Matt spent way more time on the phone with me dealing with all my questions than was reasonable for me to expect. After a couple long conversations, I greenlighted his RO system a few months ago and have been very pleased. I used to distill my drinking water in a distiller that cost more than the RO. It was a good distiller, but created a lot of heat that the A/C had to counteract, plus the boiling carafe, when full, was pretty heavy for me to lift and it had to be cleaned every six months--a big job. The RO water tastes just as good and it's great for my Venta humidifier, which otherwise would need frequent cleaning (it used to receive the same filtered water used for the distiller). Since moving into our house 9 years ago I have only had Crystal Tech Water service and install our R/O and softwater systems. Matt, is very responsive. Explains what our home needed, based on our water test and equipment. Frances the tech is very polite and knowledgeable. Great to have them in our new build. New River water is really, really hard. Water taste great and no to very little spotting. We are very happy with our three extra large cylinders.
