This is a gem of a tire shop! They were recommended to me by Linda Griggs of Dimensional Design in San Clemente. I called them up and told Laurie that I needed a tire for my Kia optima and I gave her the tire size. She said that she had my tire size in stock and said it would only take about 15 minutes. True to her word I was in an out of there in 15 minutes! The price was very reasonable... Coast is also regular car repair. read more

I have a brand new Mercedes and came to Coast Tires and service to have them changed. Came back in to get those same tires replaced and my tire lock was missing from the set. I was told that i had to buy a new one which i did. 80$ later. I brought it in and asked if they could take the cost off the total. They said it was Mercedes who stole the key during one of my services and they would not compensate me. No other discounts were offered to keep me as a repeat customer. Also no empathy or even so much as an "I'm sorry". I'll be getting my tires elsewhere and would recommend you confirming you have your key lock before leaving the property. read more

Laguna Beach, Ca. I first came here about three years ago in my truck with a flat tire. They immediately got on it and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. When it came time to pay, the owner, Lori, said there was no charge! So naturally when I needed tires I went back there and got a great deal on truck tires. So recently I developed a slow leak in the left rear tire of my Tesla. I went in and made an appointment, they were so busy I wasn't sure if they even wanted to bother with a leaky tire. I arrived at my appointment and was immediately directed to pull up to a service bay. The mechanic knew the exact location of the jacking pad. He also knew to instruct me to put the car in "Jack Mode". These items are of serious safety concerns. He fixed the leak (Nail) and had the tire back on the car in 10 minutes. I went in to pay and once again I was told there would be no charge. Wow, I was a bit surprised and told her that she didn't charge me for a flat some years ago and maybe I should pay this time. She said no, just come in when I need tires. OK, I will do that. read more

I was referred here by a friend, which is usually a great place to start, but wow did my expectations get exceeded still! Laurie was so helpful on the phone, I called multiple times that week to discuss powder coating vs. new wheels and she was very patient with me. When I brought the car in she was really cool, suggested I do the brake calipers as well (which were so reasonable btw I couldn't believe the price). I dropped off my VW Cross Sport in the morning and was able to pick it up same day that afternoon with 20" gloss black powder coating and red calipers for $560. So worth it and I would 100% recommend them again! I didn't catch the name of the two guys who took my car but they were so friendly, smiled, and took good care of my car. Unfortunately, you don't find great service like this much anymore so it's a breath of fresh air when you do. Customer for life! read more
