The service I requested was all done online, which was very convenient, for my lifestyle. I researched tires online that I wanted and found them to be available at this location. The day of my appointment came and when I pulled up, a bag was empty with a sign in front that had my name and appointment time displayed. Fantastic service! I checked in very quickly and everything was done in less then 30 mins. I would highly recommended this business and location. As a point of comparison, I normally get new tires from Costco. Had low tire pressure warning light on my Tacoma yesterday and they told me not fixable and they need to replace my 2 tires. So they did replace my tires but I noticed warning light is still on after job was done. Tech told me not to worry as it recalibrates. Next day, warning light is still on. So I took it to America's tire Cerritos and was told my sensors are not working and need replacement. He said Upland guys should have checked. Went In Today with a flat tire , had AAA put the spare on.. employees were very helpful and car was done as promised .. I was impressed with the service and the employees. As a 40+ year retired Goodyear Corp employee I know good service when I see it ....I thought! When I arrived home I discovered they did NOT secure my spare and I had to do it myself , I am 79 years old with a bad heart and it wasn't easy for me to do that. Made an appt for 9 am Monday morning, came in, friendly greeting, assisted right away. Had a tire blow out on the freeway due to debris in the road. They pulled up my account, ordered the replacement tire for me, called me in a few hours and had it installed just for $20 since I purchased the insurance package. Great friendly service all around. I love America Tires Co and I have been to many of their locations throughout the year. They always check your tire pressure and patch when possible for no cost. I make it a habit to always buy my tires from them whenever I need new tires. Recently my tire pressure light came on and the Montclair location I usually go to was all booked, so I called this Upland location to make an appointment. The person on the phone was able to get me an appointment during my lunch hour, so that was great. They gave me extremely specific directions to pull up to the red tent and STAY IN MY CAR due to Covid safety. It made sense. So when I got there, I did as instructed. No one came to get me for over 15 minutes. Apparently I was suppose to park my car and go inside. I was misguided -_- What a waste of time... To add aggravation to the situation, the rep who was helping me was trying to talk me into replacing the battery in my sensors, then said the entire sensor should be replaced occasionally. It would be $60 each x 4 tires... Um my sensors aren't broken. When I told my Bae about it and he said that's a rip off -_- Sigh... So after that I waited inside my car. They had a few 6 feet apart seats inside and an outdoor seating area, but I preferred to stay away from people and enjoy the AC from my car. The big Covid change was that they let me drive my car into the work area and I just sat in there while staff checked my tire pressure, wheel rotation and balanced my tires. Shout out to Jonathan who was one of the staff who worked on my car. Overall I love America Tires Co as a business model. As for this particular location, I am not a fan of the front house stuff, but the back house staff was incredibly efficient with their job and very professional. read more

I went to this location because my tire pressure was low and they had free pressure checks advertised. This was the second time this particular tire was low this month and it's a newer tire so I wanted to make sure there wasn't a hole or something causing this. I pulled up and parked in a space and walked up, asked if I could get it checked and some air and was told to pull into a designated lane and they come over. I brought my car into the lane and sat there for 20 min. while at least 10 employees walked past my car, looked at it and kept walking. Not a single person acknowledged me, said anything. First of all they took forever to "get it done" but before that they said they couldn't do it and I needed a brand new tire. I knew they were full of it and were just trying to come up on me. After buying a set of four tires from Pep Boys on Black Friday, I ran over a nail on the freeway a week later. I tried to get it fixed from Pep Boys, but they are understaffed at the few locations that I called. I didn't want to wait there for 3 hours, so I called America's Tire. They were professional on the phone and thankfully was in walking distance from my home. Christopher helped me immediately and said that there was no charge for the tire repair. He just needed an hour or two to catch up with the other customers, so I walked home. My car was ready right on time and it was a smooth process. I appreciate the service and professionalism here. I am a long time customer and for good reason. Service for the most time has been very good. Today understading the holiday demands It was a bit challenging but as mentioned to Jacob over committing is not good. Then at the end I was informed my tire monitor light was on. They asked if it was on when I arrive. I pay extra attention issues right away and no it was not one.. Jacob said the guy who backed out my truck was the one who drove in my truck and he called out the sensor at that point. They knew I was now waiting for my vehicle yet no one brought the issue to my attention. I saw Andre drive in my vehicle. I valve customer service. Not only one sensor but three were bad according to Andre. My entire family shops at America's tires but the last thing we need is to question integrity. read more

I didn't know what to expect when AAA brought / towed my car over to America's Tire in Upland. I'd never had any interactions with AT. What I got was superior service and a superior outcome. I want to thank Eric (apparently the local manager) for making my tire experience a good one and making things A-OK. What's good: Clear sales explanations; automated response systems; responsive phone service; indoors/outdoors waiting areas. Clean bathroom. Friendly service. Only unfortunate things is that this location is next to no amenities (no indoor restaurants, no coffee places, etc.). It's a wasteland except for AT. read more

I made an appointment with the store to replace my tire sensor on my 2016 Chevrolet Volt, the work on my car was completed within 45 mins of me arriving there. Keep in mind it was busy and there was plenty of people in front of me, make an appointment and your car will get done at the appointment time. They, unlike other shops take that and their work seriously. The manager and staff is very professional, they will not sell or push stuff on you that you will not need for your car, they keep you updated on your vehicle as well. Prices are excellent! There is no hiding anything. Check their website and that is what you get. No hidden fees or anything. Any questions they can address them. ALSO! Another thing they will do is call you the morning of and let you know that they have the parts available for your car and they are ready for it, so you don't waste your time! Now that is good service you won't get anywhere else. When the vehicle was done, I didn't buy any tires just got my sensors replaced, but they still cleaned them up and made them look good as new. The employees went above and beyond! I highly recommend coming here. I took my car in to get my tire patched, and one of the employees noticed my car was smelling funny. When he pulled my car out of the garage, he asked if it was okay to look under the hood. As soon as he lifted the hood, he immediately knew there was something majorly wrong with my gasket, and I had no coolant. He highly recommended that I get my car looked at right away. I had my car towed to the nearest dealership and found out both of my gaskets were blown. If it were not for him taking the time to look under my hood and advising me of his concerns, my engine would have eventually failed too. I called in today to get the employee's name so I can give him a shout-out. Thank you, Jacob, for going above and beyond! Because of you, I wasn't stranded the next day driving to Palm Springs in the heat. I told all of my friends and family members about this experience. The appointment is at 2:00 pm, I checked in at 1:50 pm, Tony welcomed me at the Front desk and walked over my car to find the screw on that flat tire.
