This location has extremely wonderful and helpful staff. Even from my initial phone call I spoke with Alex and I asked him if they would be able to take a look at one of my tires that was suddenly low pressure. He was so kind in the way he spoke and genuinely welcoming saying "I would be happy to help you if you want us to take a look." When I got there, Alex was friendly and efficient. Turns out I had a screw in one of my tires and they patched it up free of charge. I had a look of surprise on my face and Alex mentioned that America's Tire goal is to keep everyone on the road safe. I felt like I was in a movie because no one is this nice and helpful anymore and without charging a cent at that lol. We Bought four tires here. One went flat when I left the parking lot. The workers did not replace the tire right. Had to wait another hour for them to fix it. Drive off and found out a few days later the other tires were not balanced properly. Had to come back and wait almost two hours to fix. Not cool. Seems management is not doing their job right. If you have any concerns with your tires, they will seek to it to provide the best customer service until you are satisfied. Chance was able to help choose the right tires for my vehicle and driving habits. The pricing is pretty much the same anywhere else you go, but you definitely cant beat their warranty. It's worth the extra cost because roads are unpredictable, if your tire needs replacing they'll do with no questions asked under their warranty. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Came here to get my tire checked a week back because my pressure was low. Turns out there was a nail in the tire but everything else was okay according to the technician. They said they could do a free repair if it was repairable. Fast forward to today scheduled an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before I could even talk to somebody. Finally talked to them they took my truck in and were going to perform the repair. Almost 2 hours later they called saying they couldn't do a repair and had to replace the tire. They gave me a decent price so I was going to get it replaced. When I went in to go get it paid they said they did not have the tire they quoted me and said they only had one tire available which was double the cost! Not only that but they said I only had 4 out of 6 lug nuts and that they couldn't do the repair today. I just bought the truck 2 months ago and they inspected it a week ago and confirmed everything was okay but yet I only came in with 4 lug nuts. Right. Ended up going to les schwab and turns out the tire was repairable which only costed $20 vs the $290 they quoted me for a new tire!! Not only that but they said it was obvious the previous place broke the lug nuts which les schwab included for free all 6!!! Never should you go to americas tires unless you want to get ripped off! I usually have a really good experience here and no one tries to sell me something I don't need. I came in with my moms car with a flat, they said no pin in the tire but the rims were rubbing against the tire causing it to slowly lose air. I told them from the jump it's not my car and I don't plan on paying for anything. They repair it for free and give me a quote of almost 1k. Fast forward to today my grandpa takes it to les Schwab they say there's a pin in the tire and they repair it for free. I just love America's Tires. I brought my car here on a Saturday morning because my front right tire kept having low tire pressure randomly. It was getting frustrating putting air in my tire on random mornings on my way to work, I knew something wasn't right since it was always the same tire. After months of this issue, I took it in and they found a nail in my tire that was causing the slow leak. They repaired it free of charge. I was elated! I called and went in with my new (3k miles) Sienna hybrid that had a nail stuck In the rear- passenger tire. Expectation was that they will quickly and for free remove the nail. An associate comes to check (the whole interaction was unprofessional because he was on the phone while talking to me) . He says we cannot safely remove the nail as it is on the outer shoulder and we have to replace tire for $271. I promptly drove to les Schwab next door and they were able to remove the nail and patch without a problem and at no charge. Guess I will be Les Schwab going forward read more

9/16/2021- This has been my go to place when I've needed tires for a few years now. Great customer service, quick, efficient, friendly, and helpful. From the check in/check out counter to the mechanics. They really do care about a customers safety. They loaned me a tire once so I could get home till the next week because I didn't have enough money until the next weeks payday. I lived in Alameda at the time and was in Tracy visiting my mom and brother and they said the tire was just too dangerous to go that far on. Other times, they will honestly tell you how good or bad you're tires are, when they think they should be replaced if in good but not too bad condition. They will work with You to find affordable tires in your budget range. Today I had an appointment that I booked online as well as prepurchased my tires online. My appt was at 12 noon, but a tow truck wasn't immediately available. The estimate for the tow truck was that it could take up to 2 hours when I called at 11am. I called AT and George answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said the next available spot was 1:45pm. We rescheduled for that. Then at 11:15am, the tow service called and said that the tow truck would be at my residence in about 10 min. I called back to AT and George answered again. We said no problem and to get there when the tow truck delivered my car and he'd see what he could do. Got there before Noon and there was George to help me check in, checked the tires on my car, mentioned that one other tire had thin tread, and then helped me get 3 tires instead of the 2. He was able to get my car in the bay before the 1:45p appointment and actually it was in soon after Noon. I was out the door by 1:20pm. Awesome customer service. read more
