Been coming here for years and always have the best customer service! I'm a girl who doesn't know much about cars but I've never had an issue with my tires because of the amazing team here! Today I came in 10 min before closing and they were able to get me 2 new tires(for only $40 since I had the coverage when I got them new!!*) as my front two had 2 huge air holes from hitting too many pot holes ... My tire pressure indicator came up and I recalled seeing a sign here that they performed free air tire checks. Upon arrival, there was a line but it went rather fast. The first time I was helped by Christian and he was pleasant and informative. Told me about my tires thread and when I should replace them. I figure that's the catch from getting free air. Anyhow, it turns out I have a nail on one of my tires but the wait to get it looked at was 45 mins and I couldn't wait. Since my initial visit, I had to go two times and these last times I was helped by Sam who is courteous and knowledgeable. I will get my tired fixed I promise! Do not under any circumstance ever go to this location! They will only look to suck you dry for every penny that they can possibly get out of you. So I've been a customer of theirs before so naturally after getting a flat tire, I decided to go there to see if they could patch that tire. After waiting roughly about 30 minutes to be seen, I was greeted by an individual who asked me what I needed, and I told him that I had a flat and I needed the tire patched. He came out to the vehicle, looked at the tire and informed me that they could in fact patch it. And to leave the vehicle with them for roughly about two hours, and they would get it done. After waiting there for an hour and a half, I was then called into the office where I was told that they would not be able to patch the tire. and in order to fix the issue, they would need to actually replace both rear tires because their policy for some reason doesn't allow them to just replace one and the cost of this was going to be roughly around $500. They then told me that they also didn't even have the tires in stock to do this. They also lied to me and told me that the reason they couldn't patch, the tire was because the flat was driven on for a period of time, which was a lie. Because the tire was fine when I went into the store just before going to them, but when I came outside, I noticed that the tire was actually flat and so I changed it myself and put the spare on. I am absolutely furious with them, two hours of time wasted, and then the audacity they have to try and upsell me and screw me out of money.. well I took it to a tire shop just around the corner from them. They in fact were able to patch it for $20 dollars, without any BS!!! You guys should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves at a time when people are genuinely running around and trying to scrounge up as much money as they possibly can you guys were willingly and knowingly okay with lying to your clients and wasting our time just to make a dollar. I'm honestly going to do everything in my power to tell everybody I know family, friends and all to never again do any business with you guys. You can't even begin to understand how frustrated I am, you should be ashamed of yourselves! read more

I Looked and looked for a value on a great set of tires. Boy was I asking for a lot. Found a beautiful set of Pirelli Scorpion tires. It took a few days to receive them on order but I really liked being able to choose my tire instead of just taking whatever they had in stock. Mike the manager gave me helpful advice and kept me informed on my order. Thank you Mike!. After purchasing my tires for years at Costco I was no longer satisfied with their limited selection. I will miss the hydrogen air they use at costco, it makes a noticeable difference. I'm happy to get my new set of tires installed. I was very happy with my tire repair, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. Austin, who I noticed was an assistant manager, was the one who helped get my car checked in and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about appointment times and different days that worked with my schedule and and what they were going to do to my car and in return I was spoken to in a belittling way. I also asked what was found in my tire and whether it had been documented, as well as if I could return later, and both responses were unnecessarily rude. As someone who doesn't work with cars, I still deserve clear and respectful communication about what is happening with my vehicle. Even if my questions were basic, the attitude and responses I received were unacceptable, especially from an assistant manager. Everyone else there was very willing to help and answer any questions I had, which makes it even more disappointing that this is the person representing the location. read more

America's Tire advertises, essentially, "Save time. Order online. Make an appointment." So I did order tires and make an appointment online several days ahead of time. On appointment day, I arrived at 12:20-p.m. for a 12:30p.m. appointment. Got in a long line for service counter. Finally spoke with Mike at 12:45p.m. Told him, sarcastically, I was sorry for being late for appointment, but I had been standing in line for 20+ minutes. He apologized and said it was a very busy day and they would do their best to adhere to appointment timeline. My car was driven to the service bay at 1:48p.m. and work completed by 2:15p.m. So much for making an appointment to save time. read more

