My propane tank read less than 10% so I called A&B. They told me my delivery was changed to "As needed". They also said the soonest I could get a delivery was 26 January and I was #9 of 39 on the list for delivery. On the afternoon of 26 January i called them again and was told the delivery was scheduled for the week of 26 January and would not call me when delivery was made. I called on 29 Jan and was told they would try to deliver on the 30th. I called on the 30th and was told they would try to deliver with possibility of overtime (late delivery or potentially a Saturday delivery. I called at 430PM to get an update but no answer. No delivery. Called 2 Feb for an update...nothing but that they were waiting for the roads to clear.

No power, does not start. I call Ace within 30 days of purchase, and store manager passes the buck: Contact EGO. I was dumbfounded. "Are you telling me you will do nothing for a mower that never worked?" Response: Contact EGO. I said, "Can you please give me a direct link or a phone number for Ace customers?" Response: "EGO.com." I said, "Well, thank you, sir, that is so very helpful." And he hung up the phone! WOW! One more time: If you are buying more than a hammer, do NOT purchase from this store. I literally come to this location to fill my tanks multiple times every month and has never been told that you guys don't do propane after 6:30, especially since I know for a fact I've come and gotten my tanks filled right before closing on several occasions. I personally would never deny someone this service with the record low temperatures we have been experiencing lately. There was no compassion and frankly the customer service here is always lacking. The employees come off as lazy and rude, every time I come to get my tanks refilled I have to go inside and get them despite the fact that they just sat there and watched me put my tanks on the scale on that massive surveillance monitor! I live in a travel trailer and depend on propane to keep me warm and I just can't believe how I was treated, especially with how much I come here. Nice to know how U-haul treats their loyal customers. Now I know to take my business elsewhere. Shame on you guys!

Brick and mortar businesses need to wake up. At this point you're nothing more than convenience stores for whatever items you sell. Customer service and location are the last things you have going for you. This is sad for me to write because I grew up in a family hardware store where the expectation was to greet your customers, always help customers find what they need, and ensure that they have a good experience while in your business.

I had a pipe outside my home to spring a leak. I called the Home Service to that I have though…read moreDominion Power. They got in contact with Dynamic Plumbing immediately. Dynamic Plumbing called me right away and scheduled to come out to my home that Tuesday. Due to it being the weekend and they was booked up that the earliest. They could come. When I got up Monday morning I noticed the leak had got worse. Where the grass was saturated with water and could see water running down my driveway. I called Dynamic Plumbing and explained the situation to them. They told me if someone finished up one of their jobs early. They would send someone over to fix it. Next thing my phone ring and it them telling me they are on their way. They fixed the pipe without any problems. About an hour or two later I was told the pipe is fixed and everything is good. I had to run an errand and when I came out the house I noticed water was gushing out the hole. Where the pipe they had fixed. I called the right then. After I told them what was going on. They told me we are on our way back right now. They returned in a matter of minutes and fixed the pipe again. What I was told is the stuff they used to hold the pipe together wasn't strong enough. That this time they used a different and stronger glue. I'm good no more leaks. I would like to give a shout out to Joseph and his partner. They did a very professional job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I have any plumbing problems. I will use Dynamic Plumbing and request Joseph and his partner to do the work. Two days later my unit was leaking and after that company came out to trouble shoot I was told the worst and how much it would cost since the unit was bad. Remember, I said new unit from Home Depot so I called the warranty company and here comes John from Dynamic. John basically discovered that I was about to be ripped off.... No new water heater needed only the touch of a true professional and my family and I are completely satisfied.
