totally shredded up, I'm worried the wheel lock won't even work the next time I go to use it. read more

I had a flat tire this afternoon on my way to Lowe's in San Clemente. I pulled in and spoke with Kevin in America's tire. He took a look at the tire and identified it had a screw in the tire. He said it would be about 15 minutes. Not only did they repair my tire in record time, but "No Charge"! Take a guess where I will buy tires for our 3 vehicles next time! It appears that I was a bother when I went in to buy a custom rim and offroad tire. It was spare tire and needed to be mounted on the outside mount. When I told the guy where it went, he gave me a big sigh and a dirty side look. When I asked some questions reference the lug nuts, he again gave me the look like if was bothering him. He was rude with his answers and body language. I was polite and thanked him, he did not answer. When Jimmy Tire was at this location, I gave them all my business for three cars. I have been a customer for decades and got a refresher this morning on why I keep coming back to this fabulous company! I ran over some debris on the street and ended up with a small bolt in the face of my right front tire. Luckily, I knew there was a store just 2 miles away and drove right there. Hugo got right on it and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. I have done business with them in Texas and California and the service has been consistently awesome regardless of which location I use. Today, I had a low air pressure reading of 29 in one tire, and I needed to drive down to San Diego International Airport. I stopped into America's Tire to see if I could get some air in one of my tires. Because I'm old, I decided to go inside and ask for help on this busy day where it's slightly raining. Unbelievably, a man named Frankie came out and checked all four of my tires and corrected the air pressure in them all. Then he recalibrated it on my car, so that the car would correctly reflect the air pressure. His patience and time during this busy season was incredibly appreciated. If you're looking for tires or help of any kind, I'd suggest you give America's Tire a try. Customer service is hard to find anymore. But this was excellent customer service. I had a good first experience here. The tires were very easy to order online and scheduling an appointment was also easy. They communicated well via text and phone and everything went smoothly. Service is just absolutely trash. Brought my work truck in as I had a flat and need to keep the work day going. they told me to wait 10 minutes to get me pulled in and started. It's going on 2 almost 3 hours now and still waiting. I asked what's going on and their excuse was there's appointment ahead of me. They were taking appointments that were scheduled at 2pm when I was here at the 12pm as they said ALL APPOINTMENTS COME FIRST before anyone walk in customers can be serviced. We all have places to be and it should be a first come first serve basis. If the customers with appointments aren't here at their scheduled time, they should be skipped as I should not have to wait until they get here before I can get my truck worked on. It's their responsibility to be here on time. if it's before their scheduled time or they are not here, then the walk in customers should be able to get their vehicles worked on! Why tell me wait 10 minutes if you know that it was going to be hours! If you have nothing to do and want to waste a whole day doing nothing , this is the place for you. read more

The service was great! Staff was friendly and informative. The facility was clean, well lit, and welcoming. Went to get a metal taken out of my tire, but was told its on the side wall and the repair could break or wear out quickly. Decided to just replace the rear tires since tread was low as they pointed out. Pricing wasn't bad, more or less than other places. Estimated my car be ready by 10:30, got a text at 9:48am that my car was ready. They even cleaned and shined the other tires! read more

I went here yesterday since I noticed a screw like nail had stuck on my tire and I did not wanna take the chance of my tire going completely flat. I had the guys check it out and at first they told me they couldn't find it. I told the guy that it was in there, he goes back says he's gonna check all my tires again just to make sure he didn't miss anything. Again he comes out says I'm all good and that my tires were a bit low on air I started driving off with the clicking sound of metal hitting the pavement and told myself that I probably didn't need to worry since my tires had been inspected. I got in my car today and started driving only to find that my tire had gone completely flat. And now I can't even drive it to get a flat repair because it's totally out of air. I should have gone back but I didn't because I felt like a nuisance asking them to check a third time. Never again. Thank you Americas tire in San Clemente I trusted you but never again. read more