Luckily, I was referred to America's tire by Costco's manager in their car shop. My husband was out of town a couple of days ago. I started my car one morning and I got the low tire pressure signal. I called my husband and he told me to go to America's Tire. They checked my tires and found that I had a nail in one tire. They said they could fix. It. I waited about 30 minutes and my tire was fixed. Although I did not purchase the tires on my car from them (they were original to my car) they fixed my tire at no charge. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The communication I think gets lost from the service techs to employees working on the tires. I asked them to check the rim as I had a feeling it was cracked and they said there was a nail in the tire and replaced the tire. A day later tire is flat and they didn't check the rim as requested. Go back again and they finally check the rim and mention it is cracked. I leave and then my tpms light comes on with a malfunction error. I get the rim replaced and mention the TPMs malfunction and I get the car back and they don't even check at the TPMs. At what point do they listen to all requests you ask? Really frustrating to have to keep coming back and wasting time to not get what you asked completed because they're focused on how many cars they can get in the bay for sales. read more

America's Tire in Turlock use to have good standing with me, use to. The service is usually good and they also have qualified tires. I usually go here for tire rotations because they are free. So that value alone is great. However, recently I brought my vehicle there for a basic tire rotation and they completely ruined my rim. My tires have lock lug nuts on them and I gave these people my tool to unlock them to rotate the tires. Well they didn't use it. They forced my tire off and broke 2 of my lug nuts off into the rim. They called me and told me what happened but took 0 ownership of the incident. The manager was an asshole about it and blamed me for it. They then told me a mechanic will fix my tires and get the broken lug nuts out of my rim for about $50-100. Well, after taking my car to a mechanic the charge was $575 because they had to drill out the lug nuts because what America's Tire did to my car was much worse then they told me. I then tried to get them to pay for this because it was their fault and they put in a request from their insurgence department and I was denied. This place is awful. Do not come here. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Pure shithole. read more

Needed hub rings for my Truck. I called Ceres and Turlock to place an order. Ceres never got back to me when they said they'll call me when he finds the rings. (He called me later In the day after I called Turlock) I called Turlock to place an order and he said he did, that I would need to come in and pay. A week later I call to see if they came in , somebody answered and said they'll call me back and never did. Well, I guess that's how they do business. I've been coming to Americas Tire in Turlock for about 15 years. I've had big, and expensive, tires replaced. And, I've had small cheap tires replaced. Coming in today I realize the ENTIRE staff has changed, for the worst. I came in to have the tires replaced on my sons sports car, not cheep. Nothing but problems. And, the contact number they gave me for their manager doesn't work. I realize it's hard to attract quality staff, however this is bad. I feel really bad because I have been here a few times and never recognized them in a review, this place is the BEST EVER TIRE STORE!! Yesterday I started out late for an appointment and guess what the dreaded low tire pressure light goes crazy, I've never seen it! I jump out and look at the indicated tire, it looked ok but! So I risk it and drive to my appointment, then I go to American Tire out by Costco, they in seconds air up all the tires and confirm the indicated tire was low, we can't see anything in it, after a brief visit inside they tell me they can fix it in an hour or less, I say FANTASTIC! My truck was in a bay in 10 minutes, tire off and broken down in another minute, valve stem replaced by another worker while screw was removed and hole was being patched, tire remounted on it's rim in another five minutes, balanced, then leak tested and handed over to another team member who remounted the tire and torqued the lug nuts!! My truck was in and out in 30 minute and GUESS WHAT??? They did it for FREE!! I didn't buy the tires there, it's a one year old F-150 with perfect original tires! They did it to make me a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE and guess what, it worked, THANK YOU AMERICAN TIRE!! read more

The guy originally helping me was really struggling and he stepped in to help and ultimately took over which was great.
